Two stars because we found what we needed but we were followed by an associate with glasses and braids the whole time. Every time we turned, he was there. I thought he was being friendly by asking us if we needed help but my husband caught up to what he was doing. As soon as we went to pay, he stopped walking around and went to the copy area to talk to another associate. We just moved to Oklahoma so that’s a nice welcome. Not!

Outstanding service and attitudes.I was greeted within 3 steps of entering and asked if they could help me find something."Mechanical pencils", I replied. We were there in ~ 5-7 seconds...the cheap ones."More expensive", I replied. Once again, we were there in ~ 5-7 seconds."0.7 mm...metal tip", I stated. He pointed at two options with nicer grips.DONE! It took me longer to choose between the two options than it did for me to walk in, get greeted and be shown where the product was shelved.No screwing around trying to up-sell me. Straight to the point.Nice clean place inside and out.Calm, quiet atmosphere.Engaged employees; I didn't see a single lazy turd just there to get paid!Don't forget to hit the THUMBS UP button if you found my review helpful.

My new favorite staples location. Bobby was very knowledgeable about printers. I will definitely be back to buy a printer from there. Bobby was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Staples gained a customer due to Bobby's professionalism and knowledge. He went above and beyond my expectations. Staples.. Bobby is a true gem and genuinely cares about his customers!

I got there 40 minutes before they closed and they were pulling the gate down to close the store as I walked up. They just looked at me like tuff luck were closing early. Literally needed one thing. I understand closing a little early but not almost an hour early.

The "helpful staff" can be rather hit-or-miss at this particular location. Sometimes they're incredibly helpful with whatever your need may be...other times, you'll feel blatantly ignored. Do with that what you will!

I purchased a color printer approximately 2 months ago and the display stopped working properly. After trying unsuccessfully to get the product to work I took the printer back to the Tulsa Hills location and was told that I only had 14 days to return the product. This is an unreasonable amount of time for returns. Products that fail within 2 months of purchase should be returned to the location and refunded by the retailer. Staples clearly does not support their products and I will never shop at Staples again. Additionally I will put on social media my complaints.
