I gave them 2 starts because the food isn’t awful. When you get your order right, it’s not bad. However, I only get my order quickly and correct once every 10 times we go. This last time really sent me to do this review unfortunately. I ordered at 7:17, placed an order with a burger, a coney, and a couple ice creams. We got to sonic around 7:25, checked in with my friend who also ordered, and waited. My friend got her order promptly, we asked the bellhop for a drink carrier and told her she could bring it when my order came out to save her a trip. We waited until 7:50 to ask where my order was again because they were busy. The person on the speaker said I never checked in. When we finally got my order, one ice cream was melted, one was missing, and we asked for the melted ice cream to be remade and my ice cream to be brought out. We waited another 15 minutes before we finally drove up to the window. I got my ice creams at 8:15, and they were still wrong. I just took the wrong order at that point because my friends ice creams were melting and my food was cold. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time something like this has happened.

I ordered a #1 with only three ingredients. Behold it came as is when i opened it. Cmon guys read the orders. We have families that rely on us to get them their lunch. Please do your part to make sure your customers stay happy by getting their orders right. Prices are already out of control as is. At least get us what we ordered.

Very hit or miss with service,If you are ordering for a family at least 2-3 will be wrong or cold, sometimes even both.Sometimes Even when they get it right food is Very Mid.Pro-tip don’t order plain ice cream here. If you want a simple cone go somewhere else. They are either dumb and make it first before a full order and let in melt in their hand or they don’t tell you their machine is acting up before you pay for it and bring it out in a cup as if there is no way there was a reason for you ordering a coneDidn’t rate it lower because literally no one ever has said their best meal was from a sonic

We love our local sonic and love that the owners are so caring towards our community. I love to watch our local kids cycle through there as employees. They start in high school and learn valuable lessons about work and responsibilities and then graduate and leave, and then come back as upstanding young adults. This business is a big valuable asset to our home town. For all of the negative people who like to trash establishments, be patient with these kids. They are learning valuable lessons and we should help foster that. If there ever truly is a reason to be unhappy, take it to the owners who will make it right. Don't just go straight to writing negative reviews. We love you Valliant Sonic! Thank you for serving our community.

I love our local sonic. Yes it is run by a bunch of young kids. They are learning how to work. Most of them have never had a job before. Yes, they make alot of mistakes. They are only human. They are learning. If they have the right leader they will learn what and what not to do. They do need to learn that cheese does not come on a hamburger.

Worst Sonic EVER! Do Not Go To This Sonic. We made our order using the mobile app while passing through town. While we received everything we ordered the corn dogs were so old they were hard to chew and the meat was shriveled and tough. Since we were about two miles on down the road and didn't have time to go back we just chocked it up as one we will never go back to again. Our grandson's burger was hard and shriveled and the cheese was hard on the edges. I'm surprised this place hasn't gone out of business.Definitely lack of oversight by management. You have to inspect what you expect. Can't fault the teenagers running the place. This falls squarely on the lousy owners of the franchise. Oh...and don't blame it on COVID either.

I came 5 minutes before close so I was happy that they served me but they got my entire order wrong they rushed the food it was completely covered in mustard and ketchup. I mean they sure did rush it so they could close up... they might as well have not even served me!Also how can tater tots be so salty my whole family couldn't eat them!!!??

The only order of mine they've ever gotten right at this location is a drink, and only if I order one. Shouldn't have to talk to a manager or go back through the drive through everytime I order just to get a correct order or hot food. This has been an ongoing issue since it opened...

I always have liked sonic burgers but they are cheap not good tasting here. Patties taste like cheap soy patties. Plus burgers are 2/3 the size of Sonics in Texas. Everything else was good

Absolutely the best fast food service this 47 year old has ever had. Great service, very friendly, and went to great lengths to customize our order. If all the locals are as friendly this is great place to live. Trucker friendly as well, first ever trucker drive through.

Once again the burger was cold, tots were cold and hard and tasted like they were cooked in old burnt oil. Why complain when nothing is offered to fix it or and the place is never going to change. I assume the owner nor management read these reviews or care to investigate and do something about the consistent poor food quality coming out of their restaurant?

1st off, they dont even listen when taking the order. We ordered large sized tots and drinks. She only brought mediums, fine. 2nd, pretty sure the mustard goes IN the burger, not on it. Not to mention everything we got was cold and didnt seem fresh.

Passing thru on a 12 hour road trip. Took about 15 minutes for order to come. Which was fine- it was 6pm so dinner rush was in full swing. Tater tots and fries I can only assume were leftovers from the lunch rush (cold and stale). Burgers were cold and coney was loaded with old chili and a whole bottle of mustard to hide what was underneath. My suggestion is if your on a road trip- hold out for the next town!!

Consistently cold burgers,tastes old.You come here and begin to expect bad food.You’re better off supporting other local businesses that actually care about their customers and make good food! A business that’s not just going to gleam of consistent customer returns due to the convenience. And not worried about fixing anything.If you eat at any other sonic you will see how sub par the food quality of this sonic really is.The 1 star only counts for the consistently good,friendly service the workers have.

Always loved sonic. Worked there when I was a teenager made hella tips now you can pay from your car and nobody tips these hard little workers anymore. Please tip your carhops even if it's just some change out of your console

The young man that took my order over the intercom was very polite and courteous. Thank you Dillon. The young man that brought out my food was as well, I didn't catch his name. The food was fast and good, as it should be. Thanks Valliant Sonic for breaking up the same ol meal for this Ol' truck driver!

While working near Valliant we were passing through at lunch time and at the last minute decided to stop at Sonic. When we decided we just missed the entrance and instead of driving down the highway further looking for a turn around I decided to turn into the exit as there were no vehicles moving at the Sonic and they were not very busy. I pulled in and drive to the back where there was a truck exit so I could turn around the correct direction and park. While turning around the manager walked up to my vehicle stopping me from parking in order to tell me that I just came in through the exit and how that was wrong. She asked me if I saw the truck entrance, I was in a van pulling a small trailer, and that I should have used it. I explained to her I was aware I entered in the wrong side because it was a last minute decision and there was no traffic. She explained to me that I again was in the wrong and that caused a liability for her. After being chased down in the parking lot and then chastised from the manager for such a non issue I decided to take my business elsewhere and told her such. She seemed as if she could care less. What kind of business stops the their customers in the parking lot to berate them for going the wrong way in a parking lot with no other moving vehicles and like only 4 other customers? I didn't get the chance to pay them for their mediocre fast food. But I will never stop here again while working on the area.

I often get the wrong order and HAVE to always check any order before leaving. Some places I trust to get my order right, this is isn't one. The food is good. Good service (They always fix whatever problem there is). I usually have to wait longer than one would expect, even in the drive thru.

This place needs help. Got a grilled cheese and when my son opened it the wrapper was black and greasey. Nastiest tater tots I've ever had. You could tell the grease hadn't been changed the whole weekend and it was a Tuesday. Ordered 3 wacky packs and only got 2 toys so the fight was on. I've even applied for a job so I could help the business thrive because I can run a Sonic on my sleep but guess I'm not young enough. If there's only kids running a business then you're gonna get kid results ..most younger people just want a check and could care less about the he business and it's shows...what happened to the fundamentals of Sonic...what happened to hi my name is so and so, you have so and so and ur total is such and such...not here's ur tea...I have spoken to several people that complains about the same issues...it's the only one in town. Why not try to make it great?,.................so a few months later I give them another chance and they shorted me 7 fries and 2 burgers...for one don't send two kids out to fix my problem...you are suppose to make sure the customer is satisfied when they leave not mad as hell. It's not my fault you didn't take my order correctly. It is not my fault my order is messed up but you want me to pay 15 additional to the 21 I just paid when u should've gotten that stuff right the first time. I will never freaking ever go back.i do business with grown people not kids. I hate this Sonic and will be calling corporate
