We stayed at Robber's Cave state park last weekend. Went to grab some groceries from this awesome store. The store was like a blast from the past when grocery stores had great service and friendly staff. We live in Tulsa and haven't experienced this kind of service in quite a long time. Employees willing to help find items, and friendly staff throughout the store. It was awesome! Thank you!!

I love this store! I've been shopping here since I was 4 years old with my mother. Joe always has friendly people who work for him and he's always so nice when I see him. Thank you Joe Coy for this small town grocery store. I also worked here as a teenager. I have many many memories growing up in this store.

The lady who helps carry grocery’s out couldn’t be more kind. Such a sweet and caring person. Her kindness was so refreshing. I gave her all the cash I had on hand as a tip and felt bad because it was only $4. But that’s all I had left in my wallet. Hopefully we will see her again and can do better on a tip next time.

It is soo refreshing to still be able to go grocery shopping at a family owned store that still wants to employ cashier, AND carry outs/baggers. Excellent products at great prices. Customer service is always outstanding.

They treat you like family if you are elderly they help you a lot not like Walmart were grocery shopping for elderly is a job here every one says hi you doing today .it's like I'm in the 60s again they bring out your groceries the manager actually talks to you and so far I personally been helped every time my arthritis flares up at Walmart I got to Walk to far and Roy's got pretty fair price it all makes for a pleasant shopping experience

First time shopping here, I have to say that this grocery store 1. It's big. 2. Has a huge selection to choose from on just about anything you may want. The cashier was very polite and friendly. Nice place do your weekly shopping or just stop by for a quick pop on.

I liked this store 5 yrs ago and was just glad to visit it again while staying in Robbers Cave Park cabin. They have everything you need. This store is huge. Normal prices. I cannot say it was dirty. Employees are very friendly and helpfull. Only one problem - tips. I understand when you buy a lot and need help. Ive bought 1 bottle of vitamins and a boy just did not want to give it to me, carried to kmy car parked right at the door and I had to give him a tip. Its annoying.

A lot bigger than it appears. A large variety of products with recent prices. Workers there very friendly and a great atmosphere. A great place for items whilst camping at the nearby Robber's Cave State Park.

This is our local grocery store. Love the atmosphere here. The employees are very friendly and very helpful. The owner is always on hand and if he doesn't have what you want he will do his best to get it in stock. The baggers will bag up your groceries and will take them to your car for you and we always tip. They are the local high school kids at their first job and we like to help them because they help us.

The only grocery store in town. Prices are about what one would expect at the only game in town. After management goes home in the evening, you'll get no service and actually lucky if one of them speak to you because they're busy conversating with whoever sacking your groceries or another cashier. We are regular customers and this happened on a regular basis. Update: still the same

Old Town grocery with more product than you would expect. Good prices , great employees with good attitudes .With WalMart being 40 minutes from where we camped , it was nice Roy's was only 15 minutes from camp .

The food is way over priced. I mean come 4.99 for a head of Lettuce with this economy who could afford it . And our wages being the way they are as a nurse aide making $12 a hr. I couldn't afford it.

Roys strives to keep prices affordable throughout the increase in food costs. The customer service is excellent. They offer food delivery for a small fee. You can not beat the service.

Small Town friendly people. Store is clean and well lit. Selection is pretty good, but the prices are not as inflated as other stores. This is rare considering they have no competition. Just good folks helping good folks get what they need at a price they can handle. They don't sell alcohol, but they do have a fabulous deli, and the chicken is excellent. They can also do custom platters for parties. Worth looking into if you're not already a loyal customer.

I love my hometown grocery store!! I have made some really good friends there. When I come through they say hello Donna!! The store is clean n has lots of items to choose from. They deliver your groceries or will give both customers n groceries a ride home if needed!! Thank you Joe Coy for allowing your store to have such good customer service.

I really appreciate having Roy's in our town of Wilburton Oklahoma. It is a large and well stocked grocery store and has an eat-in or take out deli. The staff is friendly and helpful and it seems like anytime you need something, there's one of them right close by. They will special order things that you need and that are out of stock or that they don't normally carry and their Pharmacy will call you every time your prescription is ready and other services. It is a very personal experience.

Nice small town grocery store. Prices are higher than big-box stores, but the quality and variety are top-notch. Also the staff are super helpful and friendly. It's my go-to grocery store for my yearly retreat to this area. I'll be back!
