I purchased a pump for our lawn sprayer. Someone had stolen the accessories so it was incomplete. The manual never listed these as included, and we attempted to get the ones that fit, they sold me two, didn't fit. I called and spoke to Scott. He assured me if we would take the pump off and bring it in he would do what it takes and make sure it would work correctly. He was the only one to notice it was incomplete. His customer service and knowledge and taking the time to make it right was outstanding. He located the correct accessories and refunded the price of what should have been included, and we finally were able to finish this task. SO often customer service has been lost in the retail world. Everyone wants your money with less and less involvement give me cash! Customer Service makes a difference when someone is spending their money in your store. A smile and the knowledge to let you know they appreciate your business is still important to your bottom line $$$ Thank you Scott.

Loved Orscheln sorry to see it leave and become Tractor Supply. They don’t give the discounts Orscheln did for veterans and pets birthdays. Really gonna miss all the discounts. Maybe better deals elseware.

Very nice store and location for this chain. Very clean and organized and well stocked. Usually do my shopping at another location but try to visit this store when I'm in town.The associates were all friendly, greet you and offer to help.Sits back behind other businesses, lot is accessible from side road

The staff were very kind and helpful. Super friendly staff. We have 5 little kids and the staff took the time to talk with the kids and show them the different things in the store and explain how they work. The store had everything we needed and more. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Wonderful place, very kind employees. Very clean store. Reasonable prices, however could be a little cheaper. All in all, nice place and nice employees.Update: It's sad to see this store closing. I wish this store stayed open and didn't sell out. However I understand not everything last forever.

I love this store! There is something for everyone... clothing, boots & shoes, beautiful, quality-made windchimes, everything needed for gardening, landscaping tools, lawn mowers and replacement parts, baby chick's & ducks in the spring (so cute!), pet food, treats, water & food dishes, pet toys, and some pet meds. Painting supplies, firepits, patio/pool furniture, knives, car parts, propane & charcoal grills, need I say more? TOOLS for every DIY project whether you're a beginner or have been doing it for decades.

They carry just enough to get a few things for farm supply. Then I have to go to two other stores for the rest. Look how rural Ace Hardware stocks their stores. Farm is the most important.

I have bought many sets of lawnmower blades here with no problems. Yesterday I bought a set went home and started mowing with them. They was bent and bad. Same day I took them back to get a new pair. The lady said they don’t look bent to me. Well that is something you can’t see. She said come back tomorrow and talk to the manager. Today I was told no because they was used. How do you know they are bad blades unless you use them. She said I could talk to her boss. He might be there in 30 minutes. At any store when you buy something and its bad you take it back. I have never been treated like this. I will not return to this store for anything. Their policy is buy as is.

I go in here about once a week. Very nice place to shop. They have clothing, pet and animal supplies, hardware, tools and equipment. Just about anything you need on the farm or at home. If you need plumbing or electrical parts they've usually got it. Real handy on the weekend when everybody else is closed. They've saved me a trip to Claremore several times. Good place to have in Pryor.

I use to love going to this place to shop, and buy our farm supplies. In the last year it has just gone way down hill. Nobody knows anything anymore. They had a awesome store manager that knew everything, but they fired her over some bull***t that wasn't true. It's getting to the point that I just need to take my business somewhere else. So if your not sure or have questions about a project, this isn't the place for answers or help....

Excellent store but they struggle to keep well trained staff. Workers are friendly and polite but don't seem to last long so most of the time you get someone that really doesn't know where things are.

We buy all our bird seed and feeders there. Also we feed deer and buy corn there. A great place to find unique cards and gifts. At Christmas a great place to find toys,they have something for everyone! I love this store!

Lady cashiers was rude tried to get price checks and had a hard time the concrete I bought 20 and several of my 20 are hard as a rock because there were wet and the guy that loaded it said they draw more secure so I won't be going back to that Orschelns I will go back to the one in Muskogee that I've always shopped at where I know I get good service friendly

went in for chicken food and a particular plumbing fixture I needed help with. Johnny on the Spot helped me find it and I got the last one! on the negative side, the price said 9.99 but at the register it was 14.99. they did a price check, but I think they should have let me have it for the lower price.

Easy to get in this store but takes forever to get checked out. I have found its quicker to drive to Muskogee Lowes then it to shop here. Only time I go here is when I need nuts and bolts. other then that I just drive to lowes,

My first time there. Wish that I live closer, absolutely love the older farm supply store. This kinda reminds me of it. Very impressed with the layout.
