Used them to put in over a dozen new windows in my home. Pricing and installation was okay, but their customer service is a joke. Had multiple appointments with them where they just didn't show up or did not perform the expected work. To top it all off they removed a window valance to install a window, and by doing so ended up breaking and losing multiple clips which attached the window valance. Instead of replacing as you would expect they told me they didn't know where to find a replacement and I was out of luck. Seriously could not believe that they would break something and refuse to fix it. I found the replacement part for just a few bucks, so it's not about the cost but shows their complete lack of caring about their customers.

Our dog broke our patio door and they had a tech come out THAT DAY to take measurements. The glass on our house is from the 1960s and isn't tempered. While replacing it with updated tempered glass, the tech accidentally broke the plastic edging (also 1960s). He took a piece with him and ordered the replacement sides that day; came out first thing the next morning and replaced it with updated vinyl edging. I think his name was Chris, but I don't remember. It cost $244 (edging was free) total and they came from nearly 20 miles away. The other companies within 10 miles were estimating $285+. That's some service! :)

DONT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! RUN!!! the first measuring appointment they were an hour late because the scheduler wrote the time down wrong on the paperwork. I called again to see if my glass was in, and it was, but the scheduler wasnt in so i had to wait to make appointment, the man said he would have her call me first thing in the morning. She never did. By noon i called them. I told her i needed it done by weekend, she said how is 830 am, i said in the morning? She said yes. Well guess what, again they arent here. I called at 850 and she said oh thats next Thursday morning not this Thursday. This scheduler, who ever she is, is ruining their business!!!!
