Every time I go in and ask questions about hardware I’m treated mildly rude and like I am inconveniencing them or asking dumb questions. I also find that they are closed earlier then their hours of operation that are posted most of the time. I just hate handing over my money to this business with the disrespect, attitude and sarcasm I get. I only do it because of the convenience I wish there was Another lumberyard with better customer service & closer that would take my money.
