The jury is still out as to whether the savings are substantial enough to warrant the ever increasing annual fee. But this store seems to be clean, bright, well organized. And all the sales people are friendly and helpful.

Amazing staff at the cafe helped us out tremendously by making us 50 pizzas for a company order in short notice. All of the ladies behind the counter were super accommodating and definitely need some recognition for their hard work. Especially Sonja who assisted us in loading and providing us all the things we needed for our order. She truly made us feel like a member of family, perfect customer service which is appreciated greatly.The stores president was very nice and even came in to help get the pizzas out!! Phenomenal job!!

I spoke on the phone with Mia - trying to cancel my account. Have to come in to do it. I was annoyed but not rude, nor raised my voice - I was in the process of telling MIA thank you for your assistance when she just plain hung up on me. I called back - and I know she was not answering the phone - let it ring until it disconnected. I called again - and a manager answered - thank you! He was helpful, kind, and listened to my issues. MIA should not be in customer service.

Paid my Sams Club card off faithfully and was never late. This week I paid it off again. Noticed my credit limit dropped so I called Sams card services. They said due to a slight dip in your credit we lowered your available balance. I replied, it was because your company teamed up with capital one and offered me a credit card through capital one. This is what temporary dropped my score. My score is already on the rise due to PAYING MY FULL BALANCE. The customer service agent who could barely speak English made no effort to help. Treated me like a dog. I said close my account and she did. Woke company for sure. Should have never dealt with you. My wife and I spent thousands of dollars there every year but you just ended that over stupidity on your end. Costco it is. FYI: I was never a day late paying my bill.

All I have to say is, you better have some money if you be shopping there. I'm single person and the product would be overwhelming. So having a family would be a plus. But it seemed for the quantity the price was good on a lot of products

Had went to do bulk grocery shopping. I shop here often so I'm familiar which items and brands they offer. The members mark brand they market is good quality and price. They have an a la carte menu for a quick snack. Bakery, tire and battery service, gas pumps across the street.

I'm a Hispanic/Latino and today when I went shopping here at Sam's club, the bathrooms were all closed but one, and the worker waiting there didn't say anything to me, BUT asked the man behind me who was behind me (both worker and person were Caucasian) got asked by the worker if he wanted to use the another bathroom, I don't know what I did to the worker but he was obviously racist. ABSOLUTELY THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL WORKER I'VE MET!

Edit: still never got my order and it even changed its status to “delivered”. Now I’m being told that my refund won’t be processed for 7 days. It was also refunded less than what I paid so I lost out on my delivery fee even though I never got the order.Tried to call about my delivery order that was scheduled for 9 and it is now 2:00, still haven’t gotten it. Called the store to see what’s going on and was in hold for over 16 minutes. This is ridiculous and not what I pay a yearly fee for.

Just want the thank Edith who is an employee of the Tulsa Hills Store. She is truly a professional and knows how important customer retention is!!She went above and beyond in her service. What an example she is to other employees! And all was accomplished with a beautiful smile! Be happy and thankful to have an employee of such character and work ethics!!!

Waited for 30 minutes for pickup, watching other cars come and go with their orders. Hung up on when tried calling member services since I was having problems checking in with the app. Sat on hold for 20 minutes before anyone even picked up. Had to go into the store to be helped.

0/10 recommend “Manager Kris” she is rude and doesn’t care about her customers or her employees. Spoke very rudely to me while also disregarding her employee trying to explain why I was upset. Will not be returning to this location and the experience alone has made me not want to use Sams again

I had the best experience with the tire and battery department at Tulsa Hills Sam’s Club. Jason the department manager took ownership of a problem I had with getting all four tires in that I ordered. He made the problem his own until it was resolved. His three employees, Arly, Steve and Anthony were very professional and took care of my hard-to-mount tires. The whole team was great to deal with. Thank you.

Sam's kind of peaked about 20 years ago and is not as interesting as in the 90s. I would avoid the pre-cooked refrigerated meats but the butcher section meats are better than you find in typical grocery stores in Tulsa.Most of the baked goods here are good and and some things are excellent. Many of the things they do offer are just too large, and they should practice better product rotation of their offerings at this store.Sam's Bakery is better than their major competitors and check out some of the cakes as they are really great.

Austin at the front service desk was awesome! He patiently worked to get the app to work for me. He even called the company IT department customer service for their help. Checkout went smoothly. I ordered three hotdogs & drinks from the cafe through the app. Organization and service in the cafe needs attention. No one seemed to be responsible for filling orders. The register printer broke, so all three workers gave that attention, while all app orders were ignored. I was given one hotdog and three empty drink cups at first. I had to ask for my other two. The worker was going to complete my order without changing sanitary gloves, after handling the broken register and an intercom. I only received one more hotdog. Finally, they made another one to complete my order. I’m not a happy new customer. I’ll give them one more chance.

This review is for Karl in pickup and delivery...fast acting decision to get a very late order delivery to me without a glitch! The order was food for a church staff conference and no delivery driver picked it up from Sams! It was 2 hours past the delivery window, eeks! Cannot thank Karl enough for going the extra mile literally. He should be considered for a store manager position. Smart, calm in a crisis under pressure, decisive problem solver,...cannot teach the workforce these innate traits. Tulsa Hills Sam's Club - order for delivery or go visit! Definitely the best SamsClub in Tulsa - I should know I've shopped them all! Hats off the Store Management for hiring Karl too! That is sound teamwork! I literally slid around the corner at the church on time...shewee! Thanks Sams, and thanks Karl!

We prefer Sam's Club over Costco any day. Their hours are more convenient for the normal shopper. Their products are better and cheaper than Costco.
