This is one of the most professional and capable businesses I have ever dealt with. I will always recommend Radicans to anyone.I don't' think Ryan knew what he was getting into when he priced my rigs (they were gross). Ryan took longer than expected... not because he is slow, but because the rugs were dirtier than anticipated. Basically, it was more work than expected. Ryan was apologetic, even though he was not at fault. I tried offering extra money for the added work and he declined.Ryan even delivered the rugs and placed them at no extra charge. He is simply amazing.

Ryan, the owner, is a shining example of what our ancestors envisioned when they started a business in America. He has the work ethic and learned the skills handed down from generations of caring for high quality rugs. Not only did he mend and clean an expensive rug my wife's Rottweiler had its way with, he did it with pride in his work. This shop is a great staple of our local community. Amazing service! I'm a first time home owner and I bought my first large area rug 2 years ago. Fast forward to adopting 2 large dogs, a cat and living life and having accidents. Spot cleaning wasn't cutting it. I was supposed to be hosting my first family Thanksgiving this year at my house and I had so much anxiety that my house smelt I because I couldn't clean my rug decent. (Also my mom commented on it the last time she came over, and told me to get a new rug. I was devastated, I love this rug.) I search through all kinds of reviews of and decided on this shop because it was closest to my house, and had so many other great reviews.What a great decision. I talked with Ryan and told him how this was my first rug and how I had no idea what I needed to do, and asked him to be honest about the quality of my rug, and whether or not my rug was worth having a quality cleaning or not. He walked my through the whole process of their pricing and then he talked to me about different rug types and how they hold up over time and how they not only clean a rug but repair it too. (Your rug dr's not gonna do that).I don't know why but I didn't think anybody else would want there rugs and homes clean for the holidays, and surprise surprise I'm not the only one with this great idea. They're shop was super busy and they still took time to help me unload my rug, talk me through the whole process and give me a realistic estimate of how far out it would be till they could get to my rug. They held true to their word and got me my rug back the day before Thanksgiving, when they called I asked how late they were open and they said they were open till 5 but they could stay late for me if I couldn't get there in time. I couldn't and they stayed open for me till I got there at 5:30.It's rare that you can find such great customer service. These are really great people and they are definitely professionals in their field.I'm happy to say my mom approved of my rug on Thanksgiving day, and my house smells so much better, and I get to keep loving my rug for years to come because now I have a place that can maintain it properly!

I bought a wool area rug and within 24 hours my dog chewed a hole in it. Ryan made sure that the repair material matched the patterned area. The repair was so good we had to pick up the rug and look at the back to see where the repair was made. We also had two other older area rugs cleaned. Very professional service, Ryan touched base with us through the whole process and did a follow up call after we got the rugs home. So glad we found them.Service: Cleaning

I am very happy with my service at Radicans. They are the only rug cleaning shop I will use. The first time I went there, the expected wait time was 2-3 weeks. It actually took a little longer, so I received a $100 coupon in the mail. That's excellent customer service in my opinion! I used my voucher for another rug cleaning recently and was just as pleased with the service. Next time I need a rug cleaned, I will be using Radicans!

I dropped off 2 rugs for cleaning and I couldn't be more happy with the result. One of the rugs I bought second hand and had initially cleaned it ourselves. I now know how clean and soft this rug can get. Great service and I will definitely be using Radicans for all future rug cleaning services.

Very skilled at their craft. Completely removed cat urine odor. Care was given to torn areas and repaired at no cost. I had 4 custom made area rugs cleaned.Ryan is very nice. Delightful to work with.Highly recommend!

I have used other Rug Cleaners in the past and Radicans is by far the best. I have an 8x10 rug in my dinning room which unfortunately my little dog loves to use. Each time Radicans has been able clean it wonderfully. No pet smell at all!! They are very professional and I like that they will email me an estimate before any cleaning is done. Great Job!

What a find. We had a area rug that needed clean from puppy urine and we tried everything including having someone come to the house to clean it and even though they said they could get the smell out they could not. On the verge of just buying a new rug I found Radicans Rug Cleaners and decided to give them a try. Our rug came out beautifully and the smell was gone. I will use them from now on to clean my area rugs. Great price and it does take time but it was well worth it. Great people and customer service too! I am a very happy customer.

My husband and I found out as first time parents that there aren't a lot of companies in town that will clean couch cushions, but after one trip to Radicans for this very reason, we have been standing customers ever since. The staff are all very friendly and greet us by name before we even have to give them our information. They work very well with our schedule, keep us updated, and always inform us of what to expect.

The service here is great and the final product is excellent. I brought in 4 rugs all of which had animal stains, food stains, and one even had pretty rough rust stains from being outside. They smelled disgusting and I was about to just toss them all. Ryan updated us every step of the way to make sure we knew what was going on in the process and still had them back to us with a quick turnaround. The rugs are spotless and smell fresh again. They were very detailed and I am completely impressed. Saved me hundreds of dollars by not having to replace a single one. We will definitely be back.

Radicans cleaned a large Karastan rug for me. They pick up, clean and return with all steps clearly communicated and delivered as promised. My husband and I picked out a scrap of carpet from Lowe's and wanted it bound for a rug in our living room. Radicans had excellent reviews and prices so we went to them. We measured what we wanted cut off and measured for a cut to allow the floor outlet to be accessed and I was really nervous about it turning out ok. But my goodness the rug turned out perfect!! They bound it in the perfect color and the measurements were spot on! My husband said every phone call and interaction with their employees was thoughtful and enjoyable. We couldn't have had a better experience making a rug for our living room!

We drove two hours from home to have Radicans work their magic on our 90 year old Sarouk rug. We could not be more pleased with the end result! They did an amazing job cleaning the rug, applying a preventative moth product and sewing on new trim! I've taken my large long faux fur living room rug here to be cleaned. Radicans has always done an amazing job with cleaning, had a cat that has messed it and Radicans was able to remove the matted areas and clean the rug beautifully. I will always take my rugs here. I recommend anyone to them.

Radican’s is amazing! We have a large, white area rug that was very soiled in the traffic areas. Radican’s cleaned the rug at least 5 times until it was perfect. I appreciate their diligence and the pride they have in their service. They would not release our rug back to us until it met their high standards. It looks brand new! They also cleaned our bedroom drapes and went above and beyond with those as well. I highly recommend Radican’s!!!

Radicans cleaned a large rug for me that we inherited from my husband's great-aunt when she moved out of state earlier this spring. It smelled terrible, and had some bad stains at one end, but now it looks amazing and doesn't smell at all! They even stored the rug at the store for me longer than expected when I had to (unexpectedly) brood baby chicks in the room the rug was destined for. Thanks, guys!(Disclosure: I received this rug cleaning for free in exchange for an honest review, and I have been acquainted with the owners for years. What a blessing to find Radicans Rug cleaners! I am a kindergarten teacher and I have a beautiful group alphabet rug that I fund raised and purchased over ten years ago which had been well loved by my 5 year old students. It had a frayed corner from being picked at and many stains from being walked on and leaky lunch boxes. The gentlemen at Radicans' took on my carpet and repaired it as well as cleaned it. It looks like a sparkling NEW rug! Made my teacher heart proud to have my students come into their new classroom and sit on a clean like-new carpet.
