Ordered two Reese’s blasts. They came out mostly frozen so score for us!!! Until we saw both cups had holes in the side. The carhop offered to remake them but we had already waited for these and time was short. I had ordered a Route 44 Dr Pepper and got a large. Oh Sonic, where has the service and quality gone?! 13 bucks with a $1.00 tip for three items. I nicely asked if it was a route 44 and she said no it’s a large. I said “I ordered a route 44”. Crickets. No whoops. No sorry. Nothing.

I purchased a cheeseburger combo with onion rings and a cherry coke. The cheese burger tasted old, the meat was bad. I threw away the burger. The onion rings were not completely cooked and my cherry coke had no cherry. I am terribly disappointed with most sonic locations. The food is terrible. I would hope the company would be concerned with this matter

Make sure they are changing you the correct amount that is one the signage. They have a different price in the system than is on the meal signage(as of 12/2/2023). The price for a large Sonic blast on the sign meal said $5.19. They tried changing me $6.49! They said they couldn't change the price back, (never heard of a food service place not being able to change the price manually on the computer. Having 3 years of being a server(?), let alone any retailer, sounds weird and a bit off). It took me 15 minutes to get 2 large sonic blasts with only one car in front of me.🤔

I’ve been to this location twice and both times I’ve been the food has been terrible poorly prepared and old hardened tater tots burger was sloppy put together and sauce just thrown on it. I love sonic so this location has to do a whole lot better with the preparation of the food.

I ordered two burritos this morning; one Ultimate Meat and Cheese and one Bacon. The Ultimate had NO TOTS, one piece of sausage, was woefully small and thrown together like it was too much effort. The person taking the order took almost a minute to greet me at the drive thru order panel (no other cars in line), was not friendly, and the person at the drive thru was not friendly at all. $8.23 for two burritos that were just this side of garbage. I should call a cop because I was ROBBED.

Great summer-ish day to drop by Sonic. We parked and grabbed a bite to eat one the patio. Service was quick and accurate even though we ordered burgers in the morning. Morning drink discounts are awesome. Staff was super polite and after we were there a couple hours ended coming back by to offer water for our pups! If we lived closer we'd visit more often. Thanks!

We ordered 2 jr. frito chili cheese wraps, 2 chili cheese hotdogs, 1 breakfast toaster, 1 chili cheese tater tot, 1 corndog wacky pack. This order was $22.24The only thing fit to eat were the 2 hotdogs. The wraps and tots were old and cold. The corndog was rubbery. The apple juice box came with no straw.I have never received such poor quality food from any Sonic.I hope this is a one time incident.Mobile order to Sonic at Tulsa hills. (81st St.) Check#59377.

I ordered an ice water with cranberry and limes on the app. The stall I was it received reflected the carhop was on their way. I didn’t receive my water until about 20 minutes later. I believe they had a complaint and were probably short staffed but since the signage said it was headed to mycar, I put that I was “on my way” in another app for a pick up I had to do. The gentleman was very nice and seemed to be grateful that I was polite. I think it was just a rough day for them.

Ordered on app. Waited a long time for 2 drinks. Everyone around us was getting their drinks and even food orders. When I finally asked to make sure they got my order, they brought it out pretty fast. The girl told me that the orders don't come in as the order is taken. The orders are not prioritized in the order they are taken. This needs to be fixed.

If you look at all of my reviews they are always so positive. I find great in every place I go and am always thankful.But Sonic employees have robbed me twice. One I can prove after the bank had to give me a new debit card when the employee took it and bought themselves a meal at a restaurant a couple of years ago. And the other was today at when I was shorted $10 and I doubt it was an accident.I usually pay attention to my stuff and don't have issues but if you decide to have a Sonic burger which are really good, be sure to watch your wallet.Really hate writing this.

Was very impressed by the staff. They were running short staffed but very cool under pressure. The very pleasant lady who took the order informed us that they were running short but staying on top of things. And it made the environment seem much more patient and calm. Food will be here any minute and I know it will be delicious, because it's Sonic💚✌️

Ordered the chicken strip dinner... chicken was burnt so bad it needed an urn and a funeral.. took the meal back. Never was refunded because I didn't have a receipt. They never gave me one! It was 15 minutes after I had picked it up. The manager was completely rude and unprofessional. I used to love this sonic but never again!!!!

I finally had it and I had to write this review.My wife loves this place, keeps going back again and again. I love Sonic, I grew up in Stillwater where it was first established and am familiar with it since I worked there from high school through college.Here in Tulsa though, their quality managers are way to easy on the companies. Every. Single. Time. That we order anything different, whether we want no cheese or extra onions or anything of the sorts, the cooks don’t pay attention enough or care enough to check and just throw together whatever catches their eye first.We ordered for an entire family here tonight and each person had something for a preference, and not one single item came with any changes like we requested and were even charged for. Unacceptable. We will not be returning and we suggest to anyone who wants decent quality cooking service to go elsewhere. If they aren’t paying attention to their orders I can only assume the same goes for their cleanliness and product quality.

I’m gonna start out with, I never make reviews, but this trip was unreasonably long and difficult. My friend and I ordered 2 drinks; A cherry limeade and a Dr.Pepper with vanilla and cream in it. For starters, it took them almost 40 minutes to bring them out to us. They are not busy. Second, after waiting almost 40 minutes, they decided not to tell us they were out of Dr. Pepper. I don’t know what we were given but it was disgusting and on top of that they left the vanilla and cream out. We go around to the drive thru and it’s there that they proceed to tell us they are out of Dr. Pepper. Now I am currently writing this review in what’s taking almost another hour of my time on a trip that should have only been 5 minutes to 10 minutes max. I don’t know what going on with this Sonic today but it is not it. Absolutely would not recommend.
