Oh boy what a headache... didn't know buying some wood and paint could be such a difficult process for people to handle. The lady I spoke with about paint was extremely helpful but the old angry dog behind the counter, don't get me started. When you fail to put prices out for your customers to see your damn right Im going to bug you about pricing. I could have walked out and put my money in another companies pocket, but after wasting an hour of my time trying to relay pricing back and forth between employees screw it get me out of here so I can go about my life. Get a new in store clerk, the old man has no business being around customers.

Ordered two doors delivered that were in stock, payed in advance got the run around for 10 days. Nothing but excuses and no doors. spoke with the manager/owner? all I got was sorry this doesn't usually happen. got a refund and WILL NOT be back.

The guy behind the counter never acknowledge any customer that walked in the store and was rude when I placed my order. The guy that load us was nice but I couldn’t get the 8 foot boards I ordered because the few they had were horrible. I got 10 foot instead but they were pretty bad as well. It’s a shame to see any business lose customers because of one rude employee but I will drive out of my way before I go back to this store or any other of there locations because of this one employee. I wish I would have gotten his name but he’s not hard to spot. He’s the rude guy at the counter!!!

My experience was with the staff in Tuttle.The people are friendly nice and professional. They beat everyone elses price on my framing lumber package and showed up fast with excellent lumber for their grade class. I would have anyone let them in on the bid challenge!! Thanks!

The truck drivers are rude!!! I was about to pull out of the gas pump and I noticed he was making a circle around the parking lot so I stopped to let him go and while I was stopped I look down at my phone and when I looked up to see if he was gone and he was stopped in front of me shaking his head at me . I was at a complete stop waiting on him.
