We brought our cat Chaz because his eye was swollen. We came in a couple hours before close and they recommended emergency surgery to have his eye removed. We were so upset but the vets here made us feel so safe and talked us through it. They did the surgery that night and we took him home an hour later, I would recommend this vet to anyone!!!! They were so nice to text us and ask how he's been recovering and he is doing so good!!

We took our cat Ghost here because we were concerned about her stitches from a spay she had had the week before at a different vet. They were extremely kind and helped our Ghosty. Ghost ended up being fine and they didn't charge us anything to make sure she was okay. We were happy to pay anything but they said since she was okay they wouldn't charge us. Thank you guys so much for being amazing. Recommend for sure!

STATVet saved my dogs life! I brought her in when I noticed a bit of blood in her stool. That would logically be a GI problem, but the team at STATVet found that she was in anaphylaxis and administered all the proper medications and got her feeling much better! And over the few hours after I went home, I called to ask some questions and they were so helpful, kind and didn’t make me feel like a bother! And Alexis was our nurse and she is incredible! Truly amazing care!

I had a great experience at STATVet for my cat's urgent care visit. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure my cat was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Both of the doctors were thorough and took the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment options. I was very pleased with the care my cat received and would highly recommend STATVET to anyone in need of urgent care for their pet.For anyone that has concerns about the quality of care received at this urgent care facility— in the following days I took my cat to a specialist where he went through their notes and he said they did everything he would do almost to a tee + some extra preventative care options.However, for a late night urgent care facility this is a solid location and just based on the quality of their current all women run staff, my sweet boy felt better within a few days…given his lifetime disease.

STATVet did an awesome job with Frankie and his surgery! The staff were very calm and nice even after he was a little “spicy” at the beginning! Overall, it was a wonderful place to take your animal for care!

We took our dog(Odie)in because we thought he might of broken his leg.The staff is very warm and caring. Dr. Decker was very gentle and explained everything they would do, then the findings.They sent all the info to our regular vet and followed up once we got home and the next day. I highly recommend if you have an emergency.

My Dog hurt his back on Mothers Day weekend. We were out of town and no where near our primary Vet. We took Gus to StatVet in Tulsa and they WERE WONDERFUL! From the minute we walked in the door until we got check out and left. They took very good care of us. They emailed all visit information to our primary vet. They followed up with a phone call 48 hours after visit and then followed up with a text another 48 hours later. They were absolutely wonderful!! My puppy Ace had parvo and was extremely sick they took very good care of him and did everything they possible could to help him knowing that I couldn’t afford to take him to an overnight emergency room. We weren’t sure if Ace would make it but with their help(especially Alexis) and Gods grace ace pulled through and made a full recovery.

My little dog, Roxy, recently became seriously ill after most vets had closed shop for the day. But luckily we found Stat Vet Urgent Care. I'm so grateful we did. Everyone there, the vets, the vet techs and assistants, couldn't have been more professional, knowledgeable, and kind. One vet, a specialist in ultrasound, even came in on her day off to administer Roxy's ultrasound, so we could get immediate results. And even though Roxy's issues were a little hard to nail down, they didn't let up until she was back on the road to a full recovery. Another example of how kind and caring they are--they gave us Roxy's pills in a little gift bag with hand drawn stars, and Roxy's name written out with artistic flourish. Bottom line: pet owners in Tulsa are incredibly lucky that we have this option. Below is a photo of Roxy, ready to play ball again.

I have previously referred family members to this new urgent care facility and heard fantastic things from them about this practice, but last night I experienced it myself. At 9pm while trying to find and feed/medicate our cats, our kidney disease kitty didn’t come and was found hiding and refusing treats. StatVet got us in and made sure that h our baby wasn’t in crisis. We were able to go back home and rest knowing that he wasn’t in immediate danger was a comfort beyond praise.Thank you infinitely for your dedicated care and attentiveness. We appreciate you!

My kitty got a blocked bladder after hours, and our regular vet sent us here for urgent care. The staff here was so incredibly caring towards both my kitty and myself. The level of care they provided saved his life. The doctor has even followed up to check on his recovery, which just means so much to me. They genuinely care about the animals needing their help, and that's just so appreciated. The staff even attempted to keep the costs down as much as possible. They provide an explanation for every test or procedure they need to do, and do take into account costs for the patient. Urgent care is never cheap, but I know they did their best by the both of us. Thank you all so much for being there!

This was our first time visiting Stat Vet and we are very impressed! We were in a room right away. Dr. Hough and staff were all attentive, empathetic and very loving to our dog, Phoenix. They got her into surgery immediately and we got to pick her up just a couple hours later. Her procedure and after care were very well explained and we left feeling confident that we made the right decision. Amazing experience. We will definitely be choosing Stat Vet for our emergency pet care needs from now on. Thank you!

The entire staff at STATVet is absolutely incredible!! I can’t say enough just how great this place is. From the first phone call to the follow up appointments, everyone here has been so amazing. Under hard circumstances, this was the best service I’ve had for my pet. So grateful for Dr. Decker and all the other ladies there who stayed late to help my pup!

This place is an excellent choice for your pet to go in an emergency. Minor or severe I would recommend them. Everyone was very kind. Prices for everything were extremely reasonable. They were gentle with my hurt kitten and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for taking good care of my baby even in the midst of very severe cases still coming in.

The staff was great! They were all very friendly and did a great job with my anxious puppy. The vet took her time going through all the lab results with me, answered all my questions and it felt like they genuinely cared. Will definitely go back (though I hope I never have to!) and recommend to friends/family.

I would not recommend this place if you think something could be seriously wrong with your pup.We went in at about 8pm and did not see the vet associate until around 11pm, but we were very understanding that others were in need. Our dog was throwing up bile and spraying blood out of the other end. We were told multiple times, “it’s probably nothing to panic about.” We’re not specialists, so that’s a fine thing to say because it may be common, but a mighty dismissive tone delivered it.Once Ms. Decker came in, she asked how we were and my very anemic mother stated that she was tired. Brittany Decker looked at her and said something along the lines of, “Obviously I am too.” Bedside manner was at a zero. She was thorough in stating what was wrong and I do appreciate that, but once given a grave prognosis, they walked out of the room and they immediately started to joke (about something unrelated) and giggling…meanwhile I’m crying in the room. The nurses did what they could for us otherwise.Professionalism and kindness in moments of grief is everything and that was not given here.Please note, they will argue with every negative review given. They will disregard any confidentiality regarding payments and your personal financial situation. It’s not great from a marketing standpoint nor great on a personable level.

My 12 year old mixed breed has been in pain all day after hurting her hind leg area and when it didn’t get better I took her in to STATVet. Every single person was awesome! Sadie received excellent care and thankfully she did not have a break or dislocation. I was allowed to be with Sadie when the staff was trying to wake her from anesthesia. Sadie was enjoying the cocktail and was slow to wake up. During that time we all laughed as Sadie received a nail trim and had her ears cleaned! If I hadn’t recently had her groomed they might’ve done that too! Highly recommend for caring, compassionate care. We were there past the 10pm close and everyone was still helpful and cheerful.

My fiancé and I were not planning to go to the vet, but I'm thankful STATVet took us in when we had an emergency with our sweet Ball Python, Atlas.There are not many emergency vets that look over exotics, so already I highly recommend them for any scaly or feathery friend of yours.Our nurse was Tiffany. Her personal experience with ball pythons was a comfort, and it showed in her thorough examination. She asked the right questions, listened to our concerns, showed obvious fondness for animals, and so much more.In the end, we unfortunately learned our sweet baby snake would not be with us much longer. Tiffany was extremely caring through this rough exchange, and I can easily say I never felt more comfortable bursting into tears in public.If your pet is in quick need of help, look no further than STATVet Animal Urgent Care.(Thank you for being the best first ball python we could ever have, Atlas. This place was great!! My pup has had bloody diarrhea for a few days and I was panicked about it. I came in and they quickly got me in, loved on my pup, and were very reassuring that it was not super serious and that there are affordable options that we can use. The whole staff was awesome and kind about my critter fussing and hollering in excitement.

my fiancé and I had to bring our cat taco in to unfortunately put him to sleep and they took such good care of us and taco. I can’t remember the name of the girl who took care of us that night but she was the absolute best. She was so patient with us and thoroughly explained the process to us so we would know what to expect, she went over cremation and urn options and let us have all the time with him that we wanted before & after. She was so sweet to us and taco and took such good care of our baby for us. You guys are the best.

STATVet is absolutely amazing. The facility is modern, with updated equipment giving the clinic the ability to run a broad range of tests and it’s impeccably clean. The staff was loving and reassuring during a very tough diagnosis. Shoutout to Mackenzie for all you did to comfort me. When my baby and I left they decorated a sack which had her meds and it is precious. My girl has passed but I will frame her gift bag to remind me of her forever.

My cat had a UTI, so I knew he needed immediate help. I came to this location and they treated him like he was their own cat. I can't explain in words how much that meant to me. They were extremely kind, checked him out, and gave him medicine to make him feel better. They explained in detail what was happening and what the medicine would do to help him. He's doing a lot better now! I don't think he'll be scared of the vet anymore.

Dr. Whitney Hough and Alexis were AMAZING!!! My pup got into a bottle of ibuprofen 2 hours before I was supposed to leave on trip. (Yikes!) they got him in so quickly, treated him, got him on some prescription medications and sent us on our way with a step by step treatment plan and a phone number in case of emergency. All said and done we were done in a hour. They were so kind and caring during my total mental breakdown. I would highly recommend them in any situation!! They made a difficult situation much more manageable and I even caught my fight!

Took our London girl in terrified because she could barely walk. Leslie reassured us every step of the way and was great at communicating what they wanted to check and our treatment plan. Dr. Cackler was calm and did a great job telling us what was wrong with our baby. Thankfully she’s going to be okay. The team also took a tick off London after I had a panic attack (I hate ticks). London has a road to recovery, but I’m thankful for our new friends at StatVet. You have a forever customer.

We took Patches in because he was having trouble walking and lost control of his bladder. Immediately, we were waited on and put in a room. We warned them up front that our dog is aggressive towards strangers, but instead of slapping a muzzle on him, they took a different approach because he was already really worked up! The vet and the tech took his crate apart and used a towel to hold his head so he didn't bite. He was treated with the utmost respect and so were we!! If we ever have issues again, we are coming here, even though we live in Owasso. They truly care about animals and it shows.
