Beware if you’re trying to get any prescription filled. Doesn’t matter if you call ahead and ask them to fill it, if you’ve gotten notifications or emails that your prescriptions are ready, nothing, it doesn’t matter and it’s never ready. Show up and it’s always “15-20 minutes.” They lose paperwork all the time, run out of stock constantly, can’t communicate with your doctor and don’t fill things. I don’t know if they’re terminally understaffed, because you’ll wait in line whether you go through the drive through or inside, there’s a line, and you will wait. Never had this many issues at Walgreens anywhere else, just this one. Called hours ago to confirm a prescription was ready this morning, got the confirmation then. Head to the pharmacy, and surprise, 15-20 minutes, and they were going to lunch so it’s more like an hour. A final straw in a long string of incidents like this that finally prompted me to write this. If you have other options, take them and avoid this place.

Pharmacy online shows it closes at 10 pm today. I had dental work and am severe pain. Went to pick up my meds at 7:15 just to find out they are closed. Very upsetting. Crying here

I arrived at the pharmacy 20 minutes before my appointment. They ask that you arrive 15 minutes early. It’s now over 15 minutes after my appointment time and I still haven’t been seen. At this point I’ll spend my entire afternoon here.

They need to hire more pharmacists. Anytime you go in, you're running a risk that you can't get your prescription because the pharmacist is sick, or on lunch, or just has better things to do that day. Or maybe the pharmacy is open, but only the drive-through and there are twenty cars wrapped around the building. And even if you are lucky enough to catch them when they're open, they probably haven't filled your order.I went in a couple weeks ago for a prescription and they told me it wasn't ready, I should come back in twenty minutes. Twenty minutes later there was a different clerk at the window and they told me the exact same thing. Only when I told them I'd already waited twenty minutes did they expedite the order.Then today my mother went in for a prescription and they pulled the same thing on her, but since she's not as assertive, she had to go back four times before they filled it.There's a CVS a block away. You should go there instead.

I have had numerous dreadful experiences at this pharmacy. The customer service was beyond terrible, and the drive-thru service was painfully slow. Attempting to call them was a complete waste of time as I was left on hold indefinitely, only to be abruptly rushed off the phone once someone finally picked up. It's evident that the staff are likely overwhelmed and undercompensated, but that's certainly no justification for treating customers with such impatience and irritation.

I wish I could give this Walgreens zero stars. It is horrible customer service wise. I have gone through the drive thru and multiple times they have wanted me to pull around and go to the window one instead of the tube one. If I do that, then I have to wait in a long line again. Also they don't like to answer the phone. 🙄 edit: So I've been trying to get refills done in the last 2 weeks. They don't call you and they just cancel the refills you want out of the blue without giving you a reason. It's literally so stressful coming to this Walgreens and I hate it. I'm definitely switching to somewhere else and I advise you to stay away as much as possible. This shouldn't be such a hassle just to get medicines I need to survive. It's hard enough having chronic illness and then having to deal with shenanigans at the pharmacy on top of it really honestly just stresses me out. I wish I could give this place zero stars because literally I am so done with their stuff.

Do not bother calling the pharmacy. For three days now I have tried at multiple times of the day and get the same canned message..."We're sorry. Our pharmacy technicians are busy on other calls. We will be with you shortly. There are more than 3 callers ahead of you" Just tell the truth that you are not fielding calls...

check your photo order before you walk out the door with it. ordered 20 Xmas cards and only left with 18 and didn't realize until I was all the way home. Very lame :(

I had to get some emergency medication because my bags were being held hostage by southwest airlines shutdown. "RAVEN" who works in the pharmacy was very helpful and got me taken care of quick, what a great attitude and work ethic. I saw some unfavorable reviews on this location but what I observed while being there for only 30 minutes or so was a team that seemed to work well together and took care of their customers requests.

It's funny how the sign outside says walk-in immunizations, but when you get inside, the staff are standing around doing nothing and tell you that you should have made an appointment, but they can't tell you how, or whether there are any available that day. It's inconvenient and I wouldn't recommend this location.

This is primarily for the pharmacy. Customer service is excellent, pharmacy staff is nice, but they're inconsistent with when they're open and closed. They're policies are also horrible when it comes to getting our children's meds, depending on which parent picks up. Also closing 3 1/2 hours early for no explanation? My wife came to pick up meds, stayed in line,didn't mention closing early tonight, and was told they weren't ready yet, and proceeded to close when my wife came back around without telling her!! Meds my daughter needs ASAP because of an ear infection, and because of the horrible/lack of communication, she'll have to wait until the morning to get them, and that's if their opening time is accurate as well🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️

I have used this pharmacy for years, but lately the last few months the service has been very poor. The lack of professionalism, and basic customer service has become an inconvenience. Some of young people that work the pharmacy lack customer service skills training. Using the term, "My bad" is not good, or telling customer I will be with you in a few minutes and then just to walk away and not come back to the point someone else has to handle transition is not good.Lastly to get a text to tell me my prescription is ready and get there before 6:00 to only realize the true meaning we close at 6:00. The meaning is, we are walking out at 6:00, so we really close before 6:00. Literally the lights were turned off, the doors to pharmacy were closed and they were walking out inftont of me saying by to the other store staff at 6.I realize a lot of retailers are short staffed, but seriously, good customer service and following your own policy shows integrity, that will keep your doors opens and your customers happy.

If I could give 0 star I would!! I got some teeth pulled out at the dentist and they sent my prescription to this location. I come to pick it up and the lady with short hair (I didn’t catch her name) but she told us to come back at 1:30pm because my prescription was not ready yet. So I waited outside in the parking lot so at 1:28 on the dot I went to the drive threw and they left for lunch!!!! I understand everyone needs to eat but DO NOT tell people to come back exactly when you’re leaving for lunch!!! I’m in pain! So I park my vehicle at the entrance of Walgreens to go inside because it wasn’t exactly 1:30 yet and the lady was walking out of the front door so I asked her if I can get my prescription because she told us to come back and we were there on time and she started saying she never told us to come back and threw her hands in the air and it looks like she flipped us off but I’m not sure entirely if she did. It was just extremely unprofessional for her. At least next time give us a heads up that your lunch is from 1:30 PM to 2 PM or else I would’ve came sooner. I went inside to talk to the manager about her and she was helpful but couldn’t do anything at the moment because it was closed so I came back at 2 and the manger was extremely helpful then.

I spend about 20 minutes trying to locate benadryl gel or cream. I found the benadryl capsules and liquid but not the cream. I asked a young associate who was slowly cleaning up a few "drops" of coffee that no one could slip in if they tried. I told him I was having trouble finding it and his response was, "we must be out." As i just stood there for a few seconds he then said, "I could check in the back when I'm done." He slowly kicks a paper towel around to clean up a few drops as I continue looking for another 15min. I finally waited for the pharmacy line to finish then waited for someone at the pharmacy. Finally I was able to ask the pharmacy and they showed me where it was at. I ran into the kid on my way out and told him the pharmacy found it for me.

Pharmacy has gone downhill. Reduced hours, poor service. I have to question almost every Rx to get the price correct (they overcharge). They let insurance issues sit until you show up & demand attention. Ill-trained and lazy. I chose them because they had better hours than CVS, but that is no longer the case. Time to switch!

Went to pick up a script today and they only have the drive-thru open. This is the same place that closes12:30-1:30. That’s crazy for a pharmacy. They have several people working and even if you make the trip inside it takes FOREVER!! Customer service is not there their thing!

One of the worst pharmacies in town. It closes randomly with no notice. And then they text me saying my prescription is ready. When the pharmacy is closed. And then the store manager tells me I can go get it filled a couple miles away. And they won’t do that. So Walgreens wasted a ridiculous amount of my time today. Looking for a new pharmacy.

I had a very expensive prescription that I was trying to fill with a discount card from the drug manufacturer. Of course it didn’t work right away as it should have but the pharmacist and pharmacy tech worked diligently for 2 days, on the phone for hours, to get it resolved and I was able to purchase with my discount card. They were very kind to me about it and I appreciate them so much.

The Pharmacy is the worst. They act like they have NO idea what they're doing. I could be the only person waiting in the drive thru and it takes them 10-15 minutes to give me my medication that has already been filled. Also when I'm waiting in the drive thru for my medication, if a car comes behind me they ask me to drive around so they can help the other car. Then I have to wait even longer for my medication. No other Walgreens gives this HORRIBLE service. They are short staffed and the need people with a brain to work there.

So picking up photo orders has usually seemed like a confusing customer service experience for this Walgreens in my opinion. However, Having dealt with the same people twice in one day, I think they are trying to rise above and adopt excellent customer service !Everyone is entitled to a bad day now and again..... May your tomorrow be 100% better !!! Good Job hitting the reset button, Team Walgreens!!!

8/1/2022 at 10am. Pharmacist is the rudest person I’ve ever talked to. I was trying to explain my situation of which pharmacy has my prescription when I normally use this location and he talked over me multiple times to where I hung up because I wasn’t getting the help I needed. What a joke

I had an issue with a new prescription which got confused because I had just changed stores and my doctor called it in to the former store. When I first went to fill it, the morning clerk was unwilling to help me out and said to come back later in the day, which was very inconvenient as I had just had a procedure and was unable to drive. When we went back, the confusion was still causing problems but despite the drive-thru being very busy, the young lady named Jasmine went above and beyond getting it straightened out. I sincerely hope the other employees are as considerate and helpful as Jasmine. She was outstanding. And to Jasmine: I didn't get to fill out the survey in time due to my illness, but I hope this reaches your manager. You're great!!!

I had to take a Covid test for travel. I was in the drive through. My test and paperwork flew out of basket as I was putting back in drive through drawer. Tristen was the attendant. He came outside and tracked down my paperwork so my personal information would not be blowing in the wind. We disposed of first test and I was given another. Tristen couldn't have been nicer or more helpful!!!! The five stars are for him!!!

they told me my medicine would be ready in 20 mins. 4.5 hours later—I go back. Not ready. Then they tell me It’ll be another 15-20 mins because the pharmacist is busy giving an immunization and they have to remake the label? Should have just gone to a diff pharmacy.
