My 18 year old daughter bought a pet rat, and supplies to go with it yesterday. She got home in Elk City, and water bottle didn’t work. Had a crack. She called down there and explained she lived 45 miles. Little water bottle was $13. The old lady argued with her, and was quite rude. When she told them she had bought several pets and supplies there, the old lady said snotty, ha you don’t buy MUCH in here. I’ve been in there twice and didn’t care for it. If you like rude entitled people, who don’t stand by what they sale, go to the Aquarium, where you don’t matter because you don’t SPEND MUCH in there!!!! This is why it’s NOT always best to shop local with self entitled individuals. We get better service at the big pet shops in the city, and it’s sooooo worth the drive, compared to this nasty place… I may just have to go check it out again now.

I love supporting local business, but I don't necessarily love the store. It's better than the old location, but still don't love everything about it. The entry way always reeks of cigarette smoke. Until recently, they always had two cats running around that were sweet, but always shedding everywhere. Otherwise, the store is very clean. There's a decent selection of animals and supplies, but I feel most are over priced. I've bought many animals for a variety of purposes there and the only thing that was ever bad quality was some basic goldfish that died within a week. But you kind of take that risk with young basic goldfish and it wasn't a huge deal. Every other animal was healthy.All in all, it's not horrible. I'd rather buy from a breeder direct for birds and reptiles than any pet store. But for feeder insects and rodents and fish, they're a good option.

I have gone back multiple times to set up my aquarium and the staff have been great; they are consistently friendly and are very knowledgeable about the animals and their care. Not to mention they're a local business: 10/10, go buy your animals from them

Love this place. We usually go pretty regularly to get rats/mice. This time we also got some aquarium supplies and a live plant for our tank. The staff are all polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend checking them out.

Always awesome to go in there very helpful about reptiles and amphibians. I've gotten 2 animals (soon to be a third 🤞) from there and neither has had issues. They know me fairly well and I know them the same. I always find it fun to go in and talk and look at the different/unusual and wonderful animals they have started carrying and I have my eye on one just got to make room. Thank yall for putting up with my talking and questions I ask.

Lots of animals and pet supplies. Very friendly and helpful staff. I wouldn't recommend purchasing birds from them though. The cages say young and tame, but they are not tame at all. After purchasing a love bird from here I don't think they've ever been handled. Makes me leary of purchasing any animals from them.But if you're just going in for supplies it's great!

I wouldn't even give this place a star. Bought a beautiful snake from them a couple months ago. They sold her to us infested in snake mites. We tried to do everything to get rid of them. We treated her many times, still couldn't get rid of them. Last night I made and appointment at a vet clinic to get rid of them. But I came home today after work to my house smelling terrible. And found her dead in her aquarium. Would not recommend purchasing reptiles from this store.👎not happy at all.

Staff was very knowledgeable about questions regarding a dragon I had acquired. Helped and offered advice on things I might try but never forced a product. Store was clean and very well kept. VERY satisfied with service I received.

Pet Stores are getting harder and harder to find but this one was easy to get to and had everything I needed and more. The animals all seem very well taken care of and they have everything they can need available there for them.

Nice pet store with friendly staff, my snail was dead but thats okay because its super common to buy a snail and it be dead. Anyway, will definitely be returning. Lovely animals

Nice little pet store. They have a decent selection of fish and small rodents for the size of the shop. The only turn off was the smell of cigarette smoke that greets you at the door.
