First off there's a rude fat Security Guard, anything he doesn't like he yells at you or cusses you out for it. I have experienced both. Example: stepping in water to get a basket, instead of putting up up a sign saying carts over behind gates, there's a extremely rude screaming Contracted Security Guard. Secondly they have a extremely rude old woman on the intercom, from tonight's visit it seemed like a prison in strictness. Example: Everyone we close in ten minutes you better be up at the registers at 10, other customers shouted: what is this a prison? Second Example: as I'm leaving she shouts at customer entering you better be up here in 4 minutes. I can look past the guard, not the older shorter woman, as the guard is contracted, the woman is not. Thus why I am writing this. First gates, so you can't walk back to bread or freezers immediately, second this? Really does have a prison-like vibe to it.

The cashier Greta is extremely rude!!! I don't like to have a lot of plastic bags and was trying to place like items together to minimize the amount of bags I was going to have. And she kept snatching the bags away from me saying she had a system and leave her bags alone. And was so negative and horrible. She makes the shopping experience there so miserable when normally it's been pretty good there. If you hate your job and giving good customer service Greta then please do all us customers a favor and QUIT!!! When I told her to quit being so rude she said the manager right there go tell him. Which further let's me know that nothing will be done seeing that she's had other bad reviews. If you shop at Warehouse Market on Peoria in Turley absolutely positively do not go through Greta's line!!! The experience with her will upset you and be absolutely miserable!!!!

they have poor customer service. takes to long to get someone to the phone. and sometimes nobody answers the phone. and then you have to redial the phone number again. also the products on the aisle is not all that fresh. like the peanuts candy. they were hard as a rock, and should be soft

This is a decent grocery store. They have great prices on their meats, but if you don’t plan on eating it within a day you should freezeIt because it turns brown quickly. I usually stay away from their produce as well, it also goes bad a lot quicker than other stores.

It used to be a nice place to shop for the essential items but it's not like that anymore. If has gotten too expensive and the meats are not very good quality. They don't have a good selection of most things. They need more bread selections and fresher produce.As of now I am going to try to go elsewhere for my food. Which really surely sucks for me because I am disabled and the one thing that Warehouse Market has going for them is that they almost always have a electric cart.

The prices are ok but they don't have enough registers open. There was at least 9 of us split between two open lanes that were extremely slow moving. What should have been a 5 minute trip turned into 20 minutes.

I use to like this store because of the quality of the meats and produce. My only complaint is the minute you walk in the store and start shopping, the staff is watching you. They have a white lady that use to work at the courtesy desk ipnfront tgat seems to have an issue with certain people who come into the store, all.of management is out and watching. I never had this problem before as I certsinly don't steal and not an indigent person, if so you shouldn't assume because a person look a certain way they are a thief, snd yes the prices here has risen tremendously, Libby green beans 16oz can 98 cents, sugar 6.19 walmart 5.64 sugar, libby green beans 77 cents, this store drop prices the 1st of the month, if you want to get good deals. But be prepared to be followed or watched if upper management is on the floor or the lady that has management around her fingers, they fired all the good people and kept her, interesting enough for you. Some it up catch the sales they have good sales but compare prices before buying

I do not care for this store only because of the community it's located in. I decided to shop there today, for the first time in 2 months, had a complete stranger woke up to me. Ask me what my name was followed me and talks with me all the way through the store and out the door. Which proves why I do not go in there. Everything easily it's my problems and issues with this establishment really isn't about the company itself

The ground beef has old brown meat in the middle. All of it. I guess they don’t care because it’s out north so they don’t feel they need to stop. Walmart has fresh meat.

Shop Here all the time. Easy to get in and out. I noticedv,we hole waiting for deli to slice my meats ,in back at butcher shop two women did not have. Hairnet on. Hair was in ponytail.

I will never shop here again I was harassed by their security guard he said he saw me put something in my pocket although I had just bought $ 50.00 in groceries was In my work clothes with my name on them in plain view he of course found nothing because I stole nothing this is just another case of racial profiling by a white security gaurd why is it when people are stealing things or doing something bad the cops are no were to be found but when you are minding your own business there up your butt I under stand warehouse market that you feel you need security but the security gaurd needs to do his job patrol the parking lot and inside of the store not harass people he thinks might be stealing things you just lost money from a customer who told his friends and family and they will not shop here again

Warehouse market in North Tulsa on Peoria Ave. Is a good place to shop for groceries if you are on a limited budget as most people are in today's economical climate. It sure beats the prices of the bigger marts! It went thru a change of hands recently, at least a change in marketing strategies! All for the good I must say. All in all a good place to shop!

They are way better with fresh produce over the years...still not really feeling the meat selection...need more variety (Turkey sausage etc) overall though Warehouse is cool with me

They have quality products, accomadating staff, the only reason they didn't get five stars was because they don't have the selection of the larger chain stores, but otherwise they're great

I had to come here just to get “ strawberries “ I usually don’t come to warehouse market Awhile back there was mold in our tea ! Coming back strawberries had mold ! I literally checked all the strawberries they all had mold no such thing as fresh fruit !!!

This store is our only option for North Tulsa. Produce is NEVER fresh.Meat never freshMilk spoils within the weekHorrible selection of healthy foods.Only go here if absolutely necessary.

Their prices are quite high on somethings...cereals canned goods etc...but I see the vegetable section has improved as far as variety and display...looks more inviting🍅🍆🍏🍎🍋🍌🍓

It was 7: 30 a. M. In the morning, and I spent almost $100 buying groceries in the store. My wife came to the door but I did was in her hand yelling at me to come back and pay for these items because I left her in the store. She takes too long to shop. She was Amelia accused of shoplifting because she was trying to get my attention to come back in the store. So I went back out to my truck and brought everything I purchased back in the store and got a refund on my credit card. But will push me over the edge is when the woman told me that she was not the one that caught my wife stealing when I was talking to her and the manager at the same time about the situation. I won't go to the store again.

It was horrible... i live in another state and i was visiting... The customer service from the manager was atrocious she continued to talk to her assistant manager about her travel plans at the customer service desk while she added up my items... Neitger one spoke or said have a nice day.... Where is the customer service? Especially from management?

The store is always clean & items are easy to find. The store employees are always helpful. I ride the #105 bus, that runs every 30 minutes.

They always have tons of cheap household items that are not cheaply made. They also have everything I need n want. It's like they made that store especially for me.

I rate it 2stars for convenience, but as far as their products i think they can do better with their fruits and veggies,the try to pawn off really old produce,not once have i shop their and the produce is fresh looking,
