Since the pink haired/also sometimes blonde, I believe Ashley has left not much to brag about, and Kathy, we have loved her for years. Yes the store is remodeled but it seems they ran off the hard working ones that stuck through since that long haired man popped in and out. I heard him bragging about his teeth missing because he choke slammed one of his customers at a previous job, sad he wasn't evaluated better to keep good consistent employees here in tuttle. Those women were probably scared so they left.

I just left this Dollar General location like about five minutes ago the customer service there is absolutely terrible. I walked in and the lady with the Burnett hair and just stared at me no greeting whatsoever then when it was time for me to check out, she rang me up, and when I reached out for my receipt instead of her, handing it to me, she puts it on the counter And I’m like OK what’s that all about so I guess this is a type of customer service they provide at this location

At first the store was great, a lady named Wendy was manager, the place was clean and friendly and I went all the time because it was close and I never had to stand in a line behind more than one person. About a month ago I quit seeing her and since then it's just rude employees who don't even look up when you ask them where something is, that's after you can barely get in the door through the clearance junk that is in the doorway, and inventory carts blocking every other aisle, then standing in line because they don't have enough employees or if there isn't a line, go find the cashier who is off somewhere stocking and you have to go find them to get them to come check you out so you can leave. They will have to improve A LOT to get me back in there shopping, for now it's just like any other ghetto, trashy looking, unfriendly Dollar General you can find in the city...it's a shame, I loved getting a brand new, nice, friendly convenient place to shop out here in the country.

I shop here a lot and the cashiers know me well they're usually in good spirits and are helpful when you have a question or need to barrow the bathroom key. If I need just one or two things, I'd stop here over going to walmart. These guys usually have some real good deals on the on sale or clearance items too.

Probably one of the cleanest & friendliest stores that I have been to. The upbeat personality of the gentleman that works there is just what this world needs more of. Keep up the good work! 5 stars 😊

Wow, what a difference a new manager makes. The previous manager had this store looking nice, but the current manager has it looking like a dump. Plus, she's never around and even the employees never know where she is.

The staff is very friendly and they will actually help you find something you can't find instead of telling you if they don't have it kn the shelves then it's not there. It is very clean and organized. They have sales all the time. They will take time from what they are doing to help you. Best dollar general so far.

I shop at Dollar General every week. For most basic needs this place beats the he!! Out of wally world's long long lines and high prices. If I need bread, milk or dog food I make a quick trip to Dollar General. Always friendly people.

Very good store and pretty much all the shleves were full and not bare like some of the other DG stores I've been into like the ones over by Blanchard. Those stores are poorly managed and their shelves are always missing stuff! I will definitely be coming back to this store!

Worst place to work. Horrible management. Never many hours and they DO NOT value employees. They let employees get away with everything under the sun, constant call ins and never team work. The Manager April is always a grump. She’s literally stated she refuses to hire men, because she thinks they don’t work.... she’s sexist at most! smh The previous manager stole from the company. They demote employees and take away hours. Instead of training and setting goals. They ignore their employees. They’re inventory is all in the back, seriously have freight from months back. That’s why Easter stuff is out right after Christmas. You would think being brand new out in the country having wonderful customers that they would thrive. Constant employees leaving the register to have actual phone conversations. Smh I accepted a job there ready to give my all and be the face of that company... but the way they do business is Apalling and I quit after 4 weeks. Most my employment is up to two years. Horrible horrible horrible

I stand 6 ft and the cashier didn't see me, a good head and shoulders over the shelves at the register. She rang up the person in front of me then walked to the office. Started talking to the person in there and after glancing back out, said oh there's a person. She came out rang up my stuff without acknowledging me, told me the price and didn't even hand me my purchase. I had to reach across the turn stile to get it. No thank you, have a nice day or anything else.
