My hometown Smashburger was closed down years ago (it was garbage) and I'd been craving smash fries for years. I've now been to this location multiple times and it's always delicious.My only complaint comes as they have recently gotten written of the sweet tea for unsweetened and 3 other random drinks.Please bring back the sweet tea, it was actually very good.(Pictured is the seasonal Mac & Cheeseburger)

We arrived early and not too busy. Staff was friendly and took our order immediately.The food was delicious, hot and fresh. We both had cheeseburgers with tots. Also I would say the best diet coke since McDs.Parking: Parking is a little close but it is The Hills. ❤️ Go early.

Absolutely love the flavors and freshness of eating here. This has been my family's new favorite place to hit up. It is a little on the pricier side, but always feels worth it. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location is a little small but keeps clean and well stocked. We look forward to returning for more delicious meals.Vegetarian options: Their shakes use almond milk instead of dairy

* I’ve had good food from SmashBurger before so the below ones mentioned are just the times when there were issues with the food/way they served/being late etc…I would say 50% of the time, had nice experiences and rest 50%(esp last couples of ones), I had bad experience..1st time : Used to have Colorado burgers from here and they are good. Earlier they used to have "build your own burger" option which I enjoyed a lot but unfortunately its not there now. Still they serve decent burgers. Their sweet potato fries are tasty2nd time : Tried their recent crispy hot chicken sandwich which had an offer for $5. It was very salty though it had little spiciness. Popeyes sandwich is way better but one thing Ive to say. Their vanila shakes are the best.3rd time : Got a 50% rewards coupon for their bone-in wings so thought to try it. I placed the order on my mobile-app but i was really disappointed by their customer service this time. Theres only 1 person who does the billing and serving and she was exhausted. Had to wait around 30 minutes for my order to fulfill and they forgot to give ranch which was there in the order. Flavor-wise I thought it wud be wet wings but this was more of dry rub. Instead of scorching, I would call it mild wings😁 as I didnt feel any heat. Theres 6 wings and its pretty good quantity-wise. Sweet potato fries were good as usual. But still I was disappointed altogether!4th time : Had scorching chicken sandwich this time. The order took 20 minutes to be fulfilled. I guess they wanted to make it fresh. The chicken was dry. Probably that is how it should be. Anyways I think they have improved on staff it seems from previous times still there is space to improve.5th time : Had an unexpected experience this time with hot scorching tenders. I had the oil and seasoning with gravy sticked onto the chicken as shown in the picture attached. Was disappointed seeing that.6th time : Because of the previous not-so-good experiences, thought to stop going there but this time got an email from Smashburger about the new carolina bbq burger. It was ok but the burnt ends was burnt little bit too much. Had ordered the onion rings too but the bread crumbs and onion were seperate. Have attached the pics. Not sure why smash is disappointing everytime I go there.The Sweet Thai Chilli Wings is not spicy at all. It is just sweet and I was disappointed. To add on, there is a big wait time (atleast 20 minutes) if you go for dine-in which I did this time unfortunately. So better go for online order in advance and pick it up.

I came to this SmashBurger because I’ve had good experiences the last time I came, which has been a couple years. However, this time I ordered the 5 chicken strips and fries with a drink. I was told after returning to the front after searching for straws that they were completely out of them. It would’ve been easier if they had some signage about the lack of straws.Then, it was hard finding a clean table. But nevertheless after filling our drinks, the 2 others with me who ordered smash burgers got their order almost immediately, but my chicken tenders arrived after another 25 minutes. When I got the food, it was the wrong number and had fewer tenders but figured I’d forgive that. But after eating into one of the tenders I saw that it was completely raw on the inside 🤮. After I took it up for a new order of tenders, it took an extra 30 minutes and the tenders were definitely not undercooked. But after receiving the raw chicken previously I just couldn’t trust that this next order was really done — the second order may have been but I felt uneasy and didn’t trust it — so we just got up and left.Total waste of time and money. I will not be returning to this location. I’d rather heat up cheap Tyson nuggets at home.

If you want to see what Smash Burger should be like, visit the location in Choctaw Casino in Durant. We use to come to the Tulsa Hills location and the service and food turned horrible. Since we visited the Durant location we decided to give Tulsa Hills a try again. What a mistake. We ordered 2 Burgers and 2 regular drinks. The bill was $28.06…… For 2 burgers and 2 drinks…… $6.38 for 2 fountain drink is absolutely highway robbery. We got our burgers at separate times, which she finished hers while I was waiting. Needless to say we will not be back to this location EVER. I knew there was a reason we stopped coming here. Figured your management could get there act together but guess not. Ordered our food at 1:15, it is now 1:45. How does our order not come out complete????? Still have not gotten my burger. After getting fed up, decided to try and talk to someone. Stood there and watched multiple to go orders go out and gave up trying to talk to someone. Got my burger at 1:50…..Luke warm, watched it sit there while to go orders went out. Sorry SmashBurger you lost us for good. Except the Durant location

Went tonight with my girlfriend and had a terrible experience. The staff had no idea what was gluten free and didn't think it was a big deal, so while we were looking at their online menu to check what was safe to eat a larger lady behind was making extremely rude comments about us since we were taking longer to order. We're on vacation and never eat here. My girlfriend walked out crying and I came back in to tell the lady to stop being rude to random people and her husband tried to assault me. Never coming back.

Use to eat here a couple times a month but I’m wondering if owners have changed…got mobile order and arrived to pick up my order a couple minutes early, fries and tots ice cold and tased like the grease they fried in was a week old. Won’t be going back.From the looks of other reviews, it looks like the norm. Smash burger just send you an automated response wanting you to email you them your review. Lol, not worth wasting any more of my time.

Ryan deserves a raise! Super friendly, not afraid to tidy up either! Hard worker. Burgers are way good! A bit pricy though! I felt like the atmosphere was complicated and overbearing and did not fit the restaurant at all. It was almost too fancy for a burger place, which made it a bit overwhelming. The menu was overcomplicated as well. I expected a simple, laid back atmosphere like Five Guys, McDonald’s, in n out, etc. The logo looks like GameStop, so I definitely did not expect the interior to have an Applebee’s or Red Robin vibe. It’s kind of a turn off from the restaurant, but the food and staff were awesome! Paid $17.50 for 2 double burgers to give you a price range. $5.99 for a single, $7.99 for a double. We got the Swiss mushroom burger and BBQ bacon burger. The latter was delicious, tasted like the western bacon cheeseburger from Carl’s Jr. but with a different bun.

April 2023 post. Used to be a really good place to go, but lately it has been going downhill more and more every time I go in there. While I was waiting for my to go order I looked over to the kitchen order window, and I saw a cook/food prep kitchen staff scratching their neck near their hairline…WITH THEIR FOOD PREP GLOVES ON.A NOTE TO LOCAL MANAGEMENT: workers do not seem clean and sanitary like they used to be, they actually look rough and ragged. I delayed eating this sandwich, and as it turns out it’s not the same sandwich I thought I was getting so, I am disappointed and discouraged it was a waste of money.

What a change. This used to be one of the best Smash Burger locations. Now I won't even consider going back. Katherine, while taking our order was rude and obviously having a bad day, rolled her eyes several times when answering questions about the menu. Our shake was bland and possibly a different brand of ice cream, did not taste like Haagen Dazs. We were the only people in the restaurant and somehow our sandwiches were brought out warm, like they had been sitting under a warming light and the bun was dry or old.

Delicious, but no AC. The black bean burger and Brussels sprouts were great!! The s'mores shake was good up until I got to these WEIRD, clear, nasty things on the bottom. I still have no idea what they were. They were like hard gummy bears. 🤢

Got the Colorado double smash and truffle mushroom double. Both of them came out super salty. Colorado came out even saltier. It’s good if it wasn’t so much salt. I think it might be the cheese. But loved their seasoned fries.

I had the double Colorado burger with onion rings and some Buffalo hot wings, the onion rings were kinda salty but all in all the service was good and the food was delicious

I came here with my grandson to get something to eat the girl up front told me we had a thirty minute wait although we were the only one here and a few people already eating then about ten minutes later she stood there looking at us finally told my grandson to order something and then I placed my order being I am a senior of eighty two years old I can't eat anything to big so I ordered a kids meal my grandson ordered chicken and fries when we got our order my burger was burnt I had a side of onions that I covered over the burger the french fries what cold and very hard I couldn't chew them show my grandson went up and told them my fries were cold and hard so they brought me new fries that the girl up front brought them to our table and slammed them down and quickly walked away.

I ordered the classic smashburger, regular fries, and a drink. The smashburger was good and melted in my mouth. The fries, however, were not that good, perhaps they came from a few bad potatoes. Overall, the service was very good and so was the burger. The great staff was fast and courteous with my order. One star deduction for fries.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The manager of this establishment just treated my daughter, grandson and Deaf son in law like garbage! Yelling at them. They never even got a table! This kind of behavior is unacceptable! We will be calling corporate in the morning to report this! This happened at the Smash burger in Tulsa Hills on Olympia.
