I wanted to purchase a covid test and couldn't find them in the pharmacy so I conducted a search and after I had spent far too many minutes looking I hadn't been asked if I needed help even though I was the only person in the store and when I accidentally stumbled upon the tests I was amazed at how little anyone knew about them.For $28 a test I felt panicked that I would have grabbed the wrong one?! I wanted a bit of reassurance or a friendly smile at least....no can do...I made it to the register where upon asking about the test I was reassured that the Walgreens brand was the best one but they weren't sure why?! I'm NOT convinced that's a savvy selling point and I might add it's made me feel like NEVER buying another Walgreens brand item again...ever. I btw visited the closest minor emergency and i was officially negative for covid 19.

Stopped here to pick up one item. Stood in line for 15 minutes. People cut in line, and the staff did nothing about it. Finally got to the register, and the computer froze when I was trying to make payment. Employee left me at the register and did nothing to help me after that. At that point, I left the store without purchasing anything. Very poor customer service.

Multiple people in this store was extremely rude. There was something possibly wrong with one or all of the printers. So I explained what should have printed and they told me some stores have different sales lol. They even tried to deny a return of my purchase. I went about 2 miles to another store ( Utica square) they fixed the other stores issue. It wasn’t the employees fault the system was not working my complaint is how they treated me. Only one person was friendly, the salt and pepper hair guy… I might just go in the store every few days to buy and return items just to “p” them off!

I asked him what was wrong, his way of attending me was as if i was a bother to him. His response was " dont worry about it". I had a simple cash reload. The guy here is rude he gave me no receipt the man told me he ripped it up already when I literally stepped a foot from the door .said that I'd have to Côme tomorrow if I wanted one

Love the store and the location. However, just recently the Pharmacy, has been having a problem with giving me an accurate count, of pills I receive. My pill is not narcotics, but needed to keep me alive. Never had this problem before.

This Waller a sucks I have a valid id and they will not accept the real mobile id and give me a hard time every time the compliance manager does not know what she talks about and it’s rediculous how 1 person does everything different then the rest I feel everybody should be on 1 page get y’all communication together period

zERO stars if I could! This has to be the worst store in the chain. The staff is nice, when you can find the 2 or so on duty. Those on the floor are wandering around on their cells and roaming the store like customers. The stock is so limited it looks like they're going out of business. Online orders are OFTEN cancelled and curbside service never responds. There are no carts. Ridiculous operation. I will pass this most convenient location for me and visit store at 15th and Lewis just to avoid the annoyance of the lack of service at Pine and Lewis.

Awful management. They don’t care about online orders. I have to call in order for them to notice I had a pick up order, and usually they are always out of some item, or all of them. On the app it says they have “X”item on stock but they are out. Employees are lazy! Aisles are always empty. They don’t update prices or offers in store. Pharmacy is awful too. Overall this store sucks!

The staff as a whole, pharmacy and retail floor, seem to really need a refresher on how their positions are supposed to be function. There seem to only ever be a max of 2 pharmacy techs at the pharmacy at one time. The dark haired one will help whoever she sees, even if there is a line full of people who have been waiting their turn. And the blonde only ever gives attitude when something with the transaction is wrong due to something on Walgreens end. For some reason, at this location, my pharmaceutical insurance keeps getting removed from my profile and instead replaced with an abundance of coupons. My insurance covers my scripts almost at 100% so obviously I’d prefer that to be used over coupons. But because they keep replacing it, my script prices are ringing up way more than normal. I questioned the blonde pharmacist about all this and she argued with me on the existence of my insurance, did not even add it back on, and told me to just buy the over the counter version instead.For my husband, he has the same coverage I do and they do have it on his account (just not mine because that’s logical of course) and was picking up one of the exact same medications I had called in that our insurance initially covered (different from the previously referred). Both of our deductibles have been paid, for reference. When the blonde tech rings up his script (again, same med same insurance same paid deductible) it’s a drastically different price. Again I question it with her, and she states it’s due to not paying my deductible. I state that I’ll just have to call my insurance myself then because the deductible has for sure been paid. The tech then continues to be argumentative about it, showing me her screen from the register and what the Walgreens system has. No matter what the system has, I still need to call my insurance on this because it’s obviously incorrect. And I really do not appreciate being argued with on my own coverage with someone who refuses to do their job and call the insurance company when an initial problem arises.And if you don’t use the pharmacy, there’s a very inconsiderate brunette cashier with glasses on the retail floor. She consistently has loud, inappropriate conversations with her coworkers while also completing transactions with customers. My husband and I have been shouted over by this girl for her to have a conversation about her break times with her friend.If a store of any kind is at this level of functionality across all departments, it might be better to just close the doors and redo everything about it, the staff, the product placement, the budget, etc.

Updated Review: I was having trouble filling a prescription. So I called the pharmacy and actually got someone. He got my script refill without ANY problem AND noticed an issue with my records and was able to correct it right then. I was thrilled with the service I received .

Worst place I have ever dealt, rude staff, they close before its time to close even if people are in line, staff lied to me telling me that another pharmacy can fill my scripts. So not only did they lie to me but wasted my time so now my spouse is going to go into withdrawal (after going through 2 brain surgeries in the last 2 years)we have to wait till Monday to get her scripts.... if I could rate negative 5 stars I would because they are straight trash, no care for anyone

This has to be by far the worse Walgreens pharmacy in the state! Yes they close for a break from 1.30-2pm but if I am in line at 1.25 and the women in front of me takes forever then you could have handed me my READY prescription! He put his sign in the window at 1.28 and when I get to the window at exactly 1.30pm he tells me to come back later??? For real? He was standing right there and couldn’t hand me my prescription? “Ma’am I am already logged out come back later”. You saw there was one car waiting. Just ONE!!!

I ordered a few of my sons prescriptions thru the app on Friday after closing. I went to look the next day and it told me to contact the pharmacy so I tried for almost 2 hours and got no response, I knew they were closed on Sundays so I looked at it this morning and found out that it still said the same thing, so me and my husband both were on hold for almost 30 minutes, so I drove up there just to find out they were closed until 1/20/22 for staff shortages. There could have been a recording stating that they were or even saying they are closed. I understand staffing shortages, my complaint is more of lack of communication. and it has been this way even before covid with this location.

About three months ago my son's meds refilled but one of them is missing the pharmacy would not return my phone calls no matter how many calls I left. I'm a child's medication lines that they sent all the script over there so I've had zero help from anyone on either side

Called 5 hours ago for meds to pick up and they say that it will be ready by 3pm. And when I go there, it’s not ready!! And told me to wait for another 3 hours!!! Poor management, poor work environment and poor environment!!!!! North Tulsa always famous for something cuz of something!!!

The pharmacy is absolutely awful. If you see that you have a line behind you and your prescriptions are not ready be courteous and drive around the store and let the person behind you go their prescriptions may be ready make this a rule.

This Walgreens isn't located in the best part of town so be aware of homeless people just hanging around and possibly asking for money. They have certain items locked up such as baby formula and diapers and, I believe, condoms and pregnancy tests, along with other items that are stolen a lot. The only good thing I can say about this one is the pharmacy is pretty quick to fill your meds and they're really friendly as well.

I had a terrible experience with a pharmacy tech. Basically, I called to get the price of an RX before driving down just to find out it was out of my price range. I picked up a RX earlier that day no problem. This Rx was for my husband (he came down with flu symptoms). The tech told me that he had other customers to help and I needed to come down with the insurance card. I asked why he couldn't gather the information needed and give me the price over the phone. He then proceeded to act completely annoyed and gave me no explanation. At the end of the call he was rude and told me that I should have come in. Even though this is the closest Walgreens to my home, I will not be using the pharmacy or the store after my experience.

This is my local Walgreens and I love it. The people here know me and make my customer experience great. I can count on them to remember me when I come in and anticipate my needs. They are always friendly and professional. Anyone who tells you different has probably been rude to employees. Thanks everybody!

Shasta is rude,disrespectful, & unprofessional I called 4 times sat in hold for 17 minutes she answered numerous times throughout the time never saying hello or please hold just clicking the line back down back to hold i called back 3 times after she hung up each time so I called back & asked for the store manager who walked back there and got her on the line for her to tell me she's short staffed and it was ready still no excuse to handle calls that way then she stated she needed the insurance of which I know by heart I offerd she said bring it with you I said you can input it now she hollered again she was short staffed and like I said bring it with you and again thats not my issue and I would have been empathetic had she been respectful or just performed the job she's paid to do and as of now I've been in drive through 20 minutes waiting in line because they won't help in store and covid 19 is no excuse to be lazy they knew all month and week they were short staffed

Worst pharmacist in the whole city. He was hateful to me for my doctors mess up not mine. Proceeded to get angry with me cause my doctors office was on vacation and had temps who didn't know how to fill out a prior authorization. Horrible place to get medication. That is my exprience and I will never walk back into thay store again.
