Went into Ace a couple of weeks ago looking for a flip lock. I had one I had bought at an Ace in TN. and I love it! They didn't have one but I sent a picture to the lady that worked in the store and she ordered me 2, they came in quickly and were under $5.I appreciated the speed and service! I can't remember her name but she was older than the girl that waited on me this week. Thanks for your help!!

We go because it is close to the house. I have yet to have a friendly interaction with the few different staff members I have seen in the store. If we had more options in town I would not go just because they are always rude or extremely short when asking for help.

I love Tuttle's old hardware store! If you prefer shopping at a place with some soul, with some grit and personality, then this is a hardware store for You! They have everything you would need in a pinch and lots of fun random stuff. They mix paint and copy keys too!

The lady that "helps" costumers is RUDE and unhelpful. Will never go back. I've been to that store on a couple of occasions and it is the same treatment everytime. Have heard complaints about this issue from others as well. TH Roger's will be my hardware store.

First time I have been in this store. Gentleman at the counter recognized what was in my hand and gave me directions where to find replacement parts. Got what I needed, well stocked store.

Was looking for a battery for E go trimmer, unable to find one in Chickasha, none to be found. Called Tuttle Ace Hardware and they had one. Drove and got the battery needed.
