Recently started coming to this Walgreens. Called to see if my refills were ready. 1 was the other was to be filled that day. When called I was told that it would b 1.5 hr after they open to fill script. I was working and on my break came 25 mins early was still told I had to wait til 10:30am. There was no consideration of my time or physical well being. Will not use this Walgreens again

I went to fill out my son night medication for his diabetes condition. The pharmacist tech told me it was going to be filled out next day. Two days after I went to pick it up she never put the fill in the system and on top of that they got mad at me for the inefficiency of their employees. When I ask for the manager, the person screaming at me was the manager. The MANAGER told me to fill my CHILD medicine in another pharmacy and refused to fax the prescription to another pharmacy.The people working there have no heart for sick kids at all. This people have poor customers services.

I've been a customer going there for over twenty years and have had nothing,but a pleasant experience.I've always received my prescriptions in a timely manner.I'll continue going to that particular Walgreens,where the pharmacy staff all know me....

Had to go to Target to get infant Tylenol because Walgreens thinks it's not worth stocking I guess. Thankfully it wasn't an emergency but your situation could be so go to Tulsa Hills Target instead

Pharmacists here apparently can create their own rules and refuse to listen to doctors. Refusing to give someone their prescription because "you don't feel like it", is a terrible practice. Switching to CVS. Luckily it isn't life threatening.

The is the 2nd morning in a row that I’ve went to try to pick up my medication, there’s a board in the drive thru window that says pharmacist not on duty and they can’t sell medication. Where is the pharmacist? Are there no floaters available? What is going on with this location?

I’m disappointed with the pharmacist. I was very sick with the flu and prescribed tamaflu. A drug that must be taken 48 hours of flu symptoms starting or it does not work. The pharmacy was out of stock and told me it would be available in 4 days. I’m hoping the pharmacist is intelligent enough to also know how tamaflu works.. We live in a large city with many Walgreens. I had to gather up enough energy to call all the Walgreens until I could find a store with tamaflu. They couldn’t even look up the inventory at other stores or call for me. I think of our senior citizens when something like this happens. They would have gotten very sick and possibly lost their lives.

This Walgreens still understands the importants of good customer service. No one likes automated phone calls but the Walgreens automated phone service is some of the best I have delt with. Then when I hit zero it got me directly with a person. She was super kind and very helpful. Got what I needed quickly.Great Job Walgreens!!!

Was sent there from urgent care to get prescription filled. Window was open and I waited while they helped the drive thru. They then said "Sorry we're closed now. " and refused to fill my simple prescription. I was shocked! If the window is open... then you're still open. Had to drive 8 miles away to get it filled. Worst customer care ever. Will never go back.

Employees need learn about there return or exchange policy instead of creating their own it creates bad customer service and Child with attitude needs to chill and learn more about the policy of company currently working and if you don't know the policy don't assume ask you leader!!Eligible Items purchased at Walgreens may be returned to any of our stores within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. With original receipt, eligible items will be returned for the full purchase price and refunds will be issued in the original method of payment. Without original receipt, eligible items will be returned at the lowest advertised price and refunds will be issued as store credit to a W card.

I got in line at the pharmacy for a quick purchase, but the guy calls the guy BEHIND me up to the counter instead. Fine, maybe he knew him? He then spends 25 minutes discussing pricing of prescriptions the man CLEARLY STATED he had no intention of buying anyways. From no-one now behind me the line turns 5 people long, and when assistance shows up the pharmacist directs her to get on the phone and help him check pricing on these prescriptions that NO-ONE WAS GOING TO BUY! I finally left after people behind me started doing the same. Will NOT be returning.

i used to like this place back when John ran it. I could actually get some decent service!!! now its is trashy they are never willing to help me pick out which rash cream and the new manger . John was so kind as to help me track the progress as my rash went away. My parents have been taking me to john ever since i was a kid.

This place just gave up on customer service all together. I walked up to the counter at the photo center and a guy was pulling up all the labels. Didn't bother to say hello or greet me. I had to ask him if he could help me or do I just ring the bell. He called someone to help me and went back to ignoring me. LOL, the next person made the same amount of effort. Customer service is dead here.

Yesterday I went through the drive thru because my baby was sick and asleep in the car. When I drove up I could tell that it was busy inside but only 2 cars in the lanes so when I pulled up I told the employee my daughter's name and she went to get her RX. I then asked if I was still able to get a bottle of children's tylenol through the drive thru(I have done this many times and there is large sign in the window that says this service is available but still find it polite to always ask first), she looked around and stumble through a "Uh um no you will just have to come in for that" and then pushed my bag out. I gave her a small confused look and then grabbed my bag and thanked her for her help. I work in a doctor's office and fully understand getting busy and not always feeling like you have time for everyone. However, every patient deserves the same time and care. I could tell I was lied to and I was disappointed by that. I parked, took my sick sleeping baby out of her carseat grabbed my young son and waited in a 6 person line to get her tylenol. I wish that it wasn't the case, but I've considered moving to another pharmacy.

Absolute horrible experience at their pharmacy. My wife went in before closing (a 20 minute drive from Sapulpa mind you) to get my son's pink eye prescription filled. She was turned away with 7 minutes to close because they told her they had "already started closing procedures for the night". I called the pharmacy and spoke with the pharmacist about it and she told me that it takes 15 minutes to fill a paper prescription so they wouldn't help her. Instead, they sent her another 15 minutes further from the house to a 24hr pharmacy. Absolutely pathetic service. I will NEVER do business with a Walgreens EVER AGAIN!

This is actually my second post. Over the summer I gave this place two Stars, only because of the nice employees and good service. I had emailed Walgreens about the vagrants outside that keep harassing myself and other customers still. I'm finally done with Walgreens. I have come to this place for 15 years and I'm done😠. Walgreens corporation does not care, they don't answer my emails about putting security in their stores and keeping vagrants out of their parking lots, selling drugs☠️ yelling at customers like me for money want to buy them cigarettes cuz they're underage while I'm getting out of my car and then cussing me out when I don't give them any or do anything illegal for them.. And if you're promoting good health why on God's Good Earth are you still selling cigarettes. I'm getting rid of Walgreens completely I suggest you all should to. I will try economy Pharmacy or CVS. God bless the employees at Walgreens on 71st and Lewis I wish your corporation had your backs. God Bless America. 🇺🇸

Over the last 2 years of consistently going to this pharmacy I am still struggleing to get them to fill my medication when they are due to be filled. I am on strong medication with very unpleasant side effects if I go even 12 hours without them. Despite my best efforts to accomadate them, by scheduling my doctors visits a week before they fill so I can drop them off and they can have the paperwork on hand early, delivering it in person with a reminder to order the medication, and a phone call 3 days before the fill date with one more reminder, I find that they still fail to order and fill my medication 8 out of 10 times. I have called many times about this issue to discuss ways to fix it, but no matter what I do they won't do their job. One of my medications has been delayed so many times over the past year that I have been on it that it has rolled over to the next month as its fill date! Nearly 25 days past its original intended fill date! And now my doctor is getting angry at ME for the medications fill date moving farther and farther past our visit! I am physically and mentally suffering nearly every month due to their total incompetence at doing their job! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!

Rude pharmacists! I got married and switched my last name and in their system they never bother to change it after the third time I went in. To top it off the girl that charged me didn’t even bother to ask if I had a rewards card and charged me almost double the price, to where I returned and asked if they had put it under my rewards card which they hadn’t. They told me I didn’t have my last name switched on their system, to which I had previous told them to do so the last three times. Horrible customer service in the pharmacy area, very dissapointed after being a customer of theirs for a long time.

Awesome people, always get our flu shots there also had a shingles shot. Our new doctor needed a record of current shots, they faxed our shot record to him. Thank you Walgreens

Really getting tired of panhandlers at the 71st and Lewis location! The last two times I've gone there, I was approached by someone begging for money. Today a woman followed me to my car. Last week it was a man. BOTH were smoking cigarettes - they obviously have money for them. It made me very uncomfortable. During the school year, kids beg for candy money. Can you please do something about this?

Absolutely terrible service in the pharmacy area. The person I talked to was rude and off putting. I would advise anyone to go to any other Wal-Greens around than to go to this location. This isn't the first time I've experienced the terrible service, either.

Had appt scheduled for covid vaccine, we get to the pharmacy and it is closed. Got an email reminder as well, confirming the appointment AND THEY ARE CLOSED....REALLY!!!!!

Had meds but was completely out of Excedrin migraine which is what works best for me. The Walgreens brand migraine just didn't work the same even with the same ingredients.

Pharmacy is terribly inefficient and Poor customer service. Taking my business elsewhere. Improve efficiency or hire more staff.
