Everything was great once we were seated. We checked in and told it would be about a 20-25 minute wait. After 30 minutes or so we checked to see where we stood on their list to find out they never put us on the list. We were supposed to be seated right away after that only to have several other families seated in front of us because they forgot about us again while giggling about it once they realized it. 😕

Me and the grandkids at here on Saturday This last weekend. It was pretty busy, but the wait wasn’t bad at all! Our server BK was amazing she seemed a little tired, but every time she came to the table she was so energetic and amazingly helpful. Our steaks came out over cooked. We were going to eat them, but she insisted that she take them back to get them recooked. We agreed and had an amazing time after that everything was perfect all because this young girl showed a true passion for helping people. Even though she seemed to be having a hard day. She never let us see it. We just happened to notice while she wasn’t around the table.

10 out of 5 stars!!! Best meal I’ve had in a while. It all starts out with a great waitress. Chelsea was absolutely perfect. Kind, gave us time, but didn’t linger. She deserves a promotion! Food was cooked perfectly. Steak was incredible. Everything was so good. I would eat here every day if the week if I could. Highly highly recommended please go here.

I've been to several different locations for Texas roadhouse. This one in particular has a lot of staff and it's really busy. The food was great. The atmosphere great. But my server had an attitude problem. I was taking it back by her responses to my requests. Believe me when I say they were not met with kindness. It's the opposite of customer service. I suspect she won't be there long. But the steak was cooked just how I wanted. So that was fantastic. The serving size, as usual had to be taken home. That's good news. The fried pickles were on point. And I didn't experience a long wait for table which is a highly usual for this location.

The food is great. The service was very good for our big party. The atmosphere is always the downfall for me. I like to be able to hear when people talk to me, and the music is so loud that the person next to you has to yell just so they can be heard. If the music was at a better level, then this would be a place I would go often. But unless that happens, our visits will be limited to special occasions when someone has invited us to go there to eat.

2/24/2024So here is another amazing trip, me and the boyfriend went today and Keenen was the server and his manager Chelsea (may not have spelled it right) we're amazing. He came took the drink order, then got the appetizer and brought mroe bread. The best part is he took his time between the appetizer and the main meal so we would not be rushed. He ensured our drinks were always full without ever asking if we needed one. His manager brought me extra fries cause she thought the amount I got on my plate was a little skimpy. Then Keenen offered to get the bf a new baked potato cause he did not want sour cream, and it came with it. All I can say is they both made it an amazing experience, and I hope they get props from thsi post. They are the reason liek the previous ones why we will go back, there is other texas roads houses here in Tusla, bit if you want amazing ztaff it is this one.3 months agoMe and the boyfriend just left there about 30 minutes ago and will say the server Katie was a doll. Absolutely sweet, about her job and made us feel like she had been our best friend for a long time. She laughed and joked with us while taking our orders, never pressured us to hurry or do anything.. simply a great waitress. When the food was delivered one of the managers named Chelsea brought it out and asked my boyfriend to please cut into it to ensure it was cooked right, he cut into it and she thought it was rarer than it should be and offered to have it redone. He was happy with it and she made sure we knew her name and if he decided it was not right to let her know and she would ensure it was how he liked. Super nice staff and all about the customer experience. Would come back to this one over all the others I have been to in Tusla.

Called at 10:30 am to notify them about the large size group that would be there for a special birthday. Was told to call back at 3 pm. I did. I spoke to the employee on the other line and made it to the waiting list made it really easy to understand we were a large group we wanted to sit all together or across from each other. They sat half of us in one booth table the other of us in another behind the other group. They have seat dividers so you can’t turn around and talk to the other half of the group that drove out of town to join. Then when the table across from us that we originally asked that the other half of the party could sit at so at least we could speak loudly to each other across the isle came open they gave us every excuse that they couldn’t accommodate it. Food was over cooked. Service was slow if at around at all. Not sure if it’s all a new crew or what but there was so much done wrong this evening that should have been prevented by the 2 phone calls I made about how many were attending and how wed like to be sat. So needless to say we didn’t get to see half our guests that drove out of state for this day. Could of been fixed but no one wants to make the time to do things right these days.

Food was good. Steaks cooked appropriately. The rolls were quite good. They have a margarita eith 3 different kinds of tequila that is very good. It's probably the best I have ever had. Atmosphere was a little loud for my tastes. Definitely going back.Parking: This place is always busy. You are going to have issues finding a parking spot.

This is hands down my favorite place to eat. Its always consistently delicious and cooked as requested. The shrimp, chicken and steak had great flavor even the baked potato had a nice grill flavor. The service was great as well.Thank you for another amazing Birthday Dinner!Thank you!

Even though they were packed, we were able to get reservations via phone online, while only 10 minutes away. We arrived and only waited 10 minutes. We got our drinks almost immediately after being seated. They took our orders when they delivered the drinks. The food arrived fast, and exactly how we ordered it. The food and service were exemplary. It was pricey, but you really get what you pay for here.

One of my favorite Texas roadhouse in the state of Oklahoma. Chelsea was a blast. She kept us entertained during our dining experience, and was one of the best servers that I have ever had. Hopefully she is part of their training team because if she has people training underneath her then they will have success for generations to come. The food was pretty good and the atmosphere was great. We had a young couple next to us that we made friends with. I hope to return in the future.

My wife and I love coming here! The food is consistently exceptional. My favorite go-to is the portobello mushroom chicken, loaded fries, and a Caesar salad. My wife's is the double pork chops, rice, and house salad. The rolls are super tasty as well! Serving sizes are generous; we almost always have a second meal to eat at home as leftovers, which increases the value for the price even more. I highly recommend.

When we got there, the line was really long and backed up to being outside but we came inside, gave my name and there was a place to sit down to wait, We expected to wait maybe 30 minutes or 45 minutes but it actually only took about 10 minutes to be seated which really surprised me. The service was really good. I had no complaints about the service at alll, in fact, I asked one waiter to help me with something and he went ahead and helped me instead of waiting on my waiter. The food was really good and good portion of it where I could take it home for later. There were no specials for lunch as far as cheaper. I was told they charge the same price for lunch and dinner. It was a little pricey but if you have $50 then go here for a night out w someone you want to spend time with.Parking: Lots of handi-capped parking in front and sides of building. Very crowded though.

Always a good experience at Texas Roadhouse. This one gets super super busy so we were lucky to get a table at all. Didn’t take pictures of our entrees cause we were so hungry but the drinks and appetizers were delicious! I recommend ordering drinks off the menu if you’re confident they can make it, I decided to get a pina colada off the menu and it was really good!

Wait was ridiculously long! They said 50 minutes, it was more like 90+. We waited in our car until we received a text that our party of 4 was "on deck" and we needed to come inside. After doing so is when we waited the longest, 35-40 minutes! My husband and I are disabled and standing there (no seats available), was torture!!We finally got to our table and we're lucky enough to get an awesome server, Joseph (Jojo)! He made everything tolerable.Apps were great, as were our salads. Then my steak...I ordered a beef tenderloin, medium-well. Their menu gives instructions on how to order doneness. I wanted a slightly pink center. I received a well, WELL DONE. It was so tasteless and leathery, I could only eat about 1/4 of it. Thanks goodness for the appetizer, salad, loaded potato, and delish rolls!My son wanted prime rib, but they were already sold out by the time we got a table! The steak he did order (ordered med-rare) was VERY BLOODY), and I think still moo-ing!So, one appetizer, 3 sodas, 2 beers, 4 steak dinners (one inedible) no dessert...$150. Add in 20% tip.Nah, will go to Colton's next time! Best thing at this restaurant was the awesome server Jojo!Parking: Took a lot of circling the building then just waiting for someone to leave to finally get a parking space. We needed handicap parking, that was not happening! Not enough handicap parking spaces available.

Great place to stop and get a steak. When we have stopped by this location, we have never had to wait for a table. The food has always turned out as expected / as ordered. Staff has always been friendly, attentive, and quick. The parking lot is decent, but kinda weird how it is designed around the location and getting out/in.

This is the second time in the last 2 months I have gotten prime rib and it was the worst. 1st time I didn’t say anything. My daughter in law also got the salmon that had a less than desirable taste.Last night I again returned my prime rib. It was so tough I couldn’t chew it. Very disappointing. Most likely will not go back☹️

Waitresses and management are really understanding of allergy issues which I have. Willing to make me some more potato skins when I couldn't eat the 1st ones and didn't charge me. However I only took 1 bite. Great people!!Parking: They have veterans parking which I find really grateful for.Kid-friendliness: They sing happy Birthday to kids and adults alike!

Family friendly although it gets very busy and packed if you reserve a table it helps 1000%. The food was amazing along with the cocktails so no complaints. The dinner rolls are mainly what my family goes for 🤣 they shouldnt be that good!Parking: Since it gets very packed its a bit difficult to find parking at times.

What can I say! It’s Texas Roadhouse. Delicious ( most of the time) my husband and I come here at least once a week but today we came like 4:20pm 20 mins after they open and our food took longer to come out today than a Friday night. Normally it’s less than 15 mins and today was over 40… was disappointed and they forgot my husbands sides and my salad came late. But I asked to talk to the manager Chelsea i believe and she gave us a discount I asked for and apologized and was very nice to us! I love when managers are actually doing their job the RIGHT way instead of being defensive… cause there are a bunch of those out there. Anyways thank you Chelsea !

4/16/24 we had to meet some old friends that we haven't seen for a long time and Texas Roadhouse was their choice. I Kew it's always busy restaurant, loud and it's not my number one choice for steak dinner. I had the steak and shrimp which was just ok, the garlic sauce needed more garlic for flavor look at the picture, the rice was bland. Bread was the best out of this dinner.

Beth served me and my boyfriend tonight and it was the absolute best experience of my entire life!! My drink was never empty the rolls were never gone and it felt like she went out of her way to make sure she checked on us! I’ve been to other Texas Roadhouses and it’s been a dull experience at best. But Beth made this experience the best and i highly recommend you have her serve you!
