I have had really bad experiences here with rude employees on 3 separate occasions. But there are 2 maybe 3 that are very sweet. The pharmacy techs are very, very nice and helpful!

Becky at self check out has the biggest smile and was floating around helping everyone. Also I was greeted when I got there and a nice lady said goodbye/happy thanksgiving to me as I left. This is a very friendly store ....thank you all for that!

The Manager Stephanie was absolutely rude, went to exchange a gift that my sister-in-law bought me thinking it was what I was talking about,(with approval for S-i-l) I was going to just Exchange it (I didn't want money) Stephanie said absolutely not and that Walmart hasn't done exchanges since 2019 especially on a high end item.... My gift was under a hundred $ but over 50$ this is considered high end WOW I guess for employees of Walmart it probably is.

I've had a terrible time using my Ucard/Flex card at this location. So if you're depending on your Ucard/flex card for your entire purchase don't go to this Walmart.If you're using cash or credit card it's a relatively good store. It's clean and there is always an employee nearby if u need any help finding something.Not a large store.

Online grocery pickup is terrible. They wouldn't know quality if it smacked them in the face. They leave things out of your order and carelessly give you trash products. Do not recommend! Save yourself trouble and inconvenience and shop anywhere else.

I need a J7 charger! Why are they all Tesla chargers? I'd love ti charge my car while I shop.I'm not mad I'm just a little disappointed. I think you'd get more business if you did. I didn't stop and shop because I needed an outlet.

I have grown to like self checkout, unless my cart is full, especially with fruits and vegetables. I can see the price as I swipe the items, which I cannot do if loading from the cart to the conveying belt. Always knowledgeable customer service staff at check out to assistant if there is a problem.

Store is clean and well stocked. The lady working in produce was very kind and helpful, our checker up front was awesome too! Watermelon on sale for 3.98 and was delicious!

Oil change. They left the engine cover off where you get the oil filter. Found it between the engine and the fan. Left the tire caps off the tires. Grove Ok has problems at walmart. I've beengoing there 9 years. I buy my tires there and battery and oil changes. GETTING WORSE service NOW.

It's for sure my go to but this closing so early now is very stressful, I don't even get off work in Fairland till, 10:15 sometimes 11p and I normally need things before I get home and have to spend lots more money going to a 24 hour convenient store like toilet paper or pain meds, So this closing like this now is utterly stupid but it is a great store very helpful people n have everything I need when I need it

Vinita has such an aggressive staff. The only one that is reasonable is the guy with long hair.I use self checkout everytime I go to this store, mainly because I prefer not to talk to people. I used to be a Walmart employee (cashier) and there were times I worked the self checkout, I know they really and truely don’t need to be this way to do their jobs. But these ladies omg they will breathe down your neck while checking out your items, even question me whether or not I really scanned certain items when I know for a matter of fact that you literally just watched me physically scan it. I’m very shy/quiet in public places due to anxiety so when I use self checkout I shouldn’t have to talk to you unless I need assistance. After dealing with all that, I walk the 20 feet to the exit only door for them to stand in my way harassing me for receipt. How many people does it take for y’all to determine I’m not stealing. Just stop talking to me for the love of god.

It’s a smaller super center but pretty busy. Employees are helpful if you ask them a question. I Don’t know if they’re policies have changed but it seems they used to come up and ask if you needed any help if you appeared to be searching on an isle Or area in their line of sight… Don’t get me wrong they weren’t rude but not especially overjoyed that they had to stop what they were working on to help me locate an item.

They don't carry stuff like they use to and the shelves aren't always filled. You have to search for help usually when you need help. Some of the women employees are friendly and helpful but most just walk right past you and don't even smile or ask if you need help. Heck, that's why there their it's called customer service, they get a paycheck they should be happy they have a job.
