This maRket is nearest my home. Ive been able to find some great local honey and jams at this store. They have a wide variety of goods that could fit what you are looking for...foodstuffs, as well.My experiences here have been mixed as regards to customer service. I choose to ignore the ignorant attitudes of a few. There are also a few nice male and female staff that make shopping there pleasant.If I ever thought I was not respected where I spent my money, Id stop.

Just a bunch of women (Managers) smoking weed very rude lazy women they treat their cashier's like dirt I've never seen managers move so slow the only manager that does work is the night manager Monty those women are going to run that store out of business all the owners of this store should seriously look into this before they destroy it

Absolutely love this grocery store! Lots of offordable prices, I always notice the workers cleanings so I can say it's always kept spotless, great deli, cashiers are always super friendly, the door greeters are super nice, I find it very convenient that they have people that help load groceries for the elders and or persons with disabilities. Always look forward to the seasonal cotton candy grapes that they offer, and I always have such a great experience with the cashier/manager Dee Dee!

I called earlier asking for a specific item and they said they had it in stock. I was elated because I had been looking for it for a while and it's hard to find. I asked how many did they have and the person told me they had a lot. I then asked her if she could 5 away for me and that I would pick them up as soon as I left my place of business. She said the person in the meat dept was on break but she would go back and put what I asked for up for me. She stated it shouldn't be a problem. Mind you, I've had this VERY SAME STORE hold items for me before. So after I leave work, I drive across town to hurry and get the items she had put up for me. I rush inside, grab a basket, and go straight to the meat department. Of course they're closed. So I go up to the front since there isnt anyone on the aisles to help me. I see a young lady with a tag on and I say EXCUSE ME, BUT CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE? She continues to walk and even doesn't acknowledge me. She goes to the front of the store and stands there. I wave her down and ask for her help. I tell her I called earlier and asked for a specific item to be held for me and she tells me OH, THE MEAT DEPARTMENT MGR SAID NO AND EVEN THOUGH I AM THE STORE MANAGER, I CANT OVERRIDE WHAT HE SAYS. I say, SO YOU MEAN, I DROVE ACROSS TOWN FOR NOTHING? I..... and before I could finish my thought, she turns and walks off! I drove all the way here, so I just grabbed a few things so it wouldn't have been a wasted trip. I go to the register and that same young lady stares at me with a look of disdain from the time I get to the front of the store until I leave. It made me even more upset than I was when she rudely walked off when I was talking to her. I will be calling tomorrow to talk with a manager to file a complaint because that's not how you treat customers at all

Was just told by sierra at the 3rd and lewis location when she overheard me talking to my friend.. about only having 2 lanes opens and there being a traffic jam.. she said and I quote.. well if you would ask use to open more lanes we would....Well excuse me but I shouldn't have to ask.. it's not my job to make sure that the customer service was up to par. Completely rude and hateful.. don't like your job..

My daughter and I ran by the store before the storm Monday evening. I notice that we were being followed by some guy that works there. At checkout that same guy, the security guard and some young chick was standing at the end of our register line. My daughter and I felt harassed for no reason. Poor customer service!

Please be careful about getting a job here if you haven’t had experience, a short female whose the manger wanted to be rude to a man who just started in front of customers . She shouldn’t be in management if she can’t wait til a transaction is over before addressing something to someone who has no idea “you don’t need to be doing that cause I’m not gonna keep getting in trouble for it “ . In front of customers isn’t a proper reaction to a mistake and I come here often . I don’t think she needs to have this position if she can’t properly teach or maintain self control in front of people

This store has been here for a very long time and it is starting to show its age. I recommend that you watch the expiration dates very carefully. I have pretty much stopped shopping here as the quality has seemed to go downhill over the years. The neighborhood has declined to the point that I will not allow my wife to go there alone after dark for any reason.

Overpriced since Harps took over. Really looks like a good store with half the shelfs empty all the time. Theres either never a shopping cart to use or if there is one to use it usually has a stuck wheel and is hard to push. Never enough help employees always on break smoking infront of the doors. Wont go here anymore unless I desperately have to.

I like going here for sale items only. It's kind of the only shopping in this area of town. The store is what some people call "rustic". It could do with a remodel at some point. The products are also a bit more expensive than I'd like. But it is very convenient to grab a quick gallon of milk or frozen pizza every once in a while when a trip to Aldi is out of the question.

Not Alot of choices, but lots of every item. Cheaper than Walmart. I spent $75. For 31 items. I came for the large, long lasting incense. Love those.

I came in this morning purchased a few items including a Cool Blue Gator aid which for some reason didn't get put into my bag. I returned to store to same checker only 15 mins later. She told me she not only that she didn't help me but that is was lying. I left the store in tears by her behavior. A store manager Cierra Vargas asked if she could help but the humiliation was to much and I left.😔

The food and staff have had a complete make over, they pay attention and even though staff is mostly still youngsters, the managers and security are well in the know. My Warehouse Market experiences have involved ALL young cashiers. I've known this particular store over 20yrs. Its still in business so it must be doing something right.

I’m 20 years old, I tried to by an ol glory energy drink. They told me I had to be 21. It’s an ENERGY DRINK. You can buy them at Walmart and there isn’t an age restriction. And to be honest they claim to be a discount grocery store. But a large amount of the prices are more expensive than most other grocery stores.

Bought 22.00 of transmission fluid 06/22/2020,ended up not needing it,went back the very next day to return it since I don't have money to lose and was told no returns since Covid 19 and I called another warehouse mrkt on Sheridan and they said as long as I didn't purchase it during mar 1 at and June 1 at I could return it .I never go there anyway I just needed something for my Jeep I guess I could expect this from the most ghetto warehouse mrkt in Tulsa lol

Have found expired food on several occasions. I have witnessed green hot dogs. The staff are very nice, but check dates on everything you buy.

The store looked like they have not cleaned in a very long time! It was nasty looking. Prices were expensive. Some of the food looked rotten. I would not and will not suggest anyone to go to that store!!! Poor customer service as well.

I was very disappointed. The shelves are bare, very little selection. High prices. This store looks like its going out of business!!@
