I called Darren while cleaning my elderly mother’s windows in Tulsa, having noticed holes in several of her old screens. He was kind and professional by phone, so I left his contact information for my mom. She surprised me by calling him after I returned to Texas and he has already replaced all her screens. She bragged about how kind he was and that he measured one day, then returned the next day to install! Highly recommend.
