The vet there is very caring and thorough so I never have to worry about my babies when I take them there. I know she will make sure she does everything in her power to make them better. Which I truly appreciate because it eases my mind not having to worry. She truly cares about her patients. This is my number one favorite vet. Thank you Ladies

Dr. Bass is WONDERFUL!! She took really good care of my little Chihuahua that was having kidney/bladder issues. It was very clean and quiet, my Chihuahua is very nervous and she did wonderful with her. We were new there that day and I will always take her back there.

Took my chihuahua here after he was attacked by 3 big dogs. They asked if we wanted to put him down or spend more money to try and save him. All they did was bandage his wounds up and sent us on our way. One year later and my dog is doing great and still alive. We went to a different vet immediately after and they saved him. Not only did they charge me $200 just to bandage him up, they kept asking if we wanted to put him down for an additional charge, they made it seem like it was the only option. I really think vets around here in Oklahoma don’t care about anything anymore other than money. Prices go up everywhere but you don’t have to lose your humanity.

My dog, Octavia was really sick, they didn't have any openings on tht morning when I called, but the lady tht answered the phone let me explain why was goin on, she put me on hold for just a cpl min, so she cld go tlk to the vet, she came back on the phone & told me they wld fit her in between appts . The employees there are all really nice, & honestly seem to care. Octavia is doing so much better now, thanks to the great ppl at vinita animal clinic. I will b keeping tht clinic as my reg vet! Thank u so much for saving my lil fur baby!

Dr. Bass is so amazing with my little chunky fur babies!!! I feel like she really cares about all my puppies. All the staff are amazing they try to make all my babies super happy! I won’t ever see another vet. Thank all of you guys for everything from me and my fur babies!!!

I was very grateful for them getting my little four-legged buddy Skeeter in so quickly,, & Dr. Bass knows what she is talking about.. as for the low rating,, Dr. Bass most certainly did not have to cop an attitude with me DEMANDING that i pay the total amount of the bill RIGHT THen!! I explained over the phone to her secretary that I live on a very small disability check & would have to make several payments. The doctor even refused to let me take Skeeter's medicine with me until I produced some cash. I was forced to go to a loan company practically begging them for a loan. by the grace of God, the gracious caring ladies there approved the loan & i paid my bill in full. the loan will be paid off in December, so,, it looks like Skeeters getting a Christmas present this year!! HALLELUJAH & GODSPEED!!

The people who worked their are so sweet, they care deeply, they take animals in as soonnas possible, they are caring. They help you understand what's going on, and how to help. I had to put my baby down and they explained everything their gonna do. They explained to me how he may react. They took such good care of him.

They met me in the middle of the night and saved my puppy's life! They worked with me on payments and were very gracious, generous, friendly, and helpful. It's a bit of a drive for me but I'll make it every time. I will have them take care of my animals always. The Dr even called to check on the puppy on her own time a few days after the ordeal. They care and that's what matters most to me.

She saved my puppy when he got parvo. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they don't have any staff members available overnight to stay with your pet when they have to be admitted for treatment. He has had extremely bad seperation anxiety ever since returning home. I think the experience was a bit traumatic.

Dr. Bass is great with Libby, from trimming her nails, immunizations and tests....Libby had heart worms a couple of months after I adopted her, and Dr. Bass successfully treated her....I can't imagine taking her anywhere else.
