The store is pretty hygienic. This was my first visit, and all the staff were cold and not friendly at all. The cashier was not very accommodating. I wanted to buy a tumbler and a mug as a souvenir, but there were only a few items and I didn't find what I wanted. I ordered inside the store, but they didn't call my name even when the coffee was ready, so it was hard to tell when I would be able to receive my order. I ordered a hot drink, but they didn't provide a cup holder, and there were no cup holders in the area where the napkins were placed, which was disappointing. The door to the store's exit is very narrow, so I'm not sure if a wheelchair user can get through.Wheelchair accessibility: Narrow exit door

This is my favorite location because the staff is stellar, super welcoming & good at what they do. But the place is usually kinda filthy each time I come. It’s like they don’t clean from the day before. So the tabletops & floors are stained with yesterday’s drinks & crumbs, walls are stained w/coffee splashes, small bugs land in my cup, & the garbage bins outside are usually stuffed & spilling over. I still come because of the staff & great location with beautiful landscaping. But I do wish they would include cleaning in their to-do-list before opening every morning.

We stopped in about an hour before closing and it was evident that one of the employees was restocking and made no attempt to greed us or at least let us know that someone would be with us soon. The employee clearly does not enjoy his job.I understand if they are busy with a task but at least acknowledge when a customer comes in. Very unprofessional.

I placed a mobile order via the Starbees app, then headed to this Starbucks location. My drink was ready when I arrived & made to my specifications. No complaints here! There is outdoor seating & this shopping center is so cute. Great to walk around, shop and get some fresh air.Dietary restrictions: Drink in photo is a Trenta Passion Tea with 3 Stevia in the Raw packets & a splash of Coconut Milk. Keto, diabetic friendly, low carb and calorie, also vegan.

When another customer, who had been waiting for the last 25 minutes, asked a barista about her mobile drink order, the barista, True, replied that her drink was “in the queue and it would made when it gets made”… she was very rude, dismissive, and annoyed by the ask. The customer, who had a toddler with her, on her way to a doctors appt said, “I can’t wait, I have an appointment to get to, can I get a refund, please? True then replied that she “didn’t have time” and she needed to “ask someone else”… the entire interaction was not the standard Starbucks quality for customer care.

Ordered tall hot oatmilk latte.It's the burista who made experience special cause I'm not really a starbuck fan.He was personable, witty and made the wait worth my while.Don't know his name but he had beautiful red hair and an Irish personality to match.

A staple of any street corner, Starbucks is here to wake you up or keep you going! This location has great customer service that is very personable and friendly! Great patio to sit on and enjoy the weather even if it's raining. Stop here to get some coffee before going to buy clothes!

This Starbucks is by far my favorite. I was visiting the town from out of state and stopped by here to end my night, and the baristas were so kind! Absolute sweethearts, and the drinks were made to perfection! The team tonight was friendly, energetic, and very skilled on bar. It was a wonderful end to my day!Thank you so much for your kind attitudes, friendly conversation, and delicious drinks!

Sadly, this place has been consistently dirty-really dirty. I am always there when they first open or at least within the first 30 minutes of them being opened. I am shocked that it is consistently nasty. It's very sad because this is a beautiful location. This morning the trash cans were all overflowing, stacked on top, and laying on the ground. The baristas this morning didn't even acknowledge my existence. Just not the quality of anything I expect from Starbucks.

I didn’t quite get the chance to read her name tag. But the barista with pink and black hair that starts with R maybe it was Riki. Was completely unprofessional and mean. She was rude to every single customer I saw her interact with. She made the other employees uncomfortable and ruined the entire atmosphere of this Starbucks.She does not deserve to be a Starbucks employee.

I am blown away. I’m leaving 5 stars for this location due to my most recent experience with one of the employees while I was in the store. I have diabetes and honestly am tired of ordering the same drink over and over again because it’s the only sugar free option (sf vanilla latte). So one day I decided to try to figure out another low carb drink and Nick took the time to put together something delicious and low sugar for me and helped ease my anxiety. His customer service is literally top tier and I look for him every time I visit this location. Not sure if he’s a manager or just a barista but he is special. Every Starbucks needs a Nick ❤️Dietary restrictions: I do wish Starbucks had more sugar free options but I’ll wait lol

First and last time I'll visit this place. Sad to see the inconsistent customer service the 2 workers portrayed, as I noticed they were acting so delightful and all smiles when tending to a regular customer, but their attitude and demeanor changed when I was trying to ask about a drink I ordered. Both workers avoided me even though I was the only customer left standing there and i kept saying "Excuse me".  It was weird and rude. They need retraining on their customer service skills. If you look on Starbucks website they are all about their baristas creating a "Starbucks Experience" for ALL customers. These 2 failed. I hope they do better as Starbucks employees.

I'll be honest, I love this place so much in Utica Square I almost didn't do a review on them because I didn't want to bring any attention to them, but it truly is a lovely location & the staff is always top notch! ❤
