Great little small town hardware store. Lots of knowledge. They work on steel and gravely equipment. takes a week or so to get your equipment back but they know what they're doing. They're always busy so that to me is a good thing 🙂

This is the best place to take your lawn mower to get fixed honest people and get work I had a zero-turn brand-new I got from somewhere else to get to three different shops they cannot figure out what's wrong with it brought it in and I had it fixed within a week brought another mower in and they diagnose the problem and they said be fix within the week they are good

It is wonderful to find a business that still truly values their customers. Everyone at the store went out of their way to help me get the materials needed for a dock repair to the point of having lumbar delivered to me that was not in stock. I even got a call after hours to ensure everything had arrived as promised. Thanks again!

It's a good old fashioned small town hardware store. They have a little bit of everything. They have a very wide selection of zero turn mowers. Most are Cub cadet but they also have Gravely and Grasshopper. They have it in house mechanic for repairing mowers if you're old one needs fixing..

Always smiling in the small town manner, each customer is important to them. I recently had a massive failure in a chainsaw purchased elsewhere, and their salesperson/repairman partially disassembled the machine and gave me the bad news.The next morning at 7AM, I bought an exact replacement.These people, not the store, are the best thing in the establishment.Oh yes, they have country hours and everything that the customers want.

Thank you all for being there. Everyone there seams to really know there stuff. Dad has a nice zero turn and they take care of all the maintenance. And are fantastic people. I wandered around Lowes one day asked 4 Lowes employees 4 help without being able to solve a rv plumbing issue. The older gentleman at Simon's asked me like 4 questions and walked me to the back grabbed a 2 dollar part and bam solved! Just like that!!!

Bought a brand new rotohog pro tiller. It came up with missing parts and when we called to tell them, they said there was nothing they could do. They got 5 stars for helping my wife load the tiller to the trailer with a smile but 1 star for customer service for not offering help or advice over the phone or offering to own up to the missing parts, so we averaged them out to a 3 star. If they had attempted any help I may have given them a 4

The service is impeccable. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. The place to shop for mowers, chain saws, weed trimmers and blowers. They service what they sell and I have always been very pleased with this business.
