Pulled up to this store and watched 4 different women go in and out with no problem, and no masks. But my husband was stopped at the door for not having a mask, and while he was stopped at the door for not having a mask, 2 more women walked past him and in with no masks...so I guess the brain surgeons and rocket scientists running this store believe covid is only carried and passed by men??? Rude people, terrible service

Got some great help from one of the employees on products to help with fire starting and some very helpful info on building a fire as well!Unfortunately, no one except the staff were wearing masks and some of the staff did not wear them correctly.

I do find this business well supplied but coverage area in sales are minimal. Clean, well organized but slow on service. Most all stores are alike and parking good.

The Muskogee, OK TSC used to get 5 stars about a year ago, now they are dropping rapidly. They no longer want to help you and trying to get propane will take almost an hour. You have to wait so long now for any help from their associates. They get angry if you ask for help. There is still one guy that has been there for so long that is still very helpful but all the new hires are worthless and rude. I recommend going to Tahlequah where everyone is friendly and they have more than 3 feed carts so you don't have to wait.

641 pm and they were closed even though hours are 7pm. Watched about 10 people walk to the door but no bueno. If I could attach a pic of their neon sign that says 7pm I would lol.

This is the story of a really sorry manufacturer and an awesome retailer.In June of 2016 we bought a Huskee riding mower. We were experiencing a drought in our area so we only used the Huskee mower maybe 3 time the rest of the year. Somewhere in the neighborhood of only 6 hours or so.Summer of 2017 the Huskee was used about every two weeks for 3 or 4 months. About 6 hours a month so that was another 25 or 30 hours max.2018 we moved and used the mower one time. It was then that we started having trouble. The mower ran great until the blade was engaged then it would stop after barely 100 feet of mowing.2 year warranty so we called the motor manufacturer. After a long support call we ordered a new coil. 65 bucks...That didn't fix the problem and we were sent to a warranty repair mower shop.Worst experience ever. The shop even blew up the motor then told the manufacturer the motor was no good because of dirt intrusion into the motor. (Never take anything to Ogiela's mower shop in McAlester, Ok. They suck.)So, the manufacturer refused to honor the warranty.... I was pretty mad at this point and I posted about my experience on Facebook.Someone at Tractor Supply's corporate office saw my post and asked me to call them.They investigated my story. In the meantime I turned up 96 bad reviews of MTD, the motor manufacturer, and the Huskee model of riding mower we had bought.Within about 10 days Tractor Supply gave me a choice of options. They would replace the mower with another of the same make and model. I could use the purchase price credit to upgrade or they would refund my money.I won't say which option I picked but I had absolutely no problems with them or the local store where I made the original purchase. They were awesome and I applaud Tractor Supply for standing behind the things they sell and for going the extra mile to make things right.Go there with confidence, Tractor Supply cares about their customers and they care about doing the right thing. I find this incredibly refreshing and they have earned my business for a long time to come. I highly recommend you do business with this awesome company as well.
