Gave me a fair amount of Minnows also showed my daughter where they store them and let her help out. Always love a learning experience. Did not end up taking this round of Minnows to Wister Lake this time we decided to go to Cedar Lake, minnows held well into the next couple fishing trips with an air pump and a few changes of water to help of course.

Well my wife goes there for breakfast almost every morning and gets biscuit and gravy it is usually 2.99 but when Doug gets it for you the price goes up to $4.00 dollars why is anyone guess

You can get it all in one stop. Something Cold to drink, something hot to eat. Fishing license, rods, reels, bait and tackle. No more driving 20 minutes to get your fishing and camping needs because this store has it all and it's right at the lake. Got to jump on the lunch and dinner specials. The manager has a big butt, but she does have kids.

I found it I found it I found it! MY new favorite hamburger place ...after a Saturday of visiting and Hiking along the Poteau River South of the Wister lake dam at low water, found ourselves quite famished decided to drive towards Wister to see what we could find in the way of a good burger well first up was BJ's Bait & Grub whipped in there... walked in to a wonderful surprise.... we found not only picnic supplies fishing supplies but probably one of the best hamburgers going in that part of the county. The girls working there were courteous and positive and ladies ....I can promise you these were the cleanest restrooms you will ever go in at a bait shop LOL on the serious note do stop in it's even worth the drive to go there if you're not camping,hiking or boating or fishing but all of that is just around the corner!
