It’s convenient rather than going to Muskogee, Broken Arrow, or Tulsa, but it’s overpriced. I wish they had better hours, when I’m working on stuff that usually requires hardware it’s when they’re closed. From my experience the staff is friendly.

Over priced due to "convenience ". People are okay, could be friendlier. Definitely not a place for bulk orders. Prices are acceptable for a quick fix emergency.

Very helpful and courteous Staff. They won me over when I saw they had a special parking spot for "Veterans" only and as I was checking out the young lady told me to have a blessed day!! How could she have known that I needed that inspiration when she smiled and said that! I'm overwhelmed and will continue to shop here!

Sadly was there 15 minutes, no help. I stood between aisles x 3..The 2 girls saw me..kept talking to employee that was off work. I went to the very front of said aisle, the off duty person asked me if I needed help. Why yes...yes we do. The girl, took her a second to work chain machine..I knew how..but said..DONT TOUCH...all good..and then took a LONG MINUTES for her to figure out how to do part credit card, part cash. It was a thing. If was not so handy, I would not trade here. We NEVER are met with any customer service...until you walk 🚶‍♂️ to register. They are friendly then. Give them that. I like trading with small businesses, you are making it hard to do.

Love this lumber company! We take our list in, get all we need for projects and the prices are competitive. Staff are always willing to help and offer suggestions. Only thing I don't like are the hours. But hey, we work around it.

Lived in Wagoner 2 years. It would be really nice to have a lumber yard here. Unfortunately every time I shop here they are unable to help. More than twice they were unable to mix paint. They never have the lumber or screws you need and mostly unpleasant about it. I am sure it is not the employees fault. Their lumber is always mishaped and they seem to try to give the worst pieces to you if you don't check every piece. Save yourself the time and trouble if you can.

I mostly used the hardware store and infrequently used the lumber yard. The staff was friendly and helpful. When I was renovating a house, their hours were inconvenient for my schedule and I usually went to Lowe's in Muskogee.
