Saturday evening found me rushing through this market. I needed things in several departments. When I got home I realized that I had lost a silver chain with 4 important medals. I retraced my steps to 4 locations. I would like to report that it was found in this store and I received a call back from Terry in customer service that it had been found. She was so helpful- great customer service- great employee!!!Paula Brown.

Great place to shop if you like to inhale second hand cigarette smoke. Employees are ALWAYS right out front of the store sucking on a cigarette.its disgusting and for people who suffer from health issues shouldn't have to be exposed to that. It's better to just spend a little more on your groceries and shop at Reasors where you can actually breathe. Step it up Walmart and quit hiring smokers.

Whenever I need a few items of foods OR Make Quickly Stop to grab one thing during im in Big Hurry/ don't want be late on the special occasions or events...I prefer to go to Neighborhood WalMart at 21st & Yale INSTEAD that Neighborhood WalMart at somewhere BTW 21-31 Garnett Street (I don't remember exactly address) the dollar tree store, cici pizza, small stores at left side from Walmart! Why? That place is horror, very crowd people in there, most of shelves are emptied plus the cashiers place & frozen foods machines are too near each other with small space for people walking by which cause very crowd with carts & cashier lines waiting & alot of people bumped & trapped & pushing around there, I can see the frustration level is high at that area! So I fed up with their Garnett Walmart, start look for better neighborhoods Walmart for few items & quickly grab items and I found better one at 31 Yale! Loved it! More space & Crowd Less, too! MANY THANKS to 31st Yale neighborhood Walmart for good jobs & keep it as stable! :)

The neighborhood marts do not have near the kind or type of selections that the supermarkets have. If they had a slightly better selection then I would be more willing to shop at the neighborhood marts more often.

They are usually ok but not this time. I have some visual challenges and asked a employee for assistance in locating a frozen product, he said that if they had it, it would be over there in the frozen veggies area but failed to further assist me. When I asked a 2nd employee for assistance in that area, she said it's probably over in that area but failed to further assist me.I next went to their deli to purchase some sliced ham, waiting for my turn next in line and when it was my turn.to be waited on, the employee just walked away from the deli area and left me standing there dumbfounded and agitated. Another employee came over and turned off the deli area lights. I asked him to have a manager come to the deli so that I could speak to him or her but no one ever showed up. This all happened around 5:45 pm Monday 09/19/22I'm very disappointed in my shopping experience today and will be shopping elsewhere for a while.Update...today is 9/27/22 and still no reply back from Walmart or even their management team.

You cannot trust this place to fulfill Walmart+ deliveries. Every single time I've used this location they have either given it to a driver that can't find my house, takes my order to the wrong house and leaves it there, or in one case the driver straight up stole my order.The management at this location is unprofessional and rude about Walmart+ deliveries. They want you to contact Walmart corporate customer service because the delivery drivers are allegedly "third party vendors" that the store has no control over. However, when you contact corporate they want you to contact the store to resolve the problem. No one seems to care about the health hazards posed by my groceries, which include refrigerated items or raw meat, sitting for who knows how long on a stranger's porch.The whole reason I signed up for Walmart+ delivery is because of the Walmart branded delivery trucks advertised in their commercials which you see driving around making deliveries here in town. What they don't tell you is that they just give your order to "third party vendors" that they themselves don't seem to fully trust.

Last night was actually a fairly nice shopping experience at this store especially for it to have been a Saturday night of a holiday weekend. Everything on my list was in stock. They even had some new products in stock that I am very excited to try/taste (see pics). Checkout was uneventful, everything rang up the right price (even clearance items). All my coupons scanned with no issues. The cashier was very nice and the guy that fetches the shopping carts from parking lot helped me load some heavy items into my truck then took the cart back for me. Usually I hate shopping at this Neighborhood Walmart because the employees are rude and nothing is ever in stock.

I probably shouldn't share this photo because it's a young man I didn't get to ask if I had his permissionBut he inspired me and is a good reason this Walmart stays clean-looking despite being on a high traffic cornerI was sitting outside the store waiting for my wife when he was grabbing some carts left in wrong places. Noticed this mess made by someone and literally 1 minute later was cleaning it up and then back to organizing cartsNever stopped working. Loved his motivation because I'm sure he wasn't excited to clean up after someone's mess but never paused

It's a Walmart Neighborhood market. It's not amazing, it's not horrible.It's a clean store, with clean bathrooms. Several self check out stations with about four manned checkout stations.

For neighborhood WMs this is not too bad. Nice to run in, grab stuff, and get out. Staff are usually pleasant (meaning they will at least smile at you). Never have had very helpful WM staff anywhere or anytime, so that rarely factors in to anything.

Clean store nice staff. They actually know where products are and seem happy at the store. The managers seem laid back and nice. They are well stocked and the aisles are kept clear. This location does not seem super busy easy in and out.

The self checkout employee working today at 12:15pm was amazing and just so nice. She was greeting everyone and telling them bye. She thanked all of us too! This walmart is better than most in my opinion.

it's really hit or miss. some of the people are so nice and some are just plain crotchety. and they've given me the incorrect change 2 or 3 times now.one time my change was $0.26 and he straight up didn't give it to me because he "didn't think I'd want it". 🙃

Very conveniently located. I love this store! I come here a lot because the closest Supercenter is often out of everything and the employees act like they have not been trained properly. Who doesn't know how to put money in a used gift card? Really?! Never have a problem here. Thank you for that.

The pharmicist here is awful. First he says he has my meds, then when my doctor's office closed, he calls me and says they don't have it.Then he lies a week later saying he saw DEA flags that he cleared - but he literally just put them there. Like what? HE'S A LIAR.

I love this neighborhood Walmart I drive across town just to come here but every damn time I come here and buy cookie it's two to three rolls of expired cookie dough down I went just last night here it is May 13th 14th something like that and it was cookie dough down there from April I gave it to the heavyset looking Mexican boy and he just gave me the dirtiest look like I see you over here in this section everytime I'm here if you can't do your job they need to find somebody who can I've already purchased expired cookie dough unknowingly from the neighborhood Walmart on 31st and Garnett and to come here to 21st and have to go through the same thing it just baffles me

Every time I go there I remember why I don't like going there. Food on shelf is at the end of its life. Produce is wilted and soft. Meat section is full of items that have one day left on the best by dates. Many empty shelves not restocked. Then you go to check out and the only lanes open are 2 small self check lines. I'm ok with self check but if you aren't staffing checkout lanes then have all self checkout lanes open and, most importantly, have the large self checkout lanes open so there is a place to put items as you checkout. Your basket is full and there is nowhere to put bagged items!

It’s a small Walmart, but I have never had so many attentive associates in all my Walmart experiences. I went three times in one week and it was the same way each time! Kudos to y’all!

Walmart is normally pretty good about having the items I need stocked, however the customer service isn't so great. I needed two Ozarka water dispensers that were on a top shelf and I asked a young man very politely who was stocking stuff right there if he could it grab it for me and he did, begrudgingly, and I still thanked him, a few times because I wasn't sure if he heard me because he didn't respond. Nothing, crickets. Then I needed bouillon for a soup I was making, the employee had never heard of bouillon and seemed like he couldn't be bothered to even ask where it might be,so I just moved on. Please educate your employees on where things are. I'm not always super happy or in the best mood, but I still have manners and use my please and thank yous.

I see a lot of negative reviews regarding this location describing experiences that seem uncharacteristic. I've come to really appreciate this location after realizing that, for some reason, Reasor's (just a stone's throw away from this neighborhood market) NEVER has everything I'm looking for and will almost always require a second stop. Case in point? Who would have ever thought that I could go to Reasor's (a store that some would consider a higher end grocery store than Neighborhood Market) for a bit of a specialty item like Garem Masala and find none while the Walmart Neighborhood Market across the street has two different brands, fully stocked.Another thing that a lot of people don't realize? Walmart steak is totally legit. I'm an absolute stickler when it comes to steak and will not purchase a thin-cut steak (which is a reoccurring problem at Reasor's - no thick cut steak!). Not to worry at Walmart Neighborhood Market, though. Almost without fail they will have a 1"+, thick cut Ribeye or KC Strip. Being that I refuse to buy a steak that's cut like Arkansas bacon, Walmart has saved my dinner plans on a handful of occasions by simply having what every good grocery store should have in stock.Oh, and the pharmacy drive through is quite fast in my limited experience with it.

I experienced racist at it's finest well my cousin experience the racism. One of Walmart's employees ran over my cousin foot and his reaction was to push the cart off his foot the employee started screaming and yelling saying my cousin hit her she was yelling for about 10mins not one of the managers came and talked to us about it. strangers in the store came and apologize to us because they knew it was racist we did nothing wrong.
