We're in from Kentucky to visit family, 14 hours from home, 2.5 from the family and our truck broke down. We had no choice but to pull into the Ace parking lot to fix the truck. One of the employee's named Jared came outside in the rain and cold to check on everything and see if he could be of any help. Then he volunteered to take my partner up to the local parts store. They didn't have the part so he took him all the way across town to a different parts store and wouldn't even accept money for gas for helping us out. I can't speak on the store or what's on stock but the employee's, specifically Jared, are extremely helpful and friendly. We're so appreciative of him taking time out of his day to help us out.

I shopped here for replacement keys. I had 4 made and all 4 worked when I returned home unlike keys I've bought from other places. Thank you Ace!!

Their prices are what you'd expect in a small town. I went in looking for a specific hard to find nut and washer. they had a good selection but I didn't find what I needed. Asked someone and they knew exactly where they were. The box had both nuts and screws but it looked like it only had screws so I missed it. If you can't find what you need then ask.

Good selection of necessary home repair and appliance installation supplies. We made a quick stop just before closing and still received personalized service with an escort directly to the aisle needed.

Always super eager to help. Maybe too eager if you already know your way around a hardware store. Not sure if they are like that with all customers or if its because I'm female but otherwise great customer service. Prices are a bit high on some things but when compared to TH Rogers or the cost of gas to run to Lowe's I can't complain.

Staff are cool and have a sense of humor, super helpful also. Prices are about average for what you would expect from a small town hardware store. Could be a bit cheaper but not horribly bad. Will be coming back for our smaller needs.

Have shopped at this store for 18 years now. Have always had fantastic service. But recently there's been a short dark haired lady probably in her mid to late 30s working the cash register that is hateful. She either hates her job, men or life in general. Maybe all 3. She always seems ticked off and mad about something. Really should put her in the back unloading inventory or something. She's too hateful to be the face of Vinita's Ace Hardware.

Went in for a few parts for the toilet. The personel were friendly, new exactly where to find what I needed and offered helpful tips. Very friendly and helpful bunch.
