Will be trying to contact people higher up than the management that was there when I visited this week. Went to petco and it went great. Went to petsmart right after as I do every week or two and they didn’t have the gecko cups I needed on their shelves. So asked an employee at the register for help as she was on her phone and she told me to ask someone else. I did and they told me they didn’t even carry them even though I purchase them here every 2 weeks. Then looked at their geckos and snakes and the food for them was completely dried out, humidity levels were 10-20 percent if that in the tanks meant to have up to 80% humidity. Told the employee who helped me and they said they would look at it and walked away, never checking on them. Then went to the register where the lady who previously directed me to someone else and she very notably rolled her eyes at me, so I went to the next register and was greeted by the only employee who seemed like she enjoys customer service. Spoke with the manager afterwards but I’m still very very disappointed in the store and don’t think I’ll be back for awhile to say the least.

Oh my Lord! I came into this petsmart today and got the best help I have ever gotten! Terrence was the most knowledgeable and nicest most helpful person I have ever encountered at any location to date! And I have been shopping here my entire life! Please give that man a raise he freaking deserves it!

10 STARS for their groomers! My corgi is not the goodest boy out there but he is Danielle's Spicy Nugget. Every time we bring him in, we always book him with either Danielle or Taylor. They do such a good job with him! We can tell he loves them because not just anyone can handle him! They never make me feel any less as his owner like many places I've been to before. And today Danielle went the extra mile and decked him up for the season 🤭🤭 So adorable! It warms my heart to have someone outside of my family that loves all of him like how we love all of him. Thank you soooo much Danielle!!!!

Employees are terrible at customer service and racist. They are hard to work with and people would behave different if you have a screen color other than "White" or something."A baby gold fish needs 30 gallons to survive right away" while they cram them in a 5 gallon or less. I called for an appointment to have my dog bathed and teeth cleaned. As I arrived, I checked my dog in, and they "inspected him" before taking him in. Everything checked out, and I left to run errands. Not even 20 mins later they call me and say they can't do so due to failure of inspecting him right upon arriving and them saying he needs to be shaved along with other stuff and I need to pick him up if he's not getting other stuff done.It was very inconvenient for me. I had to drive back from where i was (which wasn't close) and reschedule my things in order to pick my dog up. I won't schedule here again.

I had the most amazing customer service experience here ever! Extremely willing to adapt to my needs, and offered knowledgeable input that enabled me to give our addition to our pet family the best they deserve. Then without being asked, assisted in getting the big terrarium in our tiny truck. Well done PetSmart! I hope others learn from your example.

They did a great job grooming my 9 week old Shih Tzu, it was her first grooming experience so i was very nervous about how it would go. The whole process was easy and affordable! Definitely recommend!

Cheaper prices on animals and reptiles than their competition down the road. I enjoy walking around with my daughter to look at everything. Go on the app and play the treat trail game to earn coupons. I'll order ahead and walk around before picking up my order. We've purchased three guinea pigs here within the last year and they're all doing really well.

I'm used to going to Petco, but tried PetSmart and I'm glad I did. I have a miniature poodle, and he needed a wash and cut and they did a great job. The staff was really friendly and talked to me in detail about what they would do. Although they told me it would probably take 3-4 hours, it actually only took about two. A little later I'd decided that I actually wanted the hair around his mouth cut so that it wouldn't keep getting in this mouth, and they offered for me to come right in and they'd take care of it. The environment of the grooming office was clean, and I don't feel like the pricing was too bad either!

The groomer completely batched by puppy! I asked to take her 6" hair down to 3" and DO NOT SHAVE HER. When I arrived she said "I used the longest guard we have". Completely ignored my wishes!!!

Long story short- my dog got very sick and needed a specific food…. Quickly! I went to one petsmart bc website said this item was in stock- they didn’t have it and no one seemed interested in helping me find it. So I left and went to the 41st store. Paul, the floor manage on duty was there to help me. He worked all day and went above and beyond to help me get what I needed for my sweet fur baby. He was truly a godsend today and I’m so appreciative of all of his hard work and help! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️for this guy!

I got my cat groomed here by Sommer and even though my cat didnt let her finish, she did an amazing job and helped out the best she could. Sommer was able to wrestle him through nail clippings and a big haircut and I’m happy with all of it. Definitely trust them to groom my cats here.
