Extremely disappointed by the new hour changes. Was the only grocery store this whole half of town that was open 24hrs. I work nights and after work is the best time to get groceries for me. Now I cant shop here after work. Doubt I'll be able to justify a trip here outside of after work groceries 😞

Nice store size and selection. Please stop selling invasive plants. Jeff Reasor you should know our native pollinators and plants are quickly becoming endangered, with some already endangered, and that it's invasive plants causing these problems. The biggest threat are stores selling invasive plants and the lack of knowledge, or caring, of the customers. Do better and stop, please!

Great store, I am disappointed that they close now. It seems backward that there are so many fewer 24 hour places than there were 10 years ago. Makes sense since the sales were likely minimal, but grocery shopping at 3am is glorious.

I bought Honeysuckle ground turkey (2 packs) from there yesterday cause I wanted to make hamburgers. Got home and opened the first pack. It smelled funny (like the onset of spoilage). I doubled bagged it, put it in the fridge and called the store to make sure they would take it back and give me a refund. The person who answered the phone was nice, and gave me instructions on what to do.The next day, I took both packs back with my receipt. The lady at guest services was nice, and gave me a refund. What's odd is that she never said, "I'm sorry", "I can't believe it was bad", "I'll make sure to let the meat dept know"...etc. That leads me to believe that this isn't a rare occurrence to them. So just be careful with the Honeysuckle ground turkey.

Todd the butcher! Who is this mask man! Hello.I am a customer of Reasors.I want to take the time out to bring to the company of Reasors attention, the most important thing that can make or break a business!Todd is the early morning butcher at this store. So friendly! Respectful, thoughtful and kind hearted!People shop where they are shown all of these qualities! Todd went out of his way to hunt down turkey wings for me .then he presented other meat choices as well. I felt like I was a queen with my own special subject working to deliver perfection. You need more like Todd!Not just a nice man, but a man of compassion!

Very let down by the always open reasors actually being closed now and at 1am? That’s very inconvenient for customers who don’t get off until late. I’ve been going here for years no problem after I get off work and now it’s been changed and the closest store to get what I need at this time is 7 miles away.

I’d easily give this place 5/5 if it weren’t for their prices. You can get the same products at Wal-Mart for cheaper. I will say their meats are very quality, so if you’re looking for some steaks, sausages, or even seafood I’d suggest coming to Reasor’s. Their staff is always super helpful and they have tons of self checkout lanes for shoppers who need to get in and out quickly.

Quite possibly the best grocery store I’ve ever been. They have every brand of every thing ever. They even have their own aged meat display. Amazing place!

I love the bakery!! They do such an amazing job every time I order a cake they always amaze me on how beautiful the cakes come out. I live in Coweta and I will drive their just for the cakes. I don't go anywhere else and the cake it self tastes amazing!! The staff every time very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for everything you guys do.

Fine store, but pray to god that you never need help at the customer service counter. Your clothes will go out of style before an employee will deign to help you. Plus, last time I had to call the store to get my pickup order, no one answered the phone for 20 minutes, and I had to drive off without my groceries

This used to be my favorite reasors and it's just gone downhill rapidly in the past year it seems. I don't know if y'all are trying to follow the Walmart trend, but customers are not happy about the self checkouts and unless you want to wait in one line to get checked out, it seems we are forced to use them. 3 pm in the middle of the day and there is one single line open with a line of complaining costumers all the way back into the grocery isle. I got tired of waiting for an employee to open a check out so I decided to use the self checkout and rang up my entire order just to find out it was a card only machine. Give me a break. Do better.

The bag of apples that I bought yesterday, comprised of either rotten or very slippery-on-touch apples. I wonder what chemicals do they put on it and how much of these chemicals have I ingested already being a regular at this store :( This has been my go to grocery store for years. I expected some quality over the stores like Walmart as they charge well for produce. And I was happy to pay for quality. I don’t feel the same way now :(In all fairness, this is the first time this has happened. Hence, not giving one star.

Understaff late night at the only grocery store that is open in the area 24 hr. Really need to work on. Every night around 12:00 a massive back up starts that lasts until 1:00am. Not the employees fault but it’s always a mess.

They are open 24 hours, which is very convenient for me, as someone who recently moved from the Westcoast and hasn't settled in with the new time difference. I've been here twice, both visits, 1 register was open and the line had about 12 - 15 people waiting. The check out process took longer than the shopping. Other than the lack of staffing & mediocre customer service, Reasors is great. Wide variety of groceries, household and hygiene products, all at reasonable prices, conveniently open 24 hours.

Don't use their bakery. I ordered a cake from there. I watched the lady write my order down and tell me the price. The order was three days in advance. I even called the next day to confirm the order and they said yes everything is in order. I call today to confirm it has been made so I can come get it. AND THEY NEVER MADE IT!!! THEY TOLD ME THEY HAVE NO RECORDS OF MY ORDER. I EVEN TOLD THEM I MESSAGED THE NUMBER THEY GAVE ME WITH A PICTURE OF THE CAKE AND SHE SAID THAT'S NOT EVEN THE RIGHT NUMBER and I asked for the right number she said she couldn't give it to me!?!? This is the second time they forgot to make my cake!! First time wasn't so bad becuz it wasn't a theme cake this time they really messed up my three year Olds toy story bithday. I WILL NEVER USE THIS REASOrs AGain and I will tell everyone of their lack of customer service and all their mess ups!!! Don't use this bakery unless u don't want ur cake on time or at all

this is about the bakery I went in a week prior to order my friends Barbie Birthday cake, the lady that took my order was so patient friendly and got my order correct. 💯. thank u for listening and knew how I wanted it done.....Baby! that cake was the talk of the party😁😄😁😁😁😁😊😊🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂That cake was soooooooooos so beautiful, they didn't want to cut it😊😊☺️☺️ my friend told her family" u cant just look at it..☺️😊 😅🎂 it will go to waste if we don't eat it thank u reasors bakery for making me stand out and U all at standing out too....pat yourselves on the back for this one..u made her Barbie Birthday Cake EXTRA EXTRA special and I appreciate it... praises and RAISES to all who know what their doing back there...True baker's! I love the deli at this store. They have so many prepared dishes, so many different salads, variety of marinated olives, pickles and etc. Bakery is so nice and clean. Their deserts are many to choose from. Employees are super helpful. I went at 3pm on a Monday. Was super busy but they had many cashiers and self service kiosk. I didn't have long to wait to check out.

Overall an aesthetically appealing store with common brands. Not a lot of variety to choose from in most aisles.Always feels really packed & not enough rooms in the aislesVarious fully functioning departments such as floral, deli, produce, cheese, bakery, meat & fish, pharmacy etc. Staff is nice and helpful.Often have to wait in a long line to buy the groceries due to only having one or two cashiers and relying on self check out.

Reasor's is a decent grocery store. I love their 3 for $10/$12 sales on select soda. Also they tend to be open at a later time when every other grocery store is closed. They have a hot food section that's nice and the produce tends to be fresh from my experience. I try not to do much fast food so fresh salad and baked chicken with a fruit and vegetable is my normal "go to" when I don't have much time or in a rush. They have a nice flower section and an on hand florists to assist you during certain hours I'm sure. Fresh meat from steak, ribs and fish which is all worth taking a peak at. I hope that your experience is just as good as I've had.

Whatever you do, don’t place an online order. I ordered at 9am for pickup at 4. At 230 they said it was ready. Arrived at 403 it is now 420. It’s only 2 items. Jesus

Best produce besides a farmer's market! The meat is cut fresh there and just as affordable as any of your other major grocery stores! They also have premium cuts and can order you special cuts. There a local business that supports local farmers in the tri-state area
