They told my 64 year old mother she wasn't allowed to use their restroom and would have to go to the store down the street it was times like this I wish I was a woman so I could have slapped the taste out of that girl's mouth lol I kept my cool but I will not ever go back there or recommend their store to anyone

Can't use a restroom but they will you shop and spend as much time shopping as you want and when your done check yourself out so they have no customer interaction. Thank goodness for Woodshed right up the road. They have few groceries, Simple Simon's Pizza, gas and restrooms for their customers. Thanks WoodShed.

Been going to Dollar General since we moved here 2 years ago never had a problem. Then today my husband asked to use the restroom and the lady working rudely said "the bathrooms are for customers only" my husband said I am a customer we're shopping. Woman Employee said "sorry sir the mens bathroom is out of order " ok so he asked to use the women's bathroom and her response was "sorry they are both out of order" and she walked off" over hearing this woman respond so Rudely to my husband because I was standing by the magazine rack I approached her for the woman's bathroom key...and she handed it to me.....huh it wasn't out of order. I gave the key back and as soon as she saw my husband stand beside me she wouldn't make any eye contact. We left a full cart by the door and walked out. We won't be going back ever. I will encourage others not to as well. This was humiliating

I spent 52 dollars in there and them to tell my 5 year old he couldn't use the bathroom so he had to pee outside bc he can't hold it in calling head quarters now.

LOVE the manager and staff. Patron the store almost daily. Manager has went above and beyond to please. Rarely dirty. Almost always stocked well. Very glad to finally have a "forgot milk for dinner" store in Welch again.

I love dollar General they are friendly go out of their way to help you but I would like to have some fresh produce started in your stores we live in a town that has a post office restraunt. Gas station tire repair place shoe or boot shop the older people need this so they don't have to drive 20 miles to Miami or vinita our town is welch ok the dollar store has been very helpful

Friendly staff and decent prices in matter of fact paper goods are cheaper than Walli World, started going their for all paper goods, soaps and cleaners which are cheaper their, also dollar general has a dollar ilse with a variety of items can't beat the price.

The DG store in Welch is five and half miles from my home,and open till ten pm. The clerk's are helpful an friendly. The one in Miami is about eight miles away on north main and close at nine pm as well as the traffic getting there. People who live in the South part of Miami grip about driving to North main to get stuff. DG needs to put a store in the South part of town. After all Grove, has a store in each end of town, Miami has more people so why not.Im so greatful for the store in Welch.

I actually think of this store as a general store. Being so far out its very convenient to be able to go here and pick up a loaf of bread or a hardware item that I need.

Needs to get stock put on shelves so you can actually see what they have in stock. There is always carts in the isles making it hard to get down them.
