I had a fun day at PetSmart. The cashier was super friendly, and I really like all the charities they do during the holiday season, including donating toys to the children hospital. I purchased three dolls and donated to the animal shelter. I really come here to see all the birds!

My dog needed a haircut and bath as it had been 3 months and he was waiting for his surgeon’s all clear after his TPLO surgery. Jace was amazing!!! She took great care of him and made sure to let me know how he did and he looked so handsome after his haircut! I will definitely be going back and asking for her specifically!!!

Spent entirely too much on toys for our cats and dog, worth it! Already being played with. They have a GREAT selection. Almost got a pet bed too but held myself back. And the cat harnesses! So cute!

This is the only pet store that I can find her prescription food close to me.The people are friendly and helpful.Thank you PetSmart for having everything my Sugar Lynn needs. Returning idems is also easy.I have everything great to say about this location.

Decent place if you get past the horde zombies and robots.The little girl who works there, the disgruntled child with the green hair who somehow miraculously slipped through the hiring process, seems she despises being talked to or asked questions about what they're selling or the unfortunate need to assist customers. She acted disgusted by the idea of customers being in the store spending money and not there just to immediately leave. The only thing that seems to irritate her more is the possibility of someone returning to spend more money. (Our total sale was enough to have covered most of the entire store's salaries while we were there.)We got what we came for, but I hope she's gone by the time we ever come back.The manager was very nice and enjoyed the opportunity to learn. They need more like him. He's friendly and easy to get along with. We shared our experience and knowledge and hope it can help out with others.There's a few nice other employees, but there's a lot who are just robots or zombies.

HORRIBLE ATTITUDE from manager. When asked what the best beta conditioner. She said “the one that says water conditioner”. As we were looking for supplies for a new beta she said without asking an opinion “if you plan for on putting in water before 24 hours it has only 50% chance of survival. Such a rude person/female. Hateful person. Unfortunate Petsmart cant find a more professional manager. Very immature and no business of being a manager. I will NEVER return to to that location

Favorite pet store closest to me purely for the amazing staff!Staff is SO friendly and even one guy even cared enough to ask my name AND recognizes me every time I go!He put in so much effort and care that I absolutely had to leave a review, Patient, knowledgeable, friendly/makes amazing conversation! We ended up talking about our birds and it had to have definitely been one of the best conversations I've ever had with a cashier.. well, ever lolGirl with purple hair is straight to the point which i can appreciate when in a rush! Has never unfriendly to me tho!Another guy stopped what he was doing to help us decide on what cage/stuff to get for our new animal, He was just honest and helpful. Super sweet to the kids as well, Offering stickers and even let them pet the bearded dragon that they had at the register!(I'll just to get their individual names and update so the get credit for their amazing work! )I will say tho that some selections are lacking. For example; Only type of bottle and milk for kittens, We needed one in an emergency and didn't want to go to Walmart but had to anyways because of the lack of kitten things.Definitely would recommend browsing and getting to know the store to avoid looking for something they don't carry

I went into PetSmart about 8:00 p.m. to get some crickets and two little goldfish. After getting my crickets I told the girl that I needed to get two goldfish. I walked over and told her which two I wanted and she told me that she wasn't going to be able to get an individual one because their feeder fish and there's so many of them. So I asked her if she would just get me one that was white and orange because they were different color goldfish and she told me the same thing that she couldn't pick out a specific one or color it was just whichever one she grabbed. Now I could understand a specific fish but when I asked her just to get one that was white and orange you would think she could have gotten me a white and orange fish out of the whole bunch so I ended up not buying any fish there. All that was was just laziness and not wanting to do your job. I've been in retail long enough to know that when customers coming to your store and they want a specific item that you have you do what it takes to get that item for them. That's what you call good business. Very disappointed in the store

I took my husky to be groomed. He got the Defurminator Plus package. He looks and smells great. They were able to brush out his shedding hair without making him anxious. They were able to get us right in the same afternoon I called to make an appointment. The groomers were very friendly to humans and the dogs and made him feel welcomed. Now he’s ready to dig and get dirty I’m sure.

We had to return 2 fish that didn't work out. They refunded the money without issue and was helpful by testing a water sample I bought with me. Very nice young lady!

One star for the grooming salon .I used to take my dog to this groomin. Tatum used to take care of him and she was always nice with my and my dog, but she is not working there anymore. I took my dog today and its GONNA BE THE LAST TIME. I have a standar poodle and his tail was longer than his mat and HEAVEN told me that probably she would need to trim his tail to the same size. She took all the hair from his tail. I feel like criying. She told me “I sign for it” but she didnt say that she was going to take it all.

I took my cat to the vet there I was very concerned that she was developing asthma the vet was extremely helpful and was the kindest natured veterinarian I've actually ever encountered it was impressive how he interacted with my cat, she responded to him as if she'd already knew him it was amazing I really appreciate how kind he was!

The selection and just overall feel of the store is lacking in comparison to the others. It'll do in a pinch, but feels more like Southern Agriculture than PetSmart.Don't get me wrong SA has it's place, but I know it is more like a general store than a commercial pet place.

I've given this store plenty of chances to Redeem themselves for bad costumer service. Here is the latest I went to buy some over priced prescription dog food and was told I have to present my prescription card every time I buy the food. Banfield is located in the same store and they don't talk to each other. Petsmart has nothing to do with Banfield. Now, understand I can go to any other pet store and show my card once. At that point all I need is my cell number to identify myself and my prescription. Why wouldn't you work together to make it easier for a costumer. It's the little things for me. I will just take my money elsewhere

I needed to purchase hydration food for my male cat who recently got out of the hospital because his urethra was stopped up. This food is amazing! He really likes it and I know his kitty body is hydrated. I also give it to my senior cat. I went to two other Petsmart location and they were out. I called this Petsmart at the 71st & HWY 169 location and she had 20 envelopes of the Authority Hydration food. She put them on hold until I got there to buy it all. I give each cat 1/2 package every day. It's perfect with these hot temperatures.I looked on line for the prescription Hills c/d can food for my cat. It shows they have it in stock. I drove 40 miles! They had nothing! I had to buy Royal Canin instead because Hills is having manufacturing issues. Petsmart knew this! They need to keep their site updated! 80 miles wasted!

Clean and fast and I love that during the holidays. Oh, and they had the litter box refills for our automatic litter box so another positive experience. Once checked out, the register associate gave me a coupon for $15 off $75 and good until next weekend. I'll be back for the 3 pack of refills next Friday which I believe are spot on $75. Thank you very much lol

Sure, it's part of a chain. What sets this apart though is the great staff and how they strive to make this a completely safe, clean, trouble free pet shopping experience. They car enough to help you but they don't hover over your every move in the store. I bring g my animals there for grooming and my youngest puppy gets care from Banfield. Great store, and I come back often because the staff is so kind and helpful...

Came in trying to return an item. Woman with purple hair was annoyed that I was there an I could hear her muttle under her breath when I showed my disastisfaction. She then proceeded to say have a nice day in a mocking tone don't know why a item in a package can't be brought back to a store just because I didn't want to give you guys my phone number very unsatisfied an will not be returning
