Needed to get new tires and they where great to work with. Had a blow out this morning, and went to put on the spare and it too was flat. Had it towed to Walmart and Danny was great to work with on last minute notice. Prices were good and overall experience went better than I expected. Will definitely use again.

Lately deliveries from this store have had multiple expired and damaged items. 2 salads that weren't expired but had yellow slimy lettuce in them. Oscar Meyer weinies that are brown in color because of who knows what. This store needs to do a better job of qc'ing the items that are on the shelves.

Do NOT go to for car service!! Purchased a brand new tire and had it put on. They broke my stud and stripped the lug nut and tried to convince me it was already like that. Manager had his employees back for sure. Told me it was like that when they showed him, duh. Definitely won’t be receiving my money anymore

I do not know the name of the woman that took my cake order over the phone. But I will say I was a last minute mom on my sons birthday cake!! I called early this morning and picked up after 530 pm. And the woman who took my order did an AMAZING job for my sons birthday cake!! We and HE loved it!! It tasted amazing and looked even better!! Whom ever she is deserves so many credits for this cake!! I will have to find out who she is and give an amazing amount of grateful thanks to her!! Girl needs a raise and her own shop!!

I went to this Bixby store, and after having someone watch over me at the same self checkout that had a camera on me, I am met at the door with a box of Slimfast under my arm, where I would expect the door checker to ensure the Slimfast was on my receipt, a third check beyond the camera and being watched at the checkout. Well, the guy at the door took it a step WAY TOO FAR. He not only made sure the Slimfast was on the receipt, but he had a scanner in his hand and proceeded to scan EVERYTHING in our bags to ensure everything in our bags equaled what was on our receipt. Never in my life. I'm a retired Army officer, retired JROTC teacher, and on social security. I was spending in excess of $25k annually, but all that business has gone elsewhere ever since that incident. I contacted Walmart corporate, and all I got from them was a runaround. I'll never do business again with Walmart when, within 5 miles from my home, I have 2 Targets, 2 Reasor's grocers, 2 Aldi's grocers, a Winco grocer, and a Costco. Walmart, goodbye. Do I have any followers.

I came in tonight to buy items for chicken salad. I picked through the bin of red onions as many were obviously bad. When I went to find a rotisserie chicken, no longer had any. We walked back to the deli area to find a cold one. We grabbed it to find it had expired 2 days ago on the 17th. We left it there. I then had to proceed to get “fresh” chicken that still had to be thawed to be cooked. I came home, cut open the onion to find it’s COMPLETELY rotten through and through. It’s so frustrating to pick through your “fresh” items to find someone of edible quality and STILL not be able to do that because it’s expired or rotten. Ridiculous the quality is so poor, thank God I had an onion from Reasor’s that was a week old and WAY better quality.

It was a packed house but I still was able to get everything efficiently. Having the Walmart app helps in locating which aisle each item on your list is at.

Some items in the beauty section are locked and you need an employee to unlock them but nobody is ever around. The store is tidy and clean. Inventory is lacking, either they're out or don't carry popular products.They never brought in the big kiddy pool over the summer. We like getting them for our dog and the little ones are too small for large breeds. So frustrating!We shop here on occasion but most of the time we have to find another store because this one doesn't have what we need.

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to the Walmart store at 109th and memorial on 10/11/2023. I arrived around 6:30 PM to get passport photos taken.The photo section was unmanned, and after seeking help, a staff member arrived, only to inform me to wait for someone in a blue vest. When I asked for an ETA, she said she didn't know. Later, an employee in a blue vest arrived, but claimed he couldn't help.To add to my frustration, instead of making an effort to find a solution, she simply looked at me and informed me that there was no one available to take my passport photos and advised me to come back another day.I reminded her that Walmart's stated operating hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (for photos), and it was not even 7:00 PM at that time. It was completely unacceptable that there was no one in the entire store who could provide this service. Instead of addressing my concerns, she left me standing there, showing a complete lack of respect for a customer's time and needs.In an effort to resolve the situation, I sought out the Walmart employee wearing the blue vest and requested to speak with a manager. It was disheartening to realize that the employees were fully aware of whom to contact for assistance but seemed unwilling to provide help until I asked for a manager's intervention.Eventually, they were able to call customer services and have someone sent to take my passport photo. This experience was marked by a lack of professionalism, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. As a result of this terrible encounter, I have decided that I will no longer use Walmart for any of my shopping needs.

Went through self checkout, Scanned everything. As I am leaving I had to prove I wasn't a thief. Please have a Store Manager do this as it is unfair to have your "Greater" have to deal with me

We love Paul and his team! Our car club Oklahoma Performance Fords works with them every year for the Bob Hurley Ford Toy Drive Benefiting Project Reach. We spent over $2200 on toys this past weekend, and Paul made the transaction and overall experience a joy to be part of. Thanks Wal-mart!

The app changed my pickup location without notice. This has now happened to me in 4 different states. Thankfully, this time, it wasn't changed to a location 30 miles away. However, I still can't comprehend why it would change to a location I've never visited and was further from my home location. I'm incredibly disappointed in the staff at 10938 S Memorial Dr, Tulsa, OK 74133 for both staring at my car and ignoring me for 30 minutes while I try to get their attention and even make eye contact. To ask why they helped 6 other cars that pulled up after I did, if they were going to continue skipping me, and if they were ever going to check on me to see if I needed help. However, they don't need to be reprimanded. Because what I'm even more disappointed in is the management staff for the very clear lack of training in customer service they are giving the employees at the 10938 S Memorial Dr, Tulsa, OK 74133 store. I eventually was able to call out to someone if they were going to help me. He came over and tried to locate my order and was able to figure out that it was placed in the system for the 6625 S Memorial Dr, Tulsa, OK 74133 location 5 miles away. (Thanks for that IT or whomever coded the app. Now, I get to try and come up with enough gas money for the week to get to work. Also, thanks for making it to where when you leave the app to look for an address, it deletes everything previously written. 6th time typing this out.) Due to all of these failures today, your company has wasted a whole 2.5 hours of my life that should have been a 15-minute ordeal max. So thank you so much for that as well. Literally was the reason I did the 7am pickup so I could get things done on my only day off. And now I can't get to everything I need to. It literally would have been faster to just go in the store and do it myself. The employee at 6625 S Memorial Dr, Tulsa, OK 74133, deserves 5 stars. He had flawless customer service skills. After this experience, I'll definitely be switching back to TARGET. Also, your app doesn't allow customers to rate less than 5 stars, which is GREENWASHING. You might want to have legal contact IT on that one.

I changed the oil on my car and a month and a half the engine was damaged due to lack of oil, which I think is stupid since the change was recent

10:45 pm Cashier asked me for ID or passport to buy beer....funny thing I am 55 year-old bald head and Latino!!!!! I am thinking this is the cause of that because they don't ask for ID and passport to white guys that clearly look over 40 years old....I feel some kind of discrimination...it's not the first time. interesting question for a lawyer....I will contact the manager tomorrow morning to see what he or she thinks about this.
