The last 5 times I’ve been here my order has been wrong. Haven’t had a McDouble with everything on it in probably 2 months, it’s always missing something. Order a happy meal and they’ll ask you to pull forward with nobody behind you. Place is a joke, I use to think I just had bad luck because I live in town and visit so often. Place definitely needs some new management. I would recommend going across the road to sonic 7 out of 7 days a week.

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Every time I go through the drive thru they make me park and wait at least 20 minutes or more to bring out your food. Even when there’s no people in line behind you. When an employee does bring out your food, they look like they just got woken up after a 3 day bender and asked to bring your food out. Unprofessional employees and terrible service. The only reason people come here is because it’s the only McDonald’s around.

Never really thought I could get my orders. Messed up so bad but they did spent over 15 minutes waiting on my order for two meals. The food was cold and soggy. The cheese didn't even have enough heat to melt it even a little The iced coffee I asked for vanilla ended up getting hazelnut I had to go in to get my food after waiting so long. Worst experience I've ever had at the McDonald's in Warner. Really not on their game today wasn't even busy at that moment. I'm not one to write reviews but very disappointed and disgustedParking: Nothing in the parking lot

Absolutely awful!! Service and food are horrible!! We live in Warner and highly HIGHLY SUGGEST you do not stop here. The service is atrocious they pull you to the bush no matter what and average wait times are 20-40 minutes every time and you are guaranteed to not get the right order. The employees are unprofessional and filthy. They have men dressed as ugly women and just nasty filthy individuals.

Food is cool and rude employees and to long to get your food. It took us on the 9th of December a hour to get our food and it was curbside and it was setting on the counter and asked to remake and was told it was our fault it was cold because it was made. Complain about it and corporate or store manager even though to call or anything I will not be back at this McDonald's in Warner Oklahoma

Check out the bathrooms before you order, nastiest I have ever seen in my life .... including the 1978 Willie Nelson 3 day concert in Tulsa.Keep in mind, the employees are using these restrooms and then making your sandwich.Actually, called the Muskogee health department.Vegetarian options: Do not eat anything here....

This McDonald's was a nice stop for breakfast when I was going home on a road trip.They had really nice breakfast burritos, and they also had an option for spicy.The bathrooms are clean and the staff is friendly.However, the one thing I did not really like about this place was that it did not have much seating. It's probably because this restaurant is connected to a gas station convenience store.Overall, a nice stop for breakfast and meals.Parking: Location: In front of the convenience store.Parking availability: good at 7amWheelchair accessibility: They had wheelchair accessible parking and entrance.

OMG this place was more than bad !! I asked if they had any Special's the guy in the drive through said NO.I got my order the large fries 🍟 were really cold not sure how, they were busy. I pulled around front to get my fries fixed, there on the windows were 4 Special's , I had ordered through the drive thru. So while I was parked outside I looked at .the rest of my order, I got a Quarter Pounder w/cheese LG fries and a drink.So the Fries were more than cold, my Quarter Pounder burnt beyond belief had Bacon🥓 😳 but my drink was Great !!

First trip was great, friendly service, great friendly atmosphere. It was very cold. However I left my phone behind as I was passing through. Got to my muskogee destination before I realized my mistake. I immediately called the store, as the lady who answered if she could look at her counter for a phone or if anyone had turned it in? She gladly looked through her store and told me she didn't see one. I didn't take her word, so I traveled back to the location and started calling from another phone to my phone number. Luckily my fit bit watch started picking up on all my missed calls. So I knew I was in the right place. They insisted that my phone wasn't there until I revealed it had to be because I was connected to it. I insisted and it took about what seemed like 5 minutes for it to appear to me. I thanked the cashier. I don't fault her. She may not have had any knowledge of the situation. I am not sure. Either way, why didn't anyone know that he had be taken from the counter where I had left it. Someone knew something....... but who? Lack of character possibly? Just lucky to have gotten back but beware.

Our food was really good. It was warm and fresh. Our drinks were also good. The staff there was friendly. We received fast service. Plenty of parking. Both of the restrooms were clean. And the dining room was clean as well. I recommend this place to go eat.Parking: We had adequate parking.Wheelchair accessibility: They have plenty of handicap parking.

Restaurant was clean. Service was terrible. The lady insisted we order with her instead of the kiosk so we did. We started with simple orders. 3 #7 one with extra ketchup and onion, she said “we don’t have medium cups right now so I’ll have to give you a large”, no problem there but when we asked her if it would be an extra charge she said “I have the option for a large or medium”- we are aware of that but she couldn’t answer the upcharge question. So then we go to order happy meals. Pretty simple, one cheeseburger extra fries, she then tells us corporate policy says they can no longer do extra fries (I don’t think that’s accurate but okay) so then we ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal she says “4 piece or 6 piece” which we again responded 4 piece and she says “corporate policy says we can no longer do 6 piece meals” (again not sure that’s accurate but okay because we ordered a 4 piece anyway). So she gives us the total of like $18 which didn’t sound right but we went with it. She then handed us 3 medium cups (which she said they didn’t have) and 3 cups for happy meals. We get our food and she didn’t ring up one of the happy meals that she gave us a lecture on corporate policy about and one of the #7 meals. At this point I was frustrated and asked if we could order from someone else because she’d rather lecture about corporate policy than listen and accurately take an order. My husband decided we should just cut losses and go. As we were walking out a guy popped open the drive through and handed us the extra #7 meal and apologized for the mix up and did his best to make it right (much appreciated). The food was awful. Stale buns, burgers were not warm and fries were stale and cold as well. -10/10

McDonald's isn't too bad. I've not had issues with their staff or food.It's the bathroom and the convenient store that's attached to McDs that's awful.The convenient store attendees are always hunched over the counter playing on their phones. There are very few v times they even look up unless you're actually at the counter.The bathroom is always disgusting, and the toilets never flush. When you tell the convenient store cashier about it, they shrug and say,'ok.'
