Dead fish just sitting in the sink, more dead fish sitting in bowls by their filthy sink, cop mean mugging normal paying customers. This store stinks like mildew and decaying animals. Everything is overpriced for the horrible experience. They even have a $60 display of LIVE FROGS sitting on a shelf. Sick.

Love the self-serve dog wash! It's super easy to use: use a credit/debit card - $10/10 minutes. You can even choose to disinfect the tub before your dog climbs in! My "pony" is very large, and it was absolutely worth TWO rounds (20 minutes/$20) to not have to bend over and deal with the mess at home of dog hair and wet towels!With the initial "Soap" setting, water is between 95-99° coming out of the hose nozzle in "fan" pattern, with shampoo already in it! It saturates the coat really quickly and comfortably. The second setting is "Rinse." Additional options include conditioner, de-flea, and then a low or high blow-dry option of warm air from a vacuum hose mounted within the bathing area.As you can see from the photos, there is a very large digital display behind the bath that shows the amount of time remaining. Clean towels are also provided to finish up a bit of drying of your pup.Perhaps the best thing of all is the location of the bathing area: it's located in the "gift items" room, which is out of sight and away from distractions, which really helps keep the bathing beauty calm. There is a "bar mat" on the floor so the human doesn't slip, and the base of the tub is coated with a nice, thick, non-slip coating for the comfort and safety of your pet.

I don’t know how I feel about this place after today’s experience. I appreciate that it is affordable, but they definitely value quantity over quality. My cat who is typically well behaved with people but anxious went in for 3 vaccinations, one which was administered through her nostril (I had no idea it was done this way but I wanted to be preventative with her since the way they sold it seemed like it would be a great idea. Had they informed me of how the medication would be administered maybe I wouldn’t have gone forth with it. My cat absolutely freaked out when the vet stuck a syringe up her nostril (again I had no idea there was no explanation of the process which would’ve been appreciated). He directed me to hold her by the nape but she obviously cried and attempted to claw him as cats do. I am upset that he didn’t wait for me to get a good grip on her before attempting to just stick that into her! He almost threw the towel on that medication but fortunately opted for having both my brother and I hold her down together. I just wish there would be more communication of how things are done before allowing customers to pick things that seem great on paper. I also wish they were more gentle with animals. He was quick to say I was not doing great at holding down my cat when he didn’t even wait for me to hold her down. My cat has NEVER reacted this way with a vet, I don’t think I will ever come here again. My dog did well and my cat did well with the shots, but it all just seemed a bit unprofessional. If you do decide to go here DO NOT get the nasal medication just go somewhere with better one on one treatment even if it’s more expensive.

I love to shop here. I love the selection of aquarium supplies and the things for my fishes! I restarted my hobby after years of denial. Since starting again my blood pressure has leveled out, my mental "distress" has subsided and even my little puppy can be found on the stool I sit on watching the fish. It's adorable to watch.

So many things here that are awesome, dog bath as well. $10 to start it and they supply towels. I'm not sure on shampoo ect. I will need to come back. When I have more time.

Although I currently do not have a dog, I did find cute and fun dog calendars that are unique from other stores.I used to shop at this store when I did have a dog, and I could bring him in.This particular store is large and accommodates many different types of pet toys and needs.I'm glad to have stopped in again. Miss my boy.

I really like this store. Great customer service, things are a little pricy however the quality of the items here are top if the line. Shots are only $13. Per round and i got a nice leather spike collar for Q for $20. She has out grown it in 2 weeks

Sad to find out after they said they wouldn’t sell live rats for feeding that they’re back to it again. Disgusting. I’ll have to stop shopping here and buy from another company. It’s cruel and you should be ashamed as a company.you can’t be for the pets if you actively kill animals or arrange to have them killed.

Just got my cat Albus neutered today. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The vet is very nice and professional. The price is by far the best your going to find for the quality of service. Pick up and drop off is extremely convenient as someone who works full time. I will definitely bring my cats here in the future.

I bought a Blood Python from this location and my experience was nothing short of perfect. I have been to other pet stores and none have had anyone as knowledgeable as my man Jorge. Everyone is super nice and friendly. They will answer any questions you may have and make sure you are confident in your decision making. I cannot recommend shopping here highly enough.Update* 10/1/18 The python is still the best snake I've ever had and is growing like a weed!

I drove 45 mins to this store after being told if a fish died I could return it with a water sample. So I brought a water sample with me and they refused to return the fish. I drive 45 mins to this store constantly and have easily spent over $350 at this store. Half the employees know me by name. I’ll make sure that the aquarium clubs in Tulsa know as well. You have lost a loyal customer and many more.

Today I had a great experience at the store located in 71st Street and Sheridan. The staff there is very friendly, and they go above and beyond to assist customers. I bought dog food, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude towards a remarkable employee named Shannon. From the moment she saw me, she greeted me with a smile and asked me if I need any help. I bought two bags of dog food, each weighing 40 pounds, and Shannon was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process.What impressed me the most was Shannon's dedication to customer service. Despite the weight of the bags, she carried both of them to the shopping cart for me. She then went the extra mile and pushed the cart to my car, loading the bags into my trunk with care. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making my shopping experience as convenient as possible.During our conversation, I discovered that Shannon had prior experience working with horses. She shared that it took her several months to develop the strength and capability to lift such heavy bags. Her passion for her job were truly inspiring.
