I don't usually leave reviews. But my husband and I had a wonderful experience. Abe wasn't out to sell a car he was out to genuinely help a couple find a safe and reliable vehicle. Once we told him the type of dog that we own and that a baby was on the way, he really took his time to help us out. One a again really helped us out and couldn't ask for a better salesman.

Sales associates Jessica and Donna were awesome. We were treated like they cared we were there. Only 1thing that needs a lot of improvement is your detail. Sent the car back twice to be cleaned but wasn’t done very good. Cleaned it the next day on my own. Used car sales managers were Also awesome

This was by far the BEST truck buying experience EVER!!! The whole process from the time I walked in till I left was less than 2 hours! And that is with us test driving the vehicle! I can’t say enough good things about Chad “The Car Guy”! He made us feel so at home, and he is super entertaining 🤣 He went above and beyond to get me into this truck! Kyle the finance guy was very quick with paperwork and did not push or hassle me on warranties! He gave me all the info I needed and explained everything thoroughly! These guys are amazing and we will be returning soon to buy another vehicle! Hands down the easiest place to buy a car! Definitely 5 stars for these guys!

This is the 2nd Ford Raptor that I’ve purchased from my sales consultant Donna Lolato. I purchased my 1st Raptor from Donna in 2018 when the dealership was Bob Hurley Ford. Donna was absolutely incredible to work with in the ordering and purchasing process. That’s why when Ford announced the release of the 2023 Raptor R I made a call to Donna to get me on a list. I drove to Riverside Ford (formerly Bob Hurley Ford) to take delivery of my new Raptor R. Once again Donna was absolutely fantastic to work with in this process. She is truly a staple of that dealership. I will continue to recommend friends and family to contact Donna on purchasing a vehicle from your dealership. Always receive great service and customer service from Riverside. The service department has done great work on my vehicle in a timely fashion. And, of course, any service work requiring the car to remain in the shop beyond a reasonable wait time, customers are provided with a quick and professional driver, taking you to and from your home. And, if i am replacing any parts on my vehicle myself, I'm provided great information by staff that helps me get the job done right.1.....wish I could remember his name but I'll never forget his gesture but.... one of the mechanics working one Friday evening...5 minutes from closing-time, new that I was struggling to change a battery with the tools I had on me. The man got some tools from the shop and stayed 15 minutes past closing-time to install the battery for me in the parking lot...just an act of kindness from an employee that knew I needed help....2.I was having new brakes all around on my vehicle and some recommended maintenance done. I realized I was actually under-charged by a relatively new employee. I caught the mistake and the new guy was helped to correct the invoice. I expected nothing (some people just still try to do right by God-some of you know what i mean...more should) but I was contacted by Riverside management who discounted my entire invoice....just for telling them that I owe them more money. I certainly wasn't looking or asking for anything but Riverside honored the act...and it was a pretty decent discount too!Just have had great experience with Riverside and hope you do to!

Great experience! I had a few issues with my truck, but it was covered under my warranty.I took it in and was helped by Jeff Kipala. While my truck was getting worked on, Jeff was able to get me a loaner vehicle for the time being, which helped a ton! All the issues have been resolved with my truck, and Jeff gave me a call as soon as he got the results. He was very professional and respectful, If you have any issues with your vehicle, and they’re covered under warranty, go see Jeff he will take care of you!

At first everything was great we were treated very well, the day after I bought my truck it heard a clanking sound in the back end. I took it back to have them look at it, They determined that the leaf springs were broken and they were getting a quote ready for me for the repairs. I stated I only had this truck for 1 day, I don't feel I should be responsible for the repairs because it went through your 171 point inspection and you all said it was good when it clearly wasn't. long story short they still have my truck and its been over 4 weeks. I reached out to my salesman trying to see if he could get me an answer on my repairs he said he would get back with me. shocking its been 4 days and I still haven't heard from him or the service department. I am not sure if my issue and treatment is just an isolated event but I hope no one else has these issues. If they would just reach out every once in awhile to let someone know what's going on things would probably ok.

I purchased my Ford truck, and warranty from another dealership, and was told that the warranty was much better than it actually was. When I started having transmission problems after only a few weeks, I brought the truck in to Riverside. They went above and beyond to get the warranty work approved, and the actual repairs were done much more quickly than I expected. After having a bad taste from the other dealership, it was great to find a place that worked hard to do what they said they would do. Five-star experience for sure!

My Ford Fusion had an airbag recall and I chose Riverside Ford to service my vehicle. Upon receiving my car back, the top left corner of my windshield was busted and the cloth roofing had grease wiped on it in various places. I immediately called Jeff, the advisor over my vehicle. He stated he does see the cars enter in the service center but does not see them after the technicians work on them. He mentioned my windshield already had a crack in it, I stated yes it did, but the technician has busted the corner of the windshield. He said he doesn’t know how, as the parking lot is “secure.” There are fingerprints all around the bust, which shows that the technician noticeably busted it and felt all over. Jeff apologized and offered a free vacuuming of my vehicle. Unfortunately, I had to schedule an immediate windshield replacement for the next morning with a separate glass company. I HIGHLY recommend everyone take photos of the inside and out of their vehicles before using the service center as they don’t seem to admit fault. I am so highly upset and disappointed in the service center department of this location, would not recommend to anyone.

I appreciate the customer service I received from Cruce and team! They exceeded my expectations! I had stopped at another dealership in Tulsa and was told it would be 6 weeks for an appointment in their "trim shop". Cruce got me right in, they determined the issue, ordered the parts, and had me on the road the next morning. Thanks again for the great service and Riverside will be the only Ford dealership I'll visit in Tulsa!

Very convenient location! Easy on/off the highway. Clean and professional service area. They have a comfortable waiting room and a convenient shuttle; I’ve used both waiting for oil change/tire rotation.I follow the recommended maintenance schedule for service and all services have been done on my Ford at this Ford dealer.

Purchased my 2022 Ford Bronco on 12/2. Took delivery in 12/4. It is now 01/17 and my trade-in loan has not been paid off, although they have sold the car for a profit nor do I have my title. Don’t worry, the loan is funded because I’ve already paid the first payment. I had to make a partial payment to keep the loan from going into default. I was asked to make this payment as “it was a lot for them to send another check” since they didn’t make the months payment when it should have already been paid off.Additionally, the sales staff will lie to you and try to manipulate you by saying it is your fault it hasn’t been paid off and claim calls were placed that weren’t. They will also mention multiple times how they have to pay when there’s a poor review and you shouldn’t do that to them. That practice is HIGHLY unprofessional.The finance department will admit it’s a common issue for loans not to be funded within the legally required timeframes. Oklahoma law states that you must be provided the loan within 30 days of taking ownership. This dealer will not do that and will sell your trade-in so you can’t even get the car back.

The people at Riverside Ford are super nice. We had an amazing experience. No trying to cram things down our throats. Everything was our choice. We bought the most beautiful 2023 Expedition. I found it on the website and in under 10 minutes, we were sitting in her. We signed the papers and we were off. Garrett was super nice helping us with all the financial documents. Richie was so friendly and helpful. He showed us a lot of helpful tips about out new purchase. I was asked by several people there if we were being taken care of. We sure were and we are extremely pleased. That is why this makes our 3rd time in 9 years to come back and purchase new vehicles. We've never dealt with nicer people.
