I was having an issue with pharmacy. I was charged for a prescription that should have been charged to my insurance. I have been ping ponged around. All day and when I called Walgreens to come to a resolution so I can be refunded my money's I was transferred to the pharmacist on duty on 3-19-2024 @ 4:05 pm. He cut me off saying that I needed to call my insurance about the issue and my insurance said that since they never paid for anything and they denied paying for my meds it makes no sense for them to have to reimburse me for something they didn't pay for which makes a lot of sense. Upon explaining that, the pharmacist hung up the phone in my face. Very disrespectful and for that, me nor my six kids will ever fill a prescription at Walgreens again. They're rating is not even three stars due to long lines. Extremely long wait times. I never have to deal with this at CVS and that's where I will be doing my business further. Y'all might as well shut down y'all have shut down some stores shut them all down. Especially if no one wants to do their jobs. The customers are how you are paid. I would never mess up my money at work. Now how smart would that be? Forget a Walgreens

I normally don’t do this but this is the WORST pharmacy / store I’ve ever been to. Living close by I try and give them the benefit of the doubt over and over but consistently this store is ridiculously slow. Always understaffed and/or undertrained I’ve been slowly removing all rx from here and recommend others go elsewhere.

Spent 30 minutes on hold to update my insurance and ask 2 times to make sure I could then hang up and place my prescription order on the app to be delivered from the closest Walgreens.Hung up, tried to do so, and the prescription said it was in progress at the location I had just got off the phone with. Tried to transfer. It said I couldn’t and needed to call. Tried to cancel. Spent an hour waiting for it to cancel and they denied my cancel request.Have now been on hold for an hour and 15 minutes waiting for them to pick up to tell me why this is happening and how to stop it.

The pharmacy is so slow they will let a car sit there for 10 minutes while they get the prescription ready they should make those people pull around for the prescriptions that are already ready to go. It would move way faster. That is almost how every Walgreens does it in Tulsa besides this location you will be here for an hour trying to get a prescription.

Once again called before going to pickup breathing prescription. Told me they put it back and couldn't fill today. Once 4 days before my total hip replacent PHARMISTS called myself a dope addict and refused to refill pain pills. Really hard couple of days before my surgery .told doctor he said not to use them because pharmists was practicing medicine.wife forced to use because of insurance. Worst pharmacy I've ever used.had to give 1 star really they've earned -5 stars.

I have waited hours trying to call this walgreens and have been repeatedly put on hold! When I was finally 2nd in line to be answeresd, the phone hung up. Terrible service to have customers waiting this long when not everyone can travel all the way to the location to ask a simple question.

I drove to Walgreens today getting there at 2:44. There were 6 cars in the drive thru. It took me 54 minutes to get my prescription. FIFTY FOUR MINUTES. I saw a transaction take 22 minutes in front of me.

I called to speak to the pharmacist about a med I could take with my prescriptions I'm already taking and he was jus so rude. He hung up on me. This Walgreens is goin down. Switched to CVS they r nicer

⁰only gave 3 stars to keep review posted!!! THIS PHARMACY IS HORRIBLE!!! I SET OUTSIDE IN THE PHARMACY.DRIVETHRU FOR 15 MINUTES AND CAME INSIDE ONLY FOR THE GIRL TO MOVE LIKE A SNAIL!!! SHE WAS PURPOSELY TAKING HER PRECIOUS TIME!!! IT WAS 20 MINUTES UNTIL CLOSE AND I STOOD THERE 14 MINUTES BEFORE A GUY CAME AND HELPED!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! NEVER GOING YO TO THIE 15TH AND LEWIS WALGREENS PHARMACY AGAIN!!!!!!!

6 years I rated this pharmacy a one. I wish I could give it a zero. The amount of ridiculousness I've experienced from this place. They told me that didn't have a script and said I needed to call my doctor and get him to send it somewhere else. I did that and later got a notification telling me my script was ready, making me pay for scripts that were covered by insurance and all around laziness. Stay away from this pharmacy I'm afraid they're going to mix up prescriptions and actually hurt someone.

My partner and I have both used this pharmacy for several years. We’ve both experienced some difficulties with communication and getting our prescriptions filled in a timely manner but this recent one has been the worst. I tried to refill my prescription almost a month ago now, the app said it was delayed/out of stock which isn’t unusual for this particular medication. However 3 weeks went by, so I looked it up and it had been inexplicably cancelled. I called to ask about it and was assured it was in stock and that they would get it filled right away for me. The next day it said that it was delayed/out of stock again. Now 5 days later with no change in status, I’ve called back and have been told again that it’s in stock and will be filled by tomorrow. Pretty disheartening as I’ve been a customer for a long time, but I just don’t think I can continue to use this pharmacy and would discourage others as well.

I have never had such a bad experience with a pharmacy in my untire life. My Dr's office told me I need to change pharmacies before they will call in any more prescriptions. Because they are so difficult to deal with. I had been trying to get my medication for 3 weeks. They would say that they didn't have a refill I would call the doctor and when the doctor would call they have would say they did have a refill but the next time I got a hold of them they would say they didn't. It was an absolute nightmare. And then I would be on the phone on hold for an hour and someone would pick up the phone and instantly hang it up. I thought maybe it was just me but then I would be in there and the same thing would happen their phone would be ringing and they would just pick it up and immediately hang it up. I would not want to go back to this pharmacy if they gave me my prescriptions for free!!!

Got a call that it is delayed. Called for status and it wasnt even on stay and waited 2 hrs on hols it stayed at 3 caller. Never got through. Hate filling here.

Horrible customer service. The young lady working the counter has no idea what she's doing. Must be new and seems that they're has been little training offered to her. She lied about my insurance already being billed by another location (that location was closed) and I ended up paying out of pocket for a partial script more than what my co-pays would have been. Now I have to go to this other location, explain what I was told, and hopefully be treated with respect and get the rest of my medication. I dread having to return to this location.

Hands down the worst pharmacy in town. Workers are rude and helpful. Sends you notifications that give you false info about your meds. Literally laughed in my face when asking questions. Just horrible.

Used this Walgreens for years. My son has been diabetic for a year now and the level of professionalism and quality of service has definitely been consistently declining. I don’t know if they’re overwhelmed and understaffed but, that’s the impression I get. Especially with the customer service! Asking additional questions or help always feels like you’re irritating them or a problem. Makes you just rather not. They say they request renews on prescriptions from your provider but, when I finally end up having to call and request the refill from the dr myself, they say they never received a request. Needless to say…. CVS here I come.

Pharmacy staff is truly abysmal-rude and uncaring from people running the register to management. Everyone acts inconvenienced by questions, and when you call them out on this, they shrug it off, or worse, say things like “I’m not the one.” Get your prescriptions filled literally anywhere else in Tulsa-you’ll be better off.

Was put off by Pharmacist because HE said my prescription was on the wrong kind of paper as I just left doctors office.made me late for work 3hrs.! As I went all the way back to south Tulsa to tell them it was wrong kind of paper for script and was told it was Not! Then had to wait to get it at a different Walgreens because the first two didn’t have enough to fill script. I have been driving all day because he was being uncooperative with my prescription. It was a VALID SCRIPT! 14 th Lewis pharmacist made me late for work hours I can’t get back. I think his performance was bad.

Worst Rx ever. Never open, staff is rude and ignorant and very lazy. Lost scripts, lost paper work and they close whenever they feel like no matter how important your meds are. I have a medical challenged baby and his media are super important and they never get it right, ever. Not coming back.

Would give zero stars to the lady's in the Drive thru today!! I called to verify my prescription and that it's there and they were getting it ready so I go to the drive thru and the lady says it's not there I told her it was she continued to argue with me!! And told me I didn't speak with anyone earlier And told me I could go elsewhere!! I went to the Walgreens off pine and they told me my medicine was at 15th and lewis. I let them know the 15th location claimed they didn't have it and refused me my medicineThis drive thru is absolutely unacceptable and rude employees!!

Came for the pharmacy. Good customer service and got my meds quickly. Their communication speaking system was down in the drive through but it gave her and I a few laughs. It's nice when you have a moment of not taking life to serious. Work with what you have and smile. Good job. This place does a good job.

Pharmacy is a joke. They got my order wrong in drive thru. When I went in they admitted they were wrong but wanted me to wait an hour to get it fixed while they went on lunch. Refused to acknowledge me when I asked why they couldnt fill it now, turned their heads and looked away acting like i wasnt there and then yelled at me and then shut pharmacy door in my face. Every single employee behind that counter should be fired.

The pharmacy people are really rude, you’ll be ignored for long periods of time and then told “we can’t do that” and then a different person will come along and be able to do it. Super long long lines in the drive thru lane. They also “don’t contract with good RX” so best of luck getting affordable prescriptions even if you have discount codes and the Walgreens “prescription saver” which is a total waste of $20I had to wait over 10 minutes to be helped while 6 different employees stood looking vacantly ahead right at me, or decided it was okay to talk to another co-worker instead of assisting customers in front of them.Only location I’ve ever been to with actual staff in the photo department.The coupons you “earn” from shopping here are only good for a few days and it’s designed that way so you never get to use them.

At one time this location was open 24 hours. Not anymore. But they still have a sign up. I found out the hard way tonight when I came in shortly before 10 p.m. to make a purchase, not aware that's when they close I was right in front of the product I was about to buy, then a employee comes to inform me they were closing in three minutes. When I replied that I thought they were open 24 hours, she snapped back in a rude tona the e, "we haven't been open for 24 hours in 3 years." I turned away and left angry and did not make a purchase. If I could make this post without a giving any stars, I would. But I can't. Gotta' give it at least one. Anyway, I usually like coming to this store because I appreciate and grew up in the area. But an incident like that puts a whole new perspective, one that is negative. The store still has 24 hour signs lit up on each side of the building that can be seen by drivers passing by. That is deceptive and false advertising! If you're not going to be open 24 hours, take those signs down!

I have been using this pharmacy for decades, but just in the last few months the "customer service" has taken a downhill turn, and the high turnover in the pharmacy is particularly noticeable. On 4/28, it took two people 15 minutes running around like Keystone Kops to find a scrip that had already been processed and filled. They were blasé and could not have cared less that I had to wait and watch them scramble. They did not even say "thank you" when I made my purchase without saying a word about the dismal service.On 5/27 I requested via app that my scrip be delivered because my car had broken down. When it hadn't been delivered by nearly 8pm that night I called the store, and was told by the pharmacist who answered that my scrip had not been marked for delivery and it was totally their fault, but it would be delivered soon and they would waive my co-pay. But sure enough when I checked my FSA card, they had charged me the full amount. When I called in to the store, I was once again assured by "Alan" that I could come into the store and present my FSA card and receive my refund. However, when I get to the store and politely ask for my refund that I had been promised, I am given the side-eye and treated like I'm asking for something ridiculous, as if I was not promised not once, but TWICE, and was literally told to come to the store. Tony was particularly dismissive and rude, saying, "Well I don't know who told you that but they were wrong". I'm switching all my scrips to CVS and cancelling my Walgreens credit card as well, being sure to let them know the individuals responsible for the decision. I will also be giving them the exact time of my calls so they can identify by the recordings who exactly it was that I spoke to on both occasions.They should close this location down or do some serious housecleaning. Absolutely horrid.
