I’ve used Top Dog since their opening day! My dogs are happy and spoiled while there. They go EVERY single week and we have always had the BEST service! They know how to handle each pet’s different personality. I have had to board several of my dogs with them and always get pics of their stay!!! From Great Dane’s to Yorkies, they are definitely the TOP place to take your DOG!

I got bit by the shop owners cat while picking up my dog from getting groomed. They said they would give me a refund for that days appointment to cover my copay/antibiotics but never did, and ignored my follow up message asking if they were able to issue the refund. Plus whenever they trim my dogs nails they’re always pretty jagged. Won’t be back.Update 9/2023: they never issued the refund they said they would in the reply. I ended up having about $150 total in bills from the incident that I had to pay out of pocket since they ghosted me after. Just saying if these people ever owe you money, don’t get your hopes up.

I love this place! They are awesome with my 3 dogs. They just done a remodel and the place looks and smells great. If your looking for a groomer this is the best place by far.

Place is dirty and smells horrible. Brought my dog back home because they wanted shot records and to make sure up to date on flea pills which my dog is but she was so rude and disrectful I would never leave my dog in that place. I will be finding a new groomer!

My dog Casey has ear hematomas on both ears because he was shaved too closely. His matting could have been handled better. I need to take him to the vet now as he can’t even sleep because of what you did to his ears. We will NOT be back. His previous grooming was not good either but there aren’t many choices out here.

Was not pleased my dog had a cut on him after he was groomed and they did not even bother to tell me and then my dog didn't even smell good like he didn't get a bath was not satisfied with them at all

This place smelled horribly they cut my dog on the belly and didn't even tell me anything and my dog smelled like that place I couldn't even tell he had a bath I've tried to call to cancel my future apts but they don't answer done not recommended at all
