Newest edit-12/2/2023- still have not heard from anyone at the email listed below, I’m still very concerned about the employees at the cash registers making fun of people as they walk in…..Don’t know where my original review went, but decide to give ace in weatherford another try— and no, just as bad. It’s like the women working in checkout are competing for every man who walks in attention! Absolutely wild. Everyone is rude during the day so that’s cool. So my big edit is that I emailed the elk page like the responder requested, never heard anything back. Had to go again today and it’s just a terrible! Thanks Ace!Also for my original review- no price matching and they refuse to help find anything and laugh at you and they make fun of people as they walk in. Like grown adults making fun of other adults who are shopping- honestly y’all are the ones working at ace hardware…..don’t think that has set in but anywho….go elsewhere is you can!

This ACE is great! Found everything I needed. Luis was a GREAT help with my Stihl weedwacker. He took it completely apart to show me what was wrong and put it all back together no struggle, did everything right infront of me!! Very talented young man. Now it runs just like I bought it brand new! Recommend this place for everything and everyone!!!!!

Experienced Quality Customer Service on Sunday, March 5th at the Key counter. Needed 3 different keys madeFor car, storage unit and mailbox.All worked well, no issues.They Guarantee the Keys will work .Will remake Keys at no Extra Charge👍

Lost some nuts off a boat trailer tail light so we almost lost the light and license plate holder. The Ace was a block from a motel we were staying at, and of course had the perfect stainless steel metric nuts and washers to do the repair, although pricey. But what can you do when you are in the middle of a road trip.Supersized store with a lumber yard. Biggest Ace I've ever been in. Locals must appreciate the variety of ranch/building items available here.

Great selection when it comes to being a local supplier in a smaller town. The older employees are Always very helpful, but on multiple occasions as a female guest I was not even acknowledge or asked if i needed assistance by the sea of younger male employees that passed me in the isle. (not always being sure what to buy) This store has some really kind knowledgeable employees.. also ones that completely ignore you. Customer service is everything.

I try to shop local, but was disappointed when they didn’t know their own return policy and, after calling customer service, I had to make a second trip during a pandemic. I can “somewhat” understand corporate not telling them the return policy, but a “Sorry for your inconvenience” would have gone a long way. Hopefully they will do better in the future.

This place was great!!! The people that work there were so helpful! We were asked several times if we needed help finding anything. They were very knowledgeable about the items we needed to purchase. Way better than the craziness of a big Lowes or HomeDepot.

Very large Ace store. About the size as a WM Supercenter only much cleaner. Huge selection of home improvement items. Everything I needed plus. Prices are the highest in my lifetime. Thanks Brandon, Let's go

Gave 4, even tho I was a bit irritated. Was in a hurry, already had an almost 40 mile round trip to deal with, and then having to wait an hr for my glass to be cut. I'm not blaming the guy, he was actually working, being helpful, a did a great job with the precision of measurements. His attitude and ethics is what raised the stars from a 2-2½ up to a 4⭐

98% of the employees are young college students who lack the skills to listen, comprehend, and actually ring up the item we tried to purchase from the lumber yard. It wasn't even complicated. White plastic PVC trellis. It might as well have been an attempt to purchase the compounds for an astrophysics project. Spend the extra time and just drive to Yukon to Lowe's.

I love this store. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The store is spotless and well stocked. I have been to many different Ace Stores and this one is at the top of my list!!!

I love that they carry more than just hardware,. They have pool supply's dog food and lots of ideas ❣️ and have great service, the employees are very knowledgeable and nice.

The selection is what you would expect from a store of this size, many of the employees are helpful but not always.I was out in the little garden center in the parking lot and the employee out there never once acknowledged that I was even there. later, inside, I asked a question about a product and rather than saying they didn't know, the employee just read the back of the box to me without answering my question as if I couldn't read it myself.

This store is very sexist, we remodeled a house in town and I was literally in here sometimes 4-5 times a week at the least, each time covered in paint/texture. I know the store like the back of my hand but each time I go in alone, I'm constantly asked if I need help, but when I'm with my husband we hardly ever get asked. There is one short older man that I refer to as an "imp" that follows me like I'm stealing, and constantly asks of I need help because I'm a woman, I usually say 'nope' very sarcastically because he drives me crazy and is frankly a little creepy. And once I was asked if I would like help with loading and I said no, I saw from the corner of my eye the manager call for help anyway, which made me me pretty mad. The store is way over priced but usually well stocked and always clean, it is what it is for a small town. I would check out the County Building Center though, I never realized that was a hardware store also!

Nice store but this Ace Hardware does not go by the franchise return policy. I had maybe $15 total 2 items I was returning with receipt (I bought the items but didn’t need them). I drove 40 minutes to this location and they wouldn’t return my items because I didn’t have my debit card on me. They would not give me a gift card or offer for it to be returned to my rewards account. I was going to buy more merchandise from this store. Ace Hardwares Franchise return policy advertises a “NO HASSEL” return policy but this Ace does not honor anything that the franchise advertises. I spent I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING. Horrible store return policy that goes against the ACE name!!

The employees at Ace are a rarity, they are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Whenever I ask if they have an item, I've never heard the all too familiar phrase "I don't know."

The people are very nice and helpful but the lumber is not only terrible quality its over priced. They wont even price match. They tell you its cause of convenience but the County Building Center not only is cheaper its also better quality by a long shot.

Not bad for a small town hardware store. Prices are locally competitive on most items. If they don't have something in stock, there's the availability of ordering online for in store delivery.
