Ordered some fruit from this location using our Walmart+ and when delivered THE FRUIT WAS MOLDY. When we contacted the store the manager tried to blame the delivery person and us for using the app. Had to contact corporate customer service to get a refund. CHECK YOUR FRUIT, THIS LOCATION DOESNT.

I can’t say that every Wal-Mart I’ve been to has great service, but this location is very helpful when shopping. The store is always very clean as well.

Not much variety of products, but at least enough for grosery shopping. Ofc they have very competitive prices and fresh products. I was lookong for a small saucepan, but there is not even an aisle for those type of products.

I purchased a product that expired in April (it is currently June) at this store. I got home and realized it was expired so I called the store and let them know I had “purchased some expired muffins.” They said I could bring them back for a refund. I asked if they needed any information so they could pull them from the shelves and they said “no.” I asked why not and they said “they will take care of it.” I asked how they would take care of it and they said “the night crew checks for expired product and they will take care of it.” I AGAIN asked how they would take care of it if they didn’t know what product I was referring to… he just again said they’d take care of it. I asked AGAIN and he begrudgingly asked me what the product was, so I gave him a brand name and general description. I then asked for his supervisor and I got hung up on. Called corporate and they said I could not get a call back with follow up about this after I send my complaint in.

I usually shop at a Neighborhood Market closer to my house, but it is a dump! I walked in and immediately noticed how clean and well stocked it was! As I wandered through the store, when I asked where something was…an associate took me where the item was!! Just like Mr. Sam’s rules!I will drive the extra 2.5 miles to shop at this store…even for 1 thing! Their shelves are stocked AND faced…color me impressed!

It's a few days before Christmas and we're expecting a big winter storm tomorrow, so it was crazy busy and there were hardly any parking spots. I was just going in for some gift bags and a card but if I had been there for actual groceries I think I would have been pretty irritated. It was clear that a lot of people were doing last minute panic buying. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Anyway, other than the parking and them having a very limited selection of gift bags this close to Christmas, I guess it was an okay trip. I don't go to this location often and based on the parking situation I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon.

They had everything I wanted and at a great price. The issues began at the checkout. My self-check station did not accept cash, which was how I was paying. It really put a wrinkle in a smooth operation. The complication had staff trying to straighten it out for at least 10 minutes. They were still trying to figure it out when I left.Subsequent visits to this store have had better results. I have learned not to try to use cash. All of their checkouts are self serve. However, I do like the way the store is laid out like a Safeway and not a Walmart. It is retro and I find it easier to navigate.The store is a very convenient stop and has a good selection to grab on the way home at a reasonable price.

It didn't have the dog food we needed, it kind of never does. They were in the middle of unpacking all their new inventory so it was a bit messy everywhere, too. Their salads were out of date and as a matter of fact, their chocolate mousse was, too! This store is self check out only, so that's a downer.

No one working in deli. Waited for 20 minutes. Went to customer service. Woman said she had to wipe up a spill first. Never came back. Found Ernesto. He said he'd send an employee. Returned to deli. No employee arrived. Saw the wipe-up-spill-woman on the way out. Asked her why she never returned. She told me I was not standing in the right spot. Even then she would not help. Where is Sam when ya need him?

The staff here is always helpful, prompt and courteous. I use both pickup and in-store carry-out for my groceries and sundries. I like the size of this story and the ease of shopping for my monthly needs. The pickup staff is very efficient and friendly. Thank you for making me feel like your only customer!

I tried calling to have them see if they had some items before making a trip there with gas prices and my disability.The guy was very RUDE and kept saying, " i am sure we have it." Then a lady came on saying there is no one to look. And then a manager came on said she is off the clock and the other manager is in back. Then said i can wait an hour or more on the line for first available associate.Very rude. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Kept saying i apologize, when she doesn't. Then hung up on me.

Wonderful staff, very helpful! They try their very hardest to throw the truck as fast as possible to get off the isle but other customers have lost all respect for them.Please remember everyone in this store works super hard & they do a Fantastic Job!I've NEVER EVER had a horrible person help or speak to me rudely in all the years this store has been open!My Favorite Store By Far!Keep up the hard work everyone, it doesn't go unnoticed by any means!

I am in the high risk catagory for covid and we order online and use the store pickup. It runs smoothly and the employees are very nice and courteous.Well.. the COVID thingy has subsided. We use Walmart Delivery. I think it is the greatest thing.

It's close to my house & the employees are the best. The customer service and attention given by the closing shift employees is exceptional for any business but especially for a Wal-Mart. I've shopped numerous times at other locations even super walmarts and the customer service, especially at closing shift was sorely lacking. This neighborhood market has excellent management and staff on the closing shift that excel in customer support, availability and customer service so much that I avoid shopping during earlier shifts simply because there are more employees but they aren't as available, friendly, or knowledgeable as the closing shift. Even on the nights when the store is riddled with freight all over the Isles and the place resembles a maze with everyone scrambling to put it all away, they still stop and acknowledge customers, ask if I need anything, and offer quick efficient responses when asked. They are better informed on products, locations, and overall inventory knowledge than other shifts by far. I've yet to ask where something is located during the earlier shifts, & not have to wait for the employee to find another employee or several other employees before any of them knows the answer & many times I'm simply told we don't know or I'm not sure and there's no effort to find an answer or the item I need. They've got a great night crew. Vigilant, informed and very helpful even when business is really busy their customer service is top notch. The most impressive thing about this location during the closing shift is the fact that management can always be found on the floor in the front backing the cashiers, attending self service, stocking products whatever. Never hiding in the back or the office. Always readily available to customers and staff. And always friendly even when the exhaustion from a busy day is apparent on their faces or in their walk. This is the main place I shop & the only time of day I go now. Great job guys. I appreciate you all.

It's a standard Walmart Neighborhood Market. They have everything that all of the rest do. The important aspects to understand about this specific location is, first, the location. Traffic on this part of Harvard is heavy on most of the hours the store is open. Secondly, don't go if you insist on having a cashier helping you. All registers are self-service. If that doesn't bother you, pay close attention to whether the register accepts cash if you're not paying with card. Otherwise, its pretty much the same as all other Neighborhood Markets out there.

I've been shopping here for years and have never had any issues or problems. The store is always clean and well organized any employees are usually pretty friendly. Kudos to pharmacy staff for getting my medications ready on time.

Picked up a lemon pepper rotisserie chicken for dinner this evening between 4pm and 5pm. The chicken was not fully cooked and mostly still raw once we began to cut it up for dinner. Called the store 2 times and placed on hold both times. Call was then disconnected on both times. Your standards need to improve 100% before someone gets sick from your negligence in food preparation. Photos of the raw chicken and photos of the container and etc were taken and passed on to an inspector with the Tulsa Health Dept.

All in all, a good location. Short lines, never overcrowded. It's been our shopping location for the past 5 or so years, replacing the one at 21st and Yale. (which was good too, but we like this one better) Most of the employees are very helpful and friendly, but the reason I'm deducting two stars is because a few employees are very rude, and have completely ignored me when I greeted them. Being a Walmart employee should be all about good customer service, and that's not good customer service at all.

Haven't been in awhile. Not having been inside a grocery store because of pandemic. Able to get everything I needed with no problems. The all self checkout with no one nearby was unsettling, especially the selfie camera on the display. Not seeing any humans caused me to feel guilty on the way out. I had to remind myself that was irrational.

I haven't been to the neighborhood market since before the white raven landed on Rachel Maddow's shoulder back in March of 2020, but the first thing I noticed hasn't changed, there were no hand baskets anywhere to be found. Because I was literally just buying chocolate (hey, it's better than opioids) it was a non factor. However, the self check out has become a lot less of a hassle. More streamlined and less fussy, the entire ordeal was way simpler. 3 stars job complete, saved money by not using instacart. Cue the celebratory music.

I never have a problem till yesterday. My fiance was checking out in the self check out double scanned something. Asked them to remove it. After it was removed worker stood there and watched us check out them had the nerve to say that it didn't look like we had $124 worth of stuff as if I didn't scan everything. I didn't like the feeling it gave and the other customers didn't either.

This is a very nice, clean, easy to navigate Walmart. All the late night stores in this area changing hours and closing early, it's nice to have a place that's clean, safe and well priced open late for those 'oops, I forgot the...' or late night snack craving moments we all have. Although it's not a full sized Walmart, it's well stocked and the employees are kind.

This location is not the closest one to me but I use it weekly. Pickup service is unrivaled -- fast and friendly. I haven't been inside in a long time but it is a clean, well-organized store with kind and helpful employees. Walmart's COVID policies really make you feel safe.
