So nice to have treated ourselves to this eatery. I have never been to a restaurant style fast food one before. We were greeted by the most wonderful young man that gave us such great customer service that we had to make sure we tipped him especially. He deserved it folks. A tall young man that I wish I knew your name. The receipt did not have it but I think future employees would do well to be trained like you were. You are a diamond in the rough my friend. PS..the food was good but the service was FANTASTIC! Many blessings to all for the New Year!

love Love LOVE this place! They have SSSOOOO many wonderful and tasty flavors of ice cream that it's difficult to pick only a couple. Some of my favorite are the pineapple upside down cake or butter brickle. The black forest sundae is sinfully delicious and the banana splits are a dreamy frozen sweet kind of treat that EVERYONE can enjoy as you get to create your own each time with 3 worthy size scoops of ANY flavor ice cream they have that you desire and get to cover it all in a blanket of oh so good toppings of your choice. I always get the hot fudge Carmel cherry filling whip cream nuts and top it all with cherries! I am a HUGE dairy fan and I buy a BUNCH of milk from there when they have thier milk sale 2gal for $6 however I have a obsession for RAW milk and they don't sell that sadly but if anyone knows where to get some PPPLLLEASE drop me a line!! There are many many things they have cold hot etc enough so that everyone is SURE to find SOMETHING they like there. If you haven't been then I recommend you go. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed and you'll be back wanting and ready for more.

Food was good but a little concerning because of the amount of flies in the store. The pictures do not do it justice. The windows were covered and booths as well. Very unsanitary.

Waited maybe 10 minutes for service, all the while there were 3 people in the back of the kitchen just watching me and talking amongst themselves. Multiple people walked by and never offered service or even a "one moment please." There were so many flies in this store, and since I couldn't see where they were coming from, it feels like it must be the kitchen. Not a single clean table, and the seats were dirty too. On my way out I made the mistake of going to the bathroom and was greeted by a full puddle of piss covering both my shoes.

My guy Matthew was great! He knew how to accommodate my burger to make it vegetarian and even suggested a better choice to give me more toppings. Chocolate malt was fire. How great that you can get a malt for the same price as a soda?!? Keep on keeping on, Braum!

Ordered a Strawberry & Blueberry salad on Friday evening and got home with it and the lettuce was brown and slimy... Ended up throwing it out. Waste of $8.18.... Not the first time this has happened.

I was impressed that my chocolate shake came out so quickly in the drive-thru. But I understood why: the bottom third of it remained solid, un-mixed ice cream. The straw can't be pushed to the bottom of the cup.

Really good food and prices are very reasonable. Great experience. That being said it could be a bit cleaner. Lots of dirty tables. Otherwise great value for the money.

I ordered a Grilled chicken salad and the kid heard, Grilled chicken Club. Does not sound alike. As i asked for my salad they asked for more money. I guess the customer isnt always right and has to pay for the employees mistakes. Fries are covered in salt, cant taste the potato!

Great place to shop and escape the crowds. They have great products and the produce is fresh. They keep a good selection of frozen dinners. Love the curbside service. Their online shopping is easy to do.
