The manager at this store does not care about customers. There was a line wrapped around the store with one cashier. The manager weathered putting up hangers instead of helping check out customers. They don’t deserve one star!

I like the store as a whole , prices are great and some good finds. However the management just standing around acting put out to be working was frustrating. I counted 30 people in line waiting with 1 checker , the manager chatting and complaining with the security guy and 1 lady straightening isles. Maybe they are short staffed but at what point does the manager lead by example and jump in to help when there are that many people waiting? This happens frequently at bith Ross locations with long lines and minimal staff. It may be time to restructure the store or retrain managers. Just a thought.

The store is very clean and organized. They also have a large selection of nice clothing. I came in just to look and left buying 3 different shirts. The staff is very friendly and greets you at the door. The checkout was fast and efficient.

No problem with merchandise or pricing, it's the long, long, lines at checkout with one cashier. They act like they could care less how long it takes. I'm writing this review while waiting to be checked out. Have been in line for 30 minutes.

Found some good stuff but absolutely horrible customer service. As the other reviews said, huge checkout line with one cashier. Another worker was more concerned about putting hangers up then recognizing the line and helping out. The cashier dropped the cologne I purchased while putting it in a bag and said “oh I don’t think it broke because it’s in a box”. Then made a snotty comment when I picked up and checked the cologne myself. Understandable about being frustrated with being short staffed but not ok to being rude.

Nice store in Tulsa. The employees were friendly. The shelves are mostly stocked. We like to check Ross for my wife's work clothes . There is a great selection of trendy slacks, blouses, and pants.

As per normal for Ross, the store was disorganized but shopable. I was very happy to find a pair of jeans that I love. I was also looking for shoes, but the were such a mess I gave up. There was an older gentleman supervising the dressing rooms. He was very pleasant and helpful. I noticed he was working on a couple of projects between customers. He made good use of his time and stayed right at the dressing room entrance.When we were finished and ready to check out the line was crazy long. There was one cashier checking. They definitely needed another cashier. They will be in big trouble come Christmas. Not many people have the patience to wait that long and get an understandably grouchy cashier. This visit was mid week, but felt more like a weekend. Ross, please keep your front end covered better, both for the customers sake as well as your cashiers. No security was noticed, although they may have been watching from cameras.

Glad I decided to wait until today before going traffic was light parked right in front took back an item and there wasn't any waiting received a gift card for Christmas and went shopping I took pictures so you would be able to see what they have right now things are low with Christmas an all but when things are replenished it's like being a little kid in a candyshop and to get an idea about how big the store is Ross Dress for less carries name brand for a fraction of the price Ross has been one of my major goto stores for shopping for the family and my house hope you enjoy 😊

The place looked like a bomb went off- stuff on the floor everywhere, disorganized aisles just a mess. Somehow people were trying to buy stuff there as there were at least 25 people in a long snaking line and only 1 or 2 checkers at registers. It looked like a 20 to 30 minute wait in line. No way was I gonna waste my time in that line.

Jorshicus and the Temple of Doom (Ross)I survived, it was a harrowing experience, but I will be able to tell my grandchildren the tale....my wife, the girls and I went into the store in the morning time. It was pleasant at first, the nice greeting at the door, the clean store, the multiple cashiers checking out the customers. I thought to myself, "oh this will be a quick and pleasant visit".....This is where Morgan Freeman would say, "He would not in fact enjoy a short pleasant visit".It all started when we were drawn to the first corner of the store by all of the shoes. The hypnotic power of shoes on the girls was too powerful even for my large frame to hold back. They floated toward the corner of the store like an old school cartoon, floating through the air towards the irresistible pull of shoes. Did you know that the pull of shoes on young women is a force of physics and gravity? Fascinating to see in the wild....Then on to the hand bags, the little make up knick-knacks and seasonal doo-dads that always draw the eye. I admit all those BBQ tools had the same affect on me as the shoes did in the girls. Ross gravity isn't QUITE enough to lift my 300lb frame in the air, but the squeak my shoes made as it dragged me across the floor must've been entertaining to some at least.Pet stuff...pet stuff, art supplies and decoration hodge-podge of every shape and size. Kitchen supplies, cups and mugs of apparent infinite design...it seemed to go on for miles.Finally into the jungle of clothing. I am a tall man, so I could see over the Amazonian forest of clothing racks, but I could see some were not so fortunate. The people picking their way through the maze was a mix of all types. Some who appeared to have been lost in the forest for untold time, their bodies appeared to be slumped and beaten by the sheer vastness of the Jungle. Others bright eyed explorers of the apparent wonder of the hunt. I was clearly the former...I lost track of time after that, it seemed as though I had been sucked into a vortex of time. Blurred vision, constant trudging through the masses, the constant flap of different clothes against my arms as I ventured through aisle after aisle...I vaguely remember the line to the counter. Another maze with a mix of tempting prizes. New wallets to appeal to some, the endless array of fancy water bottles. I pictured another valiant attempt to use a water bottle to increase my intake of water, but resisted when I pictured yet another aging water bottle on display on a rack at home.A very pleasant lady at the counter partially revived me...so pleasant, was it a dream?I slowly approach what I could only assume were the fabled pearly gates, double doors to sweet release opening as I approach. The bright flash of light! I see an old man and think this must be Peter, welcoming me to paradise. He looks at me like a crazy man as I approach. "St Peter?" I ask, a dry rasp in my voice...My wife smacks me in the arm, laughs at me and tells me how overly dramatic I am about shopping. My eyes struggle to adjust to the bright afternoon sun. The girls roll their teenage eyes at me and I fall to the ground and lovingly touch the ground, the sweet concrete of freedom!!In all reality, this is the best Ross in Tulsa. A huge parking lot to park in and relax while the family shops and I nap or write insanely long reviews in the car. Super friendly people, clean and organized store. A pretty chill customer base, unlike some other Ross locations I have visited. Which makes the shopping experience much less daunting.My only complaint is why have they not made a little game room for the antishoppers like the child section that used to be in JCP? Imagine a comfort zone with a Playstation and a movie running would greatly increase their sales. There wouldn't be people rushing their wives and loved ones to leave before the trumpets of the apocalypse rang. Million dollar idea here Ross, feel free to take it ;)

While I love this store the customer service is TERRIBLE! With it being the holidays, there should be no reason to have the line wrapped from the font of the store all the way to the back with only ONE cashier. It’s ALWAYS like this…. Ridiculous!

Horrible customer service they charged me for an item I didn’t purchase and didn’t even receive. When I called the person on the phone was. very nice and just told me to come back to get it refunded when I arrived they have me wait in a line behind 20+ people to be refunded for their mistake! I understand people have been waiting but not great customer service for something that was out of my control.

Worst customer service!!! I often come to this Ross and the employees never fail to be so rudeeeeee!!!! I’m sure their days have been long and we all have lives but the least they could do is be polite and acknowledge the customers.

I think the last three times I’ve went here I came in and turned right back around because the line was huge and they had only one cashier. I really don’t need cheap clothes that bad to wait in line that long. Marshals in the same shopping center does the same concept and actually has more than one person working in the store so you can get in and get out

Who doesn't like a ross 🤷🏼‍♀️ great prices and variety for clothing and shoes. Decent place to get charging cords , luggage bags , backpacks, kitchen supplies, bedding , and 1000 other random and sometimes unnecessary things. My only two complaints are they can get crazy long lines and could stand to have better air conditioning in the summer

This store is a hit or miss on inventory. They're a little better at cleanliness but their shelves are always in disarray just par with other Ross stores. They similarly don't have enough staff to checkout either so that line is so long it winds out of the line guides and down past the aisles to the back of the store. This store used to have a great shoe and boots collection but in the past year, I haven't found squat.The biggest problem I find with their inventory is finding broken/torn/unusable/un-saleable things still on the shelves. They keep trying to sell things like stained clothing or broken toys and one shoe of a pair. While this is pretty familiar with all Ross's unfortunately, this store isn't the worst at this. So far out of all the Ross stores I've been to in the Tulsa area this is a better one on its good days.

Two stars because I found what I came in for. Only two because it’s a Sunday snd there is one checker w/15 people standing in line, no exaggeration. I asked the loss prevention guy about the lack of checkers and got a snotty reply so obviously nobody cares about customer service here.

They only had 1 cashier and 20 people in line. I left my clothes i was buying after waiting in line for 40 minutes and there were 5 people in front and more behind. Awful customer service!!

I absolutely love going to Ross cuz you can find some of the most unique items there. Other things that are mass produce you will not find it Ross but you will find things that are unique. I absolutely love shopping there for my dogs they have the best selection of dog clothes for only $6. I love this place. The only thing I didn't like about it this particular day is there is this redhead cashier and I mean she was flaming red hair. She was a little standoffish kind of let's just say her customer service was not good.

One cashier trying her BEST to take care of the customers, checking out as fast as she could while two coworkers were in sight of customers and didn't help check. People were getting frustrated (rightfully so), putting their merchandise down and walking out. The customer service there was HORRIBLE.

Store sucks. Waited for 1.5 maybe 2.0 hours to get checked out along with 45 other people. Close this place down if you can't pay enough to retain people. I am not coming back to this store. I never go to this store. I won't be back.
