Good job guys. No checkers and only three self check outs and one counter in lumber backed up. You won’t be understaffed soon as all these darn customers just go to Lowe’s. Definitely clear the staff that you reduced aren’t on the floor helping customers.

Tomatoes, cilantro, Bell peppers, jalapenos, onion, lettuce for the raised beds and for the front yellow canna, caladiums and hosta's (blue and green). Everything I wanted and more. A few helpful employees and a nice lady at checkout. Thank you Home Depot and my friend Lori for taking me.Marlo

Went in for a dryer. Found one and waited 45 minutes to talk to someone ONLY TO FIND OUT YOU CAN ONLY BUY THE CHEAPEST DRYER IN STORE THAT DAY. Otherwise, you're pretty much ordering and having to pay DELIVERY CHARGES when they can deliver to you. Ridiculous. Go to Lowes. They have pretty much all appliances in store ready to go that day.

Best Home Depot! Makes me not so nervous to go to such a huge store because everyone there is so helpful. Mike went above and beyond for us today - all with a smile on his face and a couple jokes and Cynthia was helpful at checkout as well.

They have a horrible delivery service I went a and brought a new dryer after purchase they told multiple times that I would get a call 30 mins in advance when my delivery date came the delivery driver called when he was outside told him I would be there in 20 he said he couldn't wait so we agreed that we would leave at my gate 5 mins later he sent me a message that he left and rescheduled for the next day the next day I never got window time to know around what time it would be delivered so I called home Depot to ask about delivery they told me they already tried to deliver never got a call and never so nobody show up to my house so now it's rescheduled again they lady I talked to told me they been getting alot of complaints about they delivery drivers not doing there job right they just make a simple delivery harder than what it has to be I recommended if anybody is looking for any appliances and need delivery not to go to home Depot. It's just horrible

Well, this is sad. What used to be nice thriving store has become a dump. I ask three different people for help. None of them could help me. They gave me information that was useless. The aisles are junky, with stuff strewn everywhere. The parking lot does not have a light on after dark. One entrance was completely closed off. Aisles are blocked off with no one working in the aisle . It’s just a complete disaster. Very sad.

Went to Home Depot in downtown tulsa, went to get carpet. Guy came to help us and I was trying to figure out what I bought last time I was there. He shook is head and walked away. Strike 1. I decided to ignore his unprofessionalism and non-best class customer service and get the carpet anyways. So a guy was ahead of me and I was waiting my turn. The employee walked by and I was just letting him know I made up my mind and he said wait till he gets done. I said I know just letting you know. He walked away. Stroke 2. I was standing there waiting my turn, the employee walks back around and said you have to wait your turn he is ahead of you, he was first. I was looking at him like what? I’m waiting playing on my phone. Nothing was said. I have no clue why he even smarted off to me. Strike 3.Will never go back. I’m done. Funny thing is, I walk out to my car and another mad customer was out there complaining about the manager there and how unprofessional he was. Wow… go figure…

Every time I walk in any Home Depot.They look at me and follow me like I am stealing something. LOWE'S doesn't do that.I walked in there with $800 in 20's.In my hand.And they still followed me around.I bought $565 of stuff.And they were looking at the pockets of my pants on the way out.LIKE FOR REAL!!!I STILL HAD OVER $300 IN MY HAND ON THE WAY OUT.GO TO LOWE'SOr ever Wal-Mart.Don't be mad. Waited around all day for delivery of a washing machine. Shut water off already had the old one pulled. Driver called and said gps can't find your house we have to reschedule. When I asked him what street he is on and I'll give you directions, he hung up on me and wouldn't answer my call back. Manager was no help either. Shop Lowe's...

Not much to say it is of course the “Walmart” of remodeling. They probably have what you need as far as building is concerned. Looking for specialty items? 50/50 shot. Looking for high end building supplies, not so much. But for all else building wise, yep. Staff is hit and miss, always busy, but cheap and efficient.

This Home Depot has no idea what customer service is. They only no how to say NO. Even the manager SETH will just say NO. Even if you have a phone number to the top of the food chain of one of the vendors products they sell to get a default item replaced he will say I DONT CARE WE WILL NOT REPLACE THAT PRODUCT WITHOUT THE DEFAULTY ONE BEING HERE. Even with the sticker off the hot water heater with the serial number on it to look up in their system as it was bought there, he will look you right in the eyes and say NO. Even knowing this older lady has NO hot water because of a faulty water heater that ruined her entire living room and kitchen floor and RHEEM has told her to give the store manager the number if I am given a hard time, he said NO, I’m not doing it. So if you like being ignored, abused & told NO, feel free to stop in at this HOME DEPOT. They dish it out freely. I have never been treated worse anywhere. I won’t be ever going back for more of this, only takes me one time to learn a lesson.

I frequent Home Depot for all kinds of needs pertaining to my trade. They aren't perfect as the online shopping and large item sales I have had with them almost always end up arriving late or being promised a quick delivery and fall through on their word. In the end, I end up with the product a few days later. I would like to see better trained staff at the checkout and customer service desk, but it is what it is. 5 stars for having what I need, 3 stars for poorly trained staff, delivery issues, and inventory being sloppily stocked on shelves.

This store’s employees are lazy and have have the worst attitude. I tried to return an item that I didn’t have a receipt for, due to the store not issuing one because of the printer being out of paper. The employee or manager couldn’t figure out how to reprint the receipt. Now they won’t return the item because I don’t have the receipt. This is ridiculous!

By far the worst experience I’ve had with customer service. I’ve been waiting for 50 minutes for 4 colors of paint. The worst part is I’m still being notified they don’t have the paint I requested. “Something in the system malfunctioning”. I’m now working with a manager and have 4 people working behind the counter. Ridiculous.I will go to Lowes or any other paint store after this experience.

**Update*** belowIt’s a good store and clean but you can’t get anyone to help load large orders. They are busy on the phones.**Update***Today I had to go to this store again because the owasso location was all out of the fence pickets I needed. Similar to the picture but I had double the supplies. The lady at the register called for a load out person to help 3 times. A guy showed up when I was almost finished and said he was on his mandatory government 15min break. I used to work for Home Depot and there was never a person not available to help a customer. I asked the guy if he’s the only person allowed to help customers load their supplies. He said no there are 3 or 4 people inside standing around. That is the exact same as last time I was at this store. Such horrible customer service!!!

I tried to get information on buying a stove and after 17+ minutes was rerouted about 5 TIMES ending up with the same "manager on duty" that I started with and he seemed to think it was funny that I hadn't received ANY help. Really bad for business to treat customers that way and since the website doesn't provide the information that I needed, I HAD to call the store.

Was just in this location and not one associate asked if my friend and I needed help, but as soon as we were done finding our items some fat Mexican guy and a balding bug eyed white guy ran towards the front of the registers as if we were going to steal. Terrible experience. I would say to do better, but judging from those two addicts you all are under the barrel.

Would like to give a better score however:-The store is really understaffed on Sundays in particular. I visit this store roughly every week.-Experienced an instance where out of the 4 customers grouped at the Self Scan Kiosks, 3 of whom were white and me and my wife being the only black people there, the associate, who happened to be white, for some reason insisted on checking my cart’s content, and only my cart no other customers.-Lastly, the associates at the checkout stands, often times have seemed to not be enjoying their days and take it out on customers in the form of eye-rolls, deep sighs and other indicators to the liking, making it clear they will be offering minimally helpful and less than friendly service for the transaction.*The positives have been the associates who are willing to help cut lumber, window treatments and additional customer needs like that, in which are promised by the Home Depot marketing campaigns of DIY and all that good stuff. Also enjoy the layout of the store.*** @HomeDepotCorporate:PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW AND RESPOND. I like this location because the staffs are so helpful, they help me until i found my need items. Everything is organized and easy to find. However, they need to bring more cashiers to make the payment process a little faster. Too slow for payment.

I’m sorry… I used to absolutely love this store. The people that worked there were kind and considerate and very helpful… “were”. Nowadays, no one cares, if you try to get their attention, they run as fast as they can in the opposite direction, no one knows anything and no one helps you. Today I went in to have two pieces of wood cut. My mistake was trusting the young man who couldn’t care less if I was there or not. When I got home, both pieces were cut incorrectly. It’s just not worth my time anymore. I have two options, I can go to Lowe’s which is closer or I can go to another Home Depot. I guess Lowe’s has a new customer.
