Pooches is the only place I trust to take care of my dogs for a day or even for a week. I know the employees personally and I know how dedicated they are to providing the best possible care for our dogs. Pooches also has the most talented groomers in Tulsa hands down. Simply the best!

Pooches is the only place I take my dog and know she is taken care of by the way my dog responds by walking in those doors. She’s basically jumping off the leash to hangout with everyone. This makes me know my pups is always taken care of and ENJOYS + LOVES everything and everyone in this place. I could not recommend enough. Thank you pooches for always treating my bby like a queen

I have been using Pooches for a year and a half. I can’t rave about them enough. My beagle loves going for day care and boarding. The staff is exceptional and you know they’re a great company because it’s always the same people. They are quick to update you on your dog’s behavior and well-being. I recently moved to OKC but still use them for occasional daycare and boarding. It is worth the drive back over. The hours are phenomenal for drop off and pickup. The pickup process is very orderly which I appreciate. Always try to book boarding ahead of time as it can fill up. They also have a fun pet shop that has lots of toys, snacks and other dog necessities. One of the best of Tulsa. You can absolutely trust them with your own furry family members.

My dog loves to go to pooches! He goes practically every day and throws an absolute fit if we don’t go! He has so much fun and always comes home tired! 10/10 💕

I do not recommend this place. Walking in the strongest urine scent filled the room, and so many dogs were barking in the back, and it was only 730 am. I was there to drop-off my puppy for boarding, and I was turned away on the spot after being approved and confirmed months before. When I submitted my boarding request, I was approved and confirmed same day, and vaccine records were not required. A week passed, so I reached out asking about vaccine records, and I received an email requesting them a few days later. I sent them over and did not hear anything back. At the vet a couple weeks before, my pup received her distemper parvo booster, and I asked if there was anything else she needed. They recommended the flu vaccine, but mentioned how it wasn’t a requirement. So my pup also received the flu vac. Now comes the day to drop her off for boarding, and after the vaccine records are pulled up, I am told the flu vaccine booster is required, which she did not have. This was not indicated anywhere on their website, and the flu vaccine booster requirement was news to me. As a result, I was turned away on the spot. How was I approved and confirmed if I didn’t have what was necessary to be accepted. After I submitted my records, why wasn’t I told if I was missing anything. This intake process is clearly problematic considering my experience was had by others after looking at the reviews.

This is and was the dirtiest and smelliest place we've ever been to for boarding overnight of our little yorkie. We tookhim there as we were going to a concert in Tulsa that night. We dropped him off with his food, water n snacks. Along with that he was taken in with his harness n leash which had his Official Emotional Support Tag. When we picked him up, on the way home noticed his harness wasn't even put on him correctly and someone there physically removed/stole his Official Emotional Support Tag, which had lobster clasp and was attached to his collar, and had been for 2 years!! This place was extremely loud with dogs barking and we were told they usually have 100+ dogs boarded with daycare for many. Our little yorkie was so traumatized when we picked him up next day he was so stressed and shook terribly for 30-40 minutes. He drank water in car like he had not had a drink all day and ate like he hadn't eaten in days! He smelled. Most upset about Tag being removered/stolen while he was in their care. We will never use this place again and have no respect or confidence in them. Pooches ignored our concern after I talked to employees that I wanted the manager to call me about issues encounter while our yorkie was there!! Finally got call from the manager, Lindsay, only to be ignored regarding the issues as she has not gotten back with us

Would be a lot nicer to have more access and views of the inside of the actually daycare space. It just seems to be concrete spaces, along with the smell in the lobby being hardly bearable at all. It is almost suffocating. The staff sometimes seem a bit put out at the front desk and it’s a bit disjointed. Would also be A LOT nicer if they had cameras like most other dog daycares in the area especially considering how disinterested some staff appear.

We used pooches in July 2021, a few months back. We dropped off 3 of our dogs for about a week and a half stay while we went out of town to host a grad trip. All of our dogs are fully vaccinated and we provided shot records (as it is mandatory when boarding your dog). Our first dog cam back fine. Our second dog was missing his shirt that he had been dropped off in. We typically have to put clothes on him to prevent him from itching due to allergies (even gave the OK for them to give him Benadryl if needed). Our last dog that has a heart murmur had been acting off and came back with what I believe was kennel cough. He didn’t eat his food that night when we brought him home so we took him to the vet in the morning. He had to be prescribed 4 different pills bc his cough had gotten so bad that it turned into an infection. He lost about 10 pounds while he was sick and we had to syringe feed him baby food/water for almost 2 weeks.Since that stay we have not been back. We’ve found another boarding place that is a little out of the way but accommodates each of our dogs needs and they also own a whole grass yard for our pets to play in.We really wanted pooches to work for us since it is the closet boarding place to us but we can’t risk our dogs health.Photos attached are of him at our vet.

I scheduled a grooming appointment a week ahead of time for my dog. I took time out of my morning to stop by the vet and get his updated shot records as we have been to pooches in the past and know that was required. At no point in the process anywhere was I informed that my dog needed a special vaccination for his appointment, he never needed anything additionally in the past. When I showed up I was told that my dog would not be groomed unless he had an additional vaccination ahead of time.I’m very disappointed that this information was not shared with us at any point in the scheduling process. I wasted an hour of my day for nothing.

Love Pooches! My Grace usually goes for day care once a week and she always seems happy to be there. The employees seem to enjoy the dogs, and know her by name when we go in now. I have also had her bathed by the groomer there and she looked amazing! I love that they offer everything from grooming to boarding, at a reasonable price, too.The location is a little awkward imo, but that’s not a deal breaker by any means.I feel comfortable leaving my baby in their care, and that’s all that matters!

Unfortunately, they’ve gone downhill since one of the original owners left. Very disorganized (rude) and I would not recommend them for boarding your pet.

Owner was exceptionally cordial, I would trust my dog with that center versus Petco. The higher star probably will come when we physically check them out!!! Well, we checked it out another story with the help. Not accommodating, I believe there was an out break. We could Not do a tour. I wouldn't trust totally if Not able to see where my pet is first 😕

Both me and my dogs love Pooches! I take them there usually once a week for daycare and they start crying with excitement when I even say Pooches! The team there always greets my dogs by name and the dogs leave very tired from playing all day. Five stars!

Pooches is the best of the best!! You can tell the staff truly loves every dog that comes in! The groomer, Kristina, is amazing!!! I absolutely love her work on all 3 of my dogs! They are so happy to run in to Pooches and greet all of their friends! It is so clean as well! I have used them for 11 years and wouldn't go anywhere else for daycare, grooming, training or boarding. 100%!

Pooches is the best dog facility in Tulsa. It's led by some of the most experienced dog handlers and trainers you will ever meet who also happen to be some of the nicest people you'll ever know. Whether my dog needs a bath, boarding or just to socialize at daycare, pooches is the only place I'll go. I've had several kinds of dogs and they can handle anything. If your dog is timid and takes some time to warm up, they will make sure your dog has the best day ever. I simply cannot say enough about the kind and wonderful people at pooches.

I, or rather my dogs, have been happy customers of Pooches since they first opened their doors more than 10 years ago. The thing that sticks out to me is that they truly LOVE all of their canine clients as family. The staff and ownership go out of their way to make sure my four legged kids all have exactly what they need when they stay, even making sure my senior guy is extra comfy. I trust them 100% and wouldn't take my beloved dogs anywhere else in Tulsa. Whether you're looking for grooming, boarding, or just an outlet for all that puppy energy with a day of play, I highly recommend Pooches.

I bring my 1 year old boxer mix here for daycare usually once a week so he can have socialization with other dogs and to get his puppy energy out. They also know who we are when we walk in the door and I love that they know him. It is obvious they care for their patients and it makes leaving my baby much easier! My only negative is that I wish they had cameras or something so I could check up on him and watch him interact with other dogs, but I understand the legally/difficulty of implementing that. I would recommend this facility for doggy day care! My pup seems to enjoy himself and always sleeps really well when he gets home!

The best place in Tulsa for boarding your dog. I put my dog here while I'm at work and she can't wait to get here everyday. They fit your dog to an area that they will be most comfortable in too.The staff are some of the nicest people I've met. They seem to quickly remember your dog's name and anything about them despite having so many others.

I have been taking my dogs to Pooches for years. It is a great place for daycare, boarding, and grooming. The owners and employees are are very kind and truly care about the dogs that are brought to them. There is not another place in Tulsa I would trust to take care of my dogs. They also sell the best dog treats in town!

I have been taking my dog to Pooches since he was a puppy. He was adopted and very anxious. Pooches day care made it possible for us to go to work and not worry. After several months, Rocket relaxed. He still goes to Pooches every once in awhile to play. He always boards there and they do all of his grooming. When I turn towards 41 street, Rocket gets so excited he can barely wait to get there. They made all the difference in his transition to a new home and they continue to provide great care. I love Pooches.

My dog used to be so excited to come here and play. We would come twice a week for about 6 months. Didn’t have any issues until just a few months ago when I tried to bring him in and he would refuse to walk into the place. He would start whining and shaking. He was terrified. I tried to get him to go inside for 30 minutes and nothing worked. This happened on three separate occasions and when I called to ask Pooches if anything happened to him during his last visit they wouldn’t tell me. We’ve found a new daycare that he likes just as much as he used to like Pooches. Bummed this one didn’t work out because it’s the most convenient location for me.

We have been taking our dog to Pooches for around 10 months now. Great place to leave your dog if you are going out of town or have a busy day. The staff seem to genuinely love dogs and care about them, which isn't always the case at dog boarding places. They staff always remember the names of the dogs who come in. They offer great multi night/day packages to help you save money. Our dog always came home tired from a long day of play. We never had any issues with sickness or injury here. Over long weekends when we boarded our dog here she was able to take her dog bed to stay comfortable and they even administered her medications when needed.
