Pretty much the only place to stop after a long and expensive ride on the turnpike. Very busy, leaving a very poor selection of sandwiches and such. It is kind of chaotic with a poor layout design-- customers aren't sure where to line up. The coffee creamer was completely drained. The employees were friendly.

I recently visited this location with public restrooms and while they were usable, I found them to be dirty and grimy. The men's room only had one stall, which was occupied, so I had to use the family restroom instead. The overall cleanliness of the facilities could have been better, but I was still able to use them. Despite the condition of the restrooms, I was able to take care of my needs and continue with my day.

The building has a great view of the highway. The women’s restroom wasn’t as clean as advertised. The McDonalds kiosks were all closed down. Overall decent, mostly an interesting view. There is also a gift shop upstairs.

This location is so sad to me. They use to have this cool McDonald’s history museum upstairs that you could go to for free and then eat at the McDonald’s inside. This was a nice little break for kids during a road trip. But they do have clean restrooms and great coffee.

Nice wide pump area that is covered though if it's really windy, not so much. It's nice that the prices are not jacked up!Inside the "Oasis" is a McDonald's and a Subway. Bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. And free wifi.

Jamaes the cashier was the most honest and amazing guyI forgot one of the items that i bought ans he put it on a bags ready for me to come back and grab it. He apologized for not reaching to me as soon as i drove away .I was on rest area and went back to store he handle it to me .Also store its cleans and fast check outGood experience

It serves its purpose….the downstairs women’s restroom was halfway working, one of the two soap dispensers were out of soap and one of the two dryers didn’t work. The only good thing is that they do have a upstairs restroom by the McDonald’s and Subway. So I wish I went upstairs with my kids, but then again, who knows if that was even better than the one downstairs. We were able to obviously get gas and food as it’s a rest stop.

Women visiting this location beware. Men will walk into the womens restroom because apparently the sign is too small or obviously can't read.

Subway the nicest young lady was awesome she took time and made my meal just the way I needed it . I gave her a ten dollar tip . Thank you if I’m a truck driver who’s also staying the night here , so if I past back through here which I’m sure I will , then subway it is. Ty

It's 2:57AM on 09/05/2021, went in to use restroom, wanted to grab a coffee and an Arnold palmer. Couldn't find a cashier, so put my Arnold palmer back and left 3$ for the medium coffee. Figured that should cover a coffee? No pen or pencil to write down what money was for anywhere, so here it is, had to keep moving

Incredibly rude cashier. I politely advised him the water in the mens restroom was way too hot for my young sons’ hands. He quoted the temperature of which the water needs to be to burn and then cited the waters actual temperature. A simple blow off of “we’ll look into it” would have been fine. Store is dirty and busy-which is to be expected with the amount of traffic. If you can avoid this stop, I would. It’s overrated.

The gas awnings had water dripping from them with no rain. The cashier was very rude set on his rear end when I asked for change for the turn pike I was told they can give you change. Was looked very rudly because I am a driver and had driven most of the day and my legs were hurting. This older guy seriously needs a new poker face and some attitude adjustment I won't stop here again.

Grungy dirty place but extremely convenient to get off and on the toll road/highway without exiting and paying more money. Fuel pump leaked. Convenient place for RVs and trucks to make a quick stop for gas with a few parking spots to pull in and rest a minute before continuing on. Trash filled small grassy areas so not exactly friendly for dog potty breaks. Bathrooms were okay. Prices hiked a bit due to toll Road but good for the area.

Nice area to stretch legs on cross country road trip. McDonald’s & subway are also on site. Lots of bathrooms available. Would have gave 5 starts however bathrooms were a bit messy.

Restrooms are dirty and lacking toilet paper. Women calling out to others to pass toilet paper under the partitions. My husband said men's room was nasty with pee on the floors.12/28/21 @ 12:00.

We stop here often on our way to and from Tulsa. Both stores (on each side of the turnpike) are always clean and well stocked. The employees are always friendly, although I usually have to ask to enter my rewards number at checkout. My only issue with this location is that they have a very limited selection of delli items available. If you want a hot sandwich, you have to go upstairs to McDonald's or Subway. Unfortunately, these stores are not open throughout the night.

I just want to say how amazing Kendra was!!.. we had a not so great experience with subway.. maybe the girl there was having a bad day.. but we went down grabbed a few things and kendra checked us out, By far the best rest stop we've been too since Arizona! She was personable and upbeat!! 10 out of 10!!

If you're expecting a McDonald's like was here years ago, you'll be disappointed. It's a truck stop with a Subway and a McDonald's that's got weird and confusing architecture and a tribute to will Rodgers for some reason. Don't waste your time unless you're on empty or about to deficate yourself, even then, the field next to it seems to be a better option.

Watched multiple groups of people walk in with no masks on and none of the Kum and Go staff or management confronted them about it.This is unacceptable as the sign on the door clearly says you need a mask.People are dying because of Covid and Kum and Go staff need to take responsibility for the safety of their establishment and customers.Absolutely irresponsible and dangerous!

Have to rate this one high based on the location alone being by the Will Rogers Archway. The brand Kum & Go always get some obvious chuckles and no one seems to know what’s with the “K” but there it is. Cheap gas and an overall fine travel center experience. #kum&go #willrogers

My driver was rejected the service in Vitita,OK store number 890, despitehe did NOTHING wrong. He wanted to get cash from his EFS check but theclerk Heather(blond girl) rejected him a service despite he never said asingle bad word to her and then she told him to leave the store.She called highway patrol.The driver needed to get fuel for 700$ and get some cash. But he needed toget any amount first to be sure the efs code works. Otherwise, afterfilling full tanks and having an inactive efs code would cause issues.In addition, Heather introduced herself as a manager, although another girldid the same when my driver called their store for manager.I demand this case to be investigated properly and i expect to knowresults of ivestigation. Otherwise, will make a youtube video and write tohigher management.Its is super inapropriate approach of kum and go associate.

Desparatly need to upgrade fuel pumps every time someone pump stopped all pumps would stop clicks at each car. The last time I had this the station had pumps that were around 25 years old
