Ultimate Reefs & Aquariums is my go-to local fish store. I stop in anytime I am in the area, and they always have new tanks on display with gorgeous fish and coral.They have a large selection of saltwater frags and coral, and they have new fish every week. They have beautiful displays all around the store that change frequently, so there is always a reason to stop in.The staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. If you have problems with your tank at home, they will spend their time helping you and trying to diagnose what it is. They are also great at answering any questions beginners to the hobby would have.Great store, passionate people, definitely don't pass up this store.

Your aquarium in the Carey Clinic waiting room is the best aquarium we have ever seen. Not just the beautiful fish, but the winderful living aquatic plants, the 'shrimp' and the incredible 'slug'. You are a fantastic aquarium company. Thank you!

A week later, I just wanted you to know that all 5 fish are doing very well. They are eating well, are engaged and exploring their environment, and fending for themselves against the established residents of this tank. It's been an all-around great experience. Regarding the tank I couldn't be happier with my order. I feel eager and confident in purchasing more fish and supply in the near future from Ultimate Reefs in Tulsa.

I have been a regular customer here for more than 2 years, and I really look forward to running out of top-off water so I can come in and see what they've got today. This is hands down my favorite shop in Tulsa, and by far the cleanest operation in the area.The owner, Shane, couldn't be nicer and more helpful. Some of the other reviews seem to think that a former employee (who was frankly rude if he didn't like you, and very pushy on sales even if he did) was the owner, and were put off the shop by that. I would hope they give this shop a second chance, I have been to every store in Tulsa and I really haven't had very many good experiences outside this store. I really like that Shane isn't pushy with sales, usually he just gives you information on anything you are interested in and lets you sell yourself on it. Let's be honest, you came into a fish store cause you wanted to buy something, not just because you happened to be passing by, and I am often put off by pushy sales people.The displays at this shop are usually spotless. I haven't had a problem with disease ever from this store, and they always have good advice for how to deal with problematic situations. I wish that all stores in my area were this good. The last several times I've risked buying from other shops I always end up with something costly that I have to deal with. I found other stores that sell fish for a little less, but their tanks are ugly and full of parasites, and it wasn't worth the $5 I saved up front to put hundreds of dollars of livestock at risk.

They are always really nice every time we go in and always try to answer any questions we have, we’re kinda new to saltwater and they have definitely been a big help and have really good quality fish also they take proper care of them. Have always had problems with fish most other places we have got them but since we started getting everything here it seems like everything is thriving. Seen some people complaining about price but there is a saying, you get what you pay for and that is very true especially with marine animals, if that’s your mindset go and get petco fish and see how good that goes for you. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

When I had first walked in I noticed how clean the store was. Their staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help/give advice.I purchased a sump from them, and they came and installed it a few days after the purchase. When I finally go around to filling the tank up, a seam on the sump had a leak.I called and they sent a technician after hours to come replace the sump with no extra charge. Super happy with the customer service and will def. recommend for anyone that loves the hobby!

My family and I really enjoy going into the store, Jim and Shane are really friendly and very knowledgeable. In the times of free information online, it can get very tricky deciphering what is good from the bad and the advice they give is easy to understand and with great detail. The coral, fish selection, and the store overall is amazing. Their display tanks are always well maintained and all of the livestock looks healthy and thriving. I haven't had a single issue with any of the livestock I've purchased. I would definitely recommend any new or experienced hobbyist to check out the store.

I have been working with Shane on getting my new tank up and running and he has been very helpful in this regard. The tanks are always clean and aiptasia free. We had some issues with our tank - just could never quite get everything balanced out right after a vicious bout of dino. After a year+ of tweaking everything ourselves, we finally gave in and asked the guys to come out and see if they could make it happy. Mike was FANTASTIC. They didn't require a contract, were reasonably priced, he communicated regularly, and totally understood exactly what we needed without any sales push. In about a month he had everything sorted: cleared up, coloring up, and looking great... a much faster result than we'd expected! We've gotten good livestock here for years, but our tank service experience was new and we're so glad we went ahead and did it. I have 100% trust in their skills and honesty - highly recommend!

Moved to OKLAHOMA from Virginia- had to sell my established tank before move. Went to this shop and others many times. Best selection and advice in Tulsa. Shane bent over backwards to make sure I was happy and setup with my new tank! why 5 stars? Their fish and coral are super healthy and they are very careful about where they get their stock from.

The staff at URA are always super helpful and interested in the health of my tank. I’m recognized by name when I come in. The shop is always clean and selection of fish and coral is top notch. If they don’t have what you’re after they’re happy to order it. Tons of coral frags of all sizes. And a working handicap ramp (blocked temporarily to keep kids from running around/getting hurt) for those that need it (and a second entrance to avoid the ramp all together if needed). Take a look!

If you want the stuffy rude snooty aquarium vibe then this is the place for you. If you know exactly what you want/need I suppose this store would be just fine. But if you need the pro tips and expert advise/opinion this didnt seem to be the place to find it. I will say the store was clean amd they had a great assortment of reefs fish amd the sort.
