My daughter's cellar was installed a month ago. Was told the door needed a part so it was installed unfinished. Still hasn't been fixed yet.Also, they didn't apply the decco stain on top and have had a hard time getting refunded for that. Not happy with these people at all.

Called for a quote for a storm shelter and to have a rep come over and scope out my back yard for the best location. With that done, the rep left and said I'd be getting a phone call. The phone call never came. A month and a half later, I called them back and found I wasn't ever placed on any schedule. When I asked about getting put on the schedule and what they would charge me for installation, I was told 4600 dollars. When the rep was at my house a month and a half earlier, the quote was 3800 dollars... I told them no thanks, I wasn't interested in doing business with them if this is how they treat their customers.I called Enid Storm Shelters, signed a contract with them the next day and they showed up at my house when they said they'd be there. Storm shelter delivered from Enid to Clinton, installed for 4050 dollars. No hidden fees. I paid exactly what I was quoted.I was happy to do my business with Enid Storm Shelter. And even happier not to do business with M&D.

We've purchased a cellar, a zero turn mower and now a lofted barn style shed to hold the mower in and its all been a good experience. The owner even reaches himself to say thank you and those small sentiments of appreciation go a long way to me. Feels good to shop local and see the faces you are helping to support. We will continue to shop here for our outdoor projects and needs.

Zero stars. Every time I've tried to purchase a new asset, order parts, buy weedeater string, I'm met with horrible uninformative customer support. No product knowledge or brand awareness. A bunch of I don't knows or "you can come look" which I've done and they basically just give you the catalogue. Ni guidance with part numbers or anything. Not very mindful of a person or contractor's time

They did carb work on my 4 wheeler it caught on fire right outside their business and they refused too take any responsibility. I mean zero. So go ahead and roll the dice you may get good care
